Abstract

This study aims to investigate the soundness of Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Particularly at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk through RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, and Capital). This study is a quantiative study and employs multiple regression analysis to analyze the data from annual report of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. RGEC method was employes to measure the financial distress which includes components of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital. The Risk Profile is proxied by Non-Performing Finance (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Earnings are proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE). Capital is peroxided by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The result of this study shows NPF, FDR, RoA, RoE, and CAR are partially and simultanousely influence financial distress of Islamic Bank especially in Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Particularly, NPF and RoE have a positive relationship with financial distress while FDR, RoA, and CAR have a negative relationship with financial distress

Abstract

A state-owned insurance company owned by a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) with indications of losses of 13.7 trillion which had a systemic impact on the Indonesian economy. The negative stigma regarding insurance is so difficult to eliminate that it has an impact on public trust in the sharia insuranceindustry. PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance Kediri was affected by the national crisis-trust, the result in claims debt costs arised. The purpose of this research is to analyze the public relations strategy of PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance Kediri in maintaining customer trust. This research is qualitative type using descriptive analysis. The data taken is primary data and secondary data. This research uses case studies that obtain observation data on an object and from various sources such as books, scientific articles, official websites, and data reports on the objects studied. The results of this research explain that strategy public relations used by PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance, Kediri branch, namely making an apology, stopping marketing until the problem is resolved, encouraging a positive track record, and appointing an unofficial spoke person. The role of strategy public relations PT. Bumiputera Sharia Life Insurance, Kediri branch, still has customers who persist and regularly pay premiums, amounting to 96% of the total number of customers or 2,014 surviving customers.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business in Indonesia is increasingly rapid and diverse in meeting the increasingly complex needs of society in line with changes in life style. Companies/MSMEs are required to be able to fulfill consumer requests or desires, so that they can compete, efforts need to be made to increase product quality and variety (horizontal diversification of products) in order to produce products that consumers are interested in. This research aims to find out how the horizontal product diversification strategy is implemented at CV.Bolu Ketan Minister of Forestry and to determine the increase in CV's competitiveness. Minister of Forestry's Sticky Rice Bolu after implementing a horizontal product diversification strategy. Therefore, a qualitative approach is used to determine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument. The results of this research show that CV. Bolu Ketan Mendhut has implemented a horizontal product diversification strategy so that it has many flavor variants in its products and various sizes to meet consumer demand and from implementing this strategy it has apparently increased its competitiveness among its competitors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh perceived desirability terhadap niat berwirausaha (entrepreneurial intention) pada Generasi Z yang berdomisili di Kota Kediri. Generasi Z dikenal sebagai generasi digital yang memiliki ketertarikan tinggi terhadap dunia kewirausahaan, namun belum sepenuhnya terungkap faktor-faktor pendorong utamanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei dan wawancara mendalam terhadap beberapa informan yang merupakan anggota Generasi Z di Kediri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap keinginan untuk berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor, seperti nilai sosial, motivasi intrinsik, dukungan lingkungan, serta ekspektasi terhadap keberhasilan bisnis. Faktor perceived desirability yang kuat terbukti mendorong lahirnya niat untuk berwirausaha, khususnya di bidang industri kreatif seperti kuliner, Fashion, dan digital marketing. Temuan ini memperkuat teori Entrepreneurial Event Model Shapero dan Sokol serta menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan yang relevan secara kultural dan generasional dalam membangun ekosistem kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan program pembinaan dan promosi wirausaha yang berbasis minat generasi muda, guna mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is not the first time this has occurred. Even so, the problem of covid 19 becomes serious when the transmission process is so fast, namely through contact or dopplet media. In 2020, at the beginning of the new school year, the government imposed a new normal system for school trials using the face-to-face system again with several attached rules so that the implementation of teaching and learning activities continued. This method uses socialization media. This socialization was chosen at one of the kindergartens and early childhood education in Kediri Regency, namely TK Kusuma Mulia Seketi in Kediri Regency. The socialization activity for the new normal scenario can be concluded that the Kusuma Mulia Seketi Kindergarten school can prepare some of the necessities needed for school activities that will reopen during the new school year. This socialization is expected to help schools provide adequate, safe and maximum educational services while still complying with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Pengembangan variasi produk secara berkesinambungan dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan dengan perubahan kebutuhan ataupun keinginan konsumen yang terus berubah-ubah. Tentunya denganstrategi variasi produk diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi dalam melakukan pengembanganusaha. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variasi produk pada kedai kopi dan strategi variasi produk dalam mengembangkan kedai kopi Titik Tuju Coffee Roastery. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi variasi produk yang dilakukan kedai kopi Titik Tuju Coffee & Roastery yang meliputi keberagaman produk baik dari ukuran, harga, serta tampilan. Kemasan yang digunakan memiliki design yang menarik.

Competency development among employees emerges as a pivotal factor in organizational success amidst rapid technological shifts. Employing a qualitative approach, this study aims to pinpoint effective strategies for employee competency development in the digital transformation era. Utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis, the research aims to uncover best practices including continuous training, career development, mentoring, and the integration of digital transformation with employee growth. The implications for HR management are substantial, demanding adjustments in designing competency programs aligned with technological advancements. This study offers valuable insights for HR and management practitioners navigating challenges in the digital transformation era.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate how work facilities and individual characteristics impact job satisfaction at Pratama Karya Banaran. It employs explanatory research, which aims to uncover causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The sample size consists of 40 individuals, selected using the Slovin formula from the entire employee population of Pratama Karya Banaran. The study utilizes data quality testing, classic hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression as analytical tools. The results indicate that both work facilities and individual characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, the study highlights that working conditions, in conjunction with individual characteristics, collectively play a substantial role in determining levels of job satisfaction.

Abstract

Every employee who works definitely needs appropriate compensation or remuneration from the company. Compensation is one of the reasons why employees work. The purpose of this research is to determine the wage system and employee loyalty at UD. Al Amien and to find out the role of the wage system on employee loyalty in that place. The location of this research is on Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 200, Gabru, Banyuanyar, Kec. Gurah, Kediri Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely a method used to examine objects in natural conditions. The researcher acts as a key instrument in the data collection process which is carried out by observation, interviews, and recording or documentation and the research results emphasize meaning rather than generality. The results of this research show that the wage system implemented by UD. Al Amien is very flexible and is given every week according to the number of employee attendance. Employee loyalty is also quite high, this is reflected in good performance and compliance with applicable regulations. Even though the company provides wages below the minimum wage standards set by the government, employees still feel satisfied and consider these wages to be sufficient for their daily needs.
