Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah terpetakannya reference group paling kuat dalam pengambilan keputusan membeli konsumen produk kecantikan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian konsumen yang pernah membeli produk kecantikan. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi yang dilakukan, dari 114 responden, 98,3% merupakan pembeli produk kecantikan. 67,5% responden mengeluarkan biaya Rp 100.001 - Rp 500.000 untuk membeli produk kecantikan. Pihak yang mempengaruhi pembelian adalah Teman, Beauty Reviewer, Saudara, Pasangan, dan Orang Tua. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai siapa sajakah yang memiliki pengaruh paling kuat dalam pengambilan keputusan membeli konsumen produk kecantikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas satu hadits yang terdapat di kitab Hadits Abu Daud Nomor 4202. Hadits ini disampaikan oleh Maimun bin Abu Syabib dan menyajikan kisah ketika seorang peminta-minta menerima remukan roti dari 'Aisyah, sementara seorang laki-laki berpakaian rapi, memiliki jabatan diberi jamuan makan olehnya. Dalam hadits ini, 'Aisyah menjelaskan bahwa perilaku itu sesuai dengan ajaran Rasulullah SAW yang menyatakan, "Perlakukanlah manusia sesuai dengan kedudukannya." Penelitian ini akan menganalisis konteks dan implikasi dari pernyataan Nabi SAW itu, menggali pemahaman lebih dalam tentang nilai-nilai sosial dan etika Islam terkait perlakuan terhadap berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Metode penelitian melibatkan analisis teks hadits, serta kajian literatur terkait konsep-konsep seperti adab (etika) dan ukhuwah (persaudaraan) dalam Islam.Tujuannya ialah mengungkap makna hadits ini dalam konteks lebih luas dan merinci. Implikasi praktisnya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari umat Islam. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman, khususnya tentang ajaran Islam terkait perlakuan terhadap sesama, dengan menjelaskan pentingnya memperlakukan setiap individu sesuai dengan kedudukannya dalam masyarakat. Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to teach students about financial literacy and investment in the Islamic capital market for students, the method used in this community service is to write and count while playing, the material consists of, getting to know (1) the history of money, (2) Islamic capital market (3) the ability to manage money wisely, (4) financial planning for future needs (5) the importance of the right investment. The activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Sangkapura, Bawean, Gresik with 43 students participating. The results of the first day of service were that 23 participants were literate, then 8 participants were still less literate, and 12 participants did not have an understanding of financial literacy. Then after socialization, on the second day the service group held an evaluation and the result was that all participants understood how important it was to manage finances and use their pocket money wisely, why should they have savings, prioritize scales in using their money, then the participants also stated that they had tried to manage own finances.

Abstract

Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) berperan signifikan dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi daerah, termasuk di Kabupaten Situbondo. Meskipun demikian, pengelolaan data perizinan pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Perindustrian, dan Perdagangan (Diskoperindag) Situbondo masih dijalankan secara manual. Kondisi ini menimbulkan sejumlah hambatan, antara lain lambatnya pelayanan, kesulitan dalam pencarian data, serta tingginya potensi kesalahan pencatatan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mengelola data perizinan IKM dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi, ketepatan, dan keterbukaan informasi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, sedangkan model pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode Waterfall. Rancangan sistem menghasilkan beberapa komponen, di antaranya desain input-output, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Conceptual Data Model (CDM), Physical Data Model (PDM), serta antarmuka pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan sistem informasi yang diusulkan (SI-Perusa) berpotensi mempercepat proses legalisasi usaha, menata data secara lebih terstruktur, dan mendukung fungsi monitoring serta evaluasi Diskoperindag. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan IKM yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

The involvement of fathers in parenting is an interesting discussion today. Many research show positive impacts of fathers' interactions in parenting on child development. The reality in Jakarta is that fathers work full time all day, and many fathers still think that child management is the mother's duty. This study aimed to see how the relationship between the father's interaction in parenting and the child's interpersonal intelligence. This study used a sample of 115 fathers, and children were collected using a simple random sampling technique. The research method used is correlational. The instrument was a questionnaire compiled independently and distributed to the father to measure the father's interactions in parenting in the form of a Likert scale, interpersonal intelligence measured through a multiple intelligence instrument (Jamaris, 2018). Based on data analysis using Pearson's current product trials, the researcher found that trust (rxy) was 0, 509 with p = 0.000 (p <0.001). Thus, it can be stated that the higher the father is involved in parenting, the better the level of development of the child's interpersonal intelligence. The role of fathers in parenting is significant in child development, especially in developing multiple intelligence possessed by children.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of education in the view of the Qur'an and Hadith using a literature study method, which involves searching various sources such as tafsir books, hadith, and Islamic books. From the results of the study, it is known that education in Islam occupies a very important position, because it is the main way for humans to know Allah, develop their intellect, and form good character. The Qur'an provides the basis for educational teachings, for example through Surah Al-'Alaq [96]: 1-5, which commands us to read and learn, and Surah Al-Mujādilah [58]: 11, which explains that Allah raises the status of those who have knowledge. Meanwhile, the hadith of the Prophet ﷺ emphasizes the obligation to seek knowledge and explains its great importance for every Muslim. Exegetes such as Al-Jalalain, Al-Qurṭubi, Ibn Kathir, and Wahbah az-Zuhaili explain that education is not only about increasing knowledge, but also about drawing closer to Allah and improving morals. Therefore, the values of education in the Qur'an and Hadith need to be revived in today's education system in order to produce a generation that is intelligent, faithful, and of noble character.
