Abstract

Sharing economy activity in the modern technology is now applied in the form of e-commerce or online business which then becomes a new trading phenomenon that is growing rapidly in various fields according to the demands of society. In Indonesia itself, e-commerce is growing rapidly along with the use of android /iOS-based telecommunications media and increasingly affordable internet access costs. Like conventional types of commerce, e-commerce has the accompanying positive and negative impacts, especially about investment issues, labor and their effects on conventional businesspeople. This is where the government's role as a regulator in this case is needed. However, policies issued by the Government are often unresponsive and seem slow in addressing problems, giving the impression that the policy is only thought out and made when problems arise in society.

Abstract

The purpose of this training activity is to carry out one of the Three Pillars of Higher Education, namely Community Service, fostering social awareness in the community, and fostering insight into creating a milkfish processing business for the Family Welfare Empowerment Group, North Sangata District, East Kutai Regency. The implementation of this activity consists of counseling and the practice of presto milkfish processing, as well as an analysis of micro business income. Armed with skills in processing presto milkfish is expected to be used as a micro business in order to increase family income. Milkfish presto processing was chosen as one of the micro business efforts, because this type of fish is quite abundant in East Kutai Regency. However, some people are reluctant to consume milkfish because the meat has quite a lot of fine thorns. To overcome this, presto milkfish processing can be an option for processing which is expected to increase the selling value of milkfish. The target of this community service activity is to help the community in entrepreneurship in producing presto milkfish and to be able to calculate the profits.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the paternalistic leadership style is analyzed in improving employee work effectiveness at Genzia Dental Care Sangatta and the impact of this leadership style on enhancing employee performance. This research is a case study and field research, using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the paternalistic leadership style at Genzia Dental Care Sangatta incorporates benevolent and morale leadership aspects. This is evident from various indicators, such as requiring employees to follow procedures and standards, involving them in decision-making, accepting criticism and suggestions, showing concern for employees' personal lives, maintaining formal and informal relationships with employees, providing attention and guidance to underperforming employees, offering better working conditions, treating all employees fairly, and respecting differing opinions. Although many of these indicators are well-implemented, there is still a lack of strictness in enforcing rules, which leads to frequent rule violations by employees

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Mobilisasi dini merupakan kebijakan untuk secepat mungkin membimbing penderita turun dari tempat tidur dan berjalan. Mobilisasi dini dapat menunjang proses penyembuhan luka pasien karena dengan menggerakkan anggota badan akan mencegah kekakuan otot dan sendi, sehingga dapat mengurangi nyeri dan dapat memperlancar peredaran darah ke bagian yang mengalami perlukaan agar proses penyembuhan luka menjadi lebih cepat. Tatalaksana ini adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi penyembuhan luka pasca pembedahan serta dapat mengurangi risiko komplikasi. Tujuan : mengetahui hubungan mobilisasi dini dengan kesembuhan luka pada pasien pasca operasi laparatomi di RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi Kudus. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang dilakukan operasi laparatomi di RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi Kudus. Teknik sampling dengan aksidental sampling sehingga besar sampel adalah 42 orang. Analisis data dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil : Ada hubungan mobilisasi dini dengan kesembuhan luka pada pasien pasca operasi laparatomi di RSUD dr. Loekmonohadi Kudus karena nilai p (0.000) < 0.05.
