Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of validity and practicality of the learning media " QR Code -assisted Pocket Book " in mathematics lessons on polygons for grade IV Elementary School 1 Megang Sakti. This research is development research using the ADDIE development model. Based on the results of the assessment analysis conducted by three experts, namely: linguist, media expert, and material expert. The validators stated that the QR Code -assisted Pocket Book "in the polygon material mathematics lesson for grade IV SD Negeri 1 Megang Sakti has met the valid criteria with an average score of 0.87 with the High criteria. As for the practicality of the QR Code -assisted pocket book in mathematics lessons, the polygon material for class IV of the State Elementary School 1 Megang Sakti meets the very practical criteria with an average score of 96%, so it can be concluded that the QR Code -assisted pocket book meets the valid, practical criteria. and can be used in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects including addition and subtraction of whole numbers in class II D at Maitreyawira Elementary School, Palembang. This research is classroom action research that uses a PBL (Problem Based Learning) application model assisted by gap board media. Based on the results of research conducted through three cycles, it is stated that the application of the Problem Based Learning Model assisted by the Gorge Board media (Addition and subtraction) improves Mathematics learning outcomes in class IID students at Maitreyawira Elementary School. This can be seen from the average value of cognitive learning outcomes obtained by 29 students at Maitreyawira Elementary School in Palembang, the results of pre-cycle I, cycle II, cycle III and cycle IV tests always increase. Pre-cycle 5 students percentage 17% (Completed) and 24 students percentage 83% (Not Complete). With the problem of lack of student learning outcomes, the researcher applied the Problem Based Learning model assisted by the Gap Board media (Addition and subtraction) student learning outcomes increased in the second cycle, obtaining 19 students with a percentage of 66% (Completed) and 10 students with a percentage of 34% (Incomplete. In cycle III experienced an increase from cycle II with 20 students achieving a completeness percentage of 69% (Completed) and 9 students achieving a percentage of 31% (Not Completed. Meanwhile, in cycle IV reflection was carried out so that it experienced an increase from cycle III with a completeness achievement of 27 students with a percentage of 93%). (Completed) and 2 students with a percentage of 7% (Not Completed).

Abstract

Penguasaan keterampilan digital (digital skills) di era digital saat ini menjadi semakin penting bagi sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk mendukung penguatan local branding. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya pengembangan digital skills SDM dalam meningkatkan daya saing lokal di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelusuran literatur dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan laporan penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digital skills yang perlu dikuasai SDM meliputi keterampilan pemasaran digital, analisis data, pengelolaan konten, dan penggunaan teknologi terkini. Pengembangan digital skills dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan, pendidikan, dan program pengembangan SDM yang terstruktur. Penguasaan digital skills akan memungkinkan SDM untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara optimal dalam mempromosikan produk dan jasa lokal, meningkatkan engagement dengan pelanggan, serta menganalisis data untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan digital skills SDM merupakan faktor kunci dalam penguatan local branding di era digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis lokal.
