Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide and increase knowledge for the readers and to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Working Capital Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover on Return on Investment in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017. The study population used was 20, the research sample of 11 companies. The research method uses quantitative statistics. The data analysis technique uses the classic assumption test. Hypothesis testing is assessed by multiple linear regression test, T test, and F test. The hypothesis test results of the determination coefficient obtained Adjusted R Square (R2) value of 58%, so it can be said that the variable Current Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Working Capital Turnover (X3), and Total Assets Turnover (X4) affect the Return on Investment (Y) of 58% and the remaining 42% is influenced by other variables that are not found in this study.

Abstract

This Study aim for test and analyze influence Return On Equity, Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover To Earnings Per Share on Company subsector trade big and trading small which registered in Exchange Effect Indonesia period 2015-2019. The Method which used in study this use method study quantitative with type study descriptive quantitative which character explanatory research. Population study this is whole Company subsector trade big and trading small which registered in Exchange Effect Indonesia amount 61 company, Sample study this as much 10 company with technique taking sample purposive sampling. Method analysis data which used is regression linear multiple. Results study test f where f count 35,012 > f table 2.69 with level significant < 0.05 show by Return On equity, Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover by simultaneous take effect to Earnings Per Share. Results study test t where for variable Return On Equity have score t count 5,775 > t table 2.00247 or score Sig t (0.000) < (0.05) so that Return On Equity By Partial take effect positive and significant to Earnings Per Share. Variable Current Ratio have score t count 3,475 > t table 2.00247 or score Sig t (0.001) > (0.05) so that Current Ratio By Partial take effect positive and significant to Earnings Per Share and Inventory Turnover have score tcount 2,470 > ttable 2.00247 or score Sig t (0.017) < (0.05) so that Inventory Turnover By Partial take effect positive and significant to Earnings Per Share. Results analysis coefficient determination obtained score Adjusted R2as big as 0.637, it means variation variable Return On equity, Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover in explain variable Earnings Per Share is as big as 63.7%, whereas the rest as big as 36.3% explained by variable other.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Earning Per Share, Total Asset Turnover, Struktur Modal memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Sektor Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bersifat explanatory research. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Perusahaan Sektor Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia berjumlah 61 perusahaan, Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 10 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian uji t dimana hanya Earning Per Share yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividend an sisanya Pertumbuhan Penjualan Total Asset Turnover, Struktur Modal tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,795, artinya variasi variabel Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Earning Per Share, Total Assets Turnover dan Struktur Modal adalah sebesar 79,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 20,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotions, discounts, and free shipping on the consumer behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Prima Indonesia. The study was conducted in Medan, North Sumatra, from February to April 2024 using a quantitative method with a causal approach. The sampling technique used the Lemeshow method with accidental sampling, producing a sample based on a maximum estimate of 50% and an error rate of 10%. Primary data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the classical assumption test showed that the data were normally distributed, there was no multicollinearity, and met the homoscedasticity assumption. Descriptive statistical analysis describes that the variables of promotions, discounts, free shipping, and consumer behavior have average values ​​that are relevant to the research hypothesis. The results of multiple linear regression indicate that promotions, discounts, and free shipping have a significant effect on consumer behavior partially and simultaneously, as shown by the t-test and F-test with a significance level of 5%. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) shows that the independent variables are able to explain variations in consumer behavior adequately. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Customer Satisfaction, Trust dan Corporate Reputation Dalam Meningkatkan Customer Loyality Polymer Pada PT. Intiplast Kemindo Pratama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan PT. Intiplast Kemindo Pratama berjumlah 116 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 orang dengan rumus slovin dan teknik sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Metode statistik adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial menyatakan Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Loyality, karena nilai thitung sebesar 3,862 > ttabel sebesar 1,98761, Trust berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Loyality, karena nilai thitung sebesar 4,048 > ttabel sebesar 1,98761 dan Corporate Reputation berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Loyality, karena nilai thitung sebesar 2,886 > ttabel sebesar 1,98761. Dan juga secara simultan menyatakan Customer Satisfaction, Trust dan Corporate Reputation berpengaruh terhadap Customer Loyality, karena nilai Fhitung 76,474 > Ftabel 2,71. Besarnya koefisien determinasi membuktikan Customer Loyality cukup kuat dijelaskan Customer Satisfaction, Trust dan Corporate Reputation sebesar 71,8% dan sisanya 28,2% diterangkan variabel-variabel lain yang tidak ada di penelitian ini seperti promosi atau harga.
