Abstract

The Constitutional Court (MK) safeguards the constitution, specifically the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The Constitutional Court issues a variety of legal documents, including decisions, decrees, rules, and rulings, as part of its responsibilities and jurisdiction. The ruling of the Constitutional Court carries paramount significance as a legal outcome. The ruling of the Constitutional Court is conclusive and obligatory, applying to both governmental bodies, individuals, and legal companies. The rulings made by the Constitutional Court have the power to nullify or modify laws, government regulations, presidential regulations, ministerial regulations, or regional rules that are in contradiction with the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The decrees of the Constitutional Court can establish rules for the process of reviewing cases, the selection and appointment of constitutional judges, and other subjects concerning the responsibilities and powers of the Constitutional Court. Constitutional Court rules are legally enforceable items that typically serve as regulatory measures. The regulations of the Constitutional Court might govern issues pertaining to the administration and management of the Constitutional Court, as well as other concerns concerning the responsibilities and jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court. The decisions made by the MK can govern various aspects pertaining to cases under its jurisdiction, including the determination of court expenses, the appointment of temporary judges, and other relevant topics concerning the case. The legal outputs of the Constitutional Court play a crucial role in upholding the constitution, ensuring law enforcement, and safeguarding human rights in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dan kelayakan finansial Kopi Arabika di Desa Kendenan Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petani Kopi Arabika di Desa Kendenan Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang yang berjumlah 57 Orang. Penentuan Sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling atau teknik penentuan sampel secara acak sederhana. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30% dari jumlah populasi yang ada sebanyak 17 orang petani Kopi Arabika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani usahatani Kopi Arabika di Desa Kendenan Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang Sebesar Rp. 16.934.607 dalam satu kali panen. Kelayakan usahatani Kopi Arabika di Desa Kendenan Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang menunjukkan bahwa nilai R/C ratio sebesar 4, usahatani Kopi Arabika layak untuk diusahakan karena nilai R/C Ratio lebih besar dari 1. Kata Kunci : Kopi Arabika, Pendapatan, Kelayakan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis discussion or outreach aims to educate the public about the importance of taking action or implementing rules and monitoring the use of technology. Digital parenting is a way to care for children in the digital or technological era. The method for implementing parenting outreach with the theme "Intergenerational Discussion: The Importance of Digital Parenting for Educating Children in the Digital Era" consists of presentation material (generational division, technological developments, and digital parenting), then followed by a question and answer discussion session. The number of participants who attended this activity was 46 people with a total of 26 people being sampled to fill out a questionnaire related to parenting socialization. The questionnaire contains 9 questions about pareting.Keywords: Parenting Socialization, Digital Parenting, digital era ABSTRAKDiskusi atau sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat pentingnya melakukan pembatasan atau menerapkan aturan serta pengawasan terhadap penggunaan teknologi. Digital parenting merupakan cara untuk mengasuh anak ditengah era digital atau teknologi. Metode pelaksanaan sosialisasi parenting dengan tema “Diskusi Lintas Generasi : Pentingnya Digital Parenting Untuk Mendidik Anak di Era Digital” terdiri atas pemaparan materi (Pembagian generasi, perkembangan teknologi, dan digital parenting), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi tanya jawab. Jumlah peserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 46 orang dengan total 26 orang yang dijadikan sebagai sampel untuk mengisi angket terkait sosialisasi parenting. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan 48 sampel responden Karyawan PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel non probability sampling dan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil uji beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Kabupaten Gorontalo. Hal ini menunjukan jika semakin baik beban kerja yang dilakukan oleh seorang karyawan maka kinerja karyawan PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Kabupaten Gorontalo juga akan ikut meningkat. Variabel Beban Kerja dalam menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 34,5% sedangkan sisanya 65,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dan dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini, seperti stress kerja dan kedisiplinan kerja.

Abstract

This study empirically examines the effectiveness of an integrated empowerment program that combines halal certification assistance and creative packaging design to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in the religious tourism area of the Great Mosque of Demak, Central Java. Using an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, the program involved participatory asset mapping, facilitation of halal certification in collaboration with BPJPH and a local Islamic higher education institution, Islamic-themed packaging design training, and sharia-compliant digital marketing assistance. A descriptive–evaluative design was employed with quantitative and qualitative data collected before and after the intervention. The results show that all 15 MSMEs obtained halal certification, adopted redesigned packaging that reflects local Islamic identity, and achieved an average sales increase of about 52% within three months. Qualitative evidence indicates improved halal literacy, stronger product identity, and greater market confidence. The study concludes that integrating halal certification and packaging innovation through an asset-based approach can effectively strengthen MSME competitiveness in religious tourism destinations.
