Abstract

The purpose of this case study is to determine the effect of diaphragmatic breathing and endurance exercise in hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP). Nosocomial pneumonia that occurs in 48 hours or more after the patient admitted to the hospital, without any signs of pulmonary infection. The existence of clinical manifestations that appear, patients with HAP tend to avoid physical activity which can decrease the functional capacity of the respiratory system and have an impact on decreasing endurance. Diaphragmatic breathing exercise is thought to be able to help reduce shortness of breath, reduce the work of the accessory muscles of breathing, improve breathing frequency and also improve breathing patterns. Endurance training aims to increase the stimulation of the cardiorespiratory system response so that oxygen transportation becomes more efficient and the patient is able to carry out optimal activities. Evidence-based case report is the method of this research, with a clinical question "Does diaphragmatic breathing exercise and endurance exercise have a better effect on increasing endurance in hospital-acquired pneumonia?" To be able to answer this question, a case study was conducted by applying diaphragmatic exercise and endurance exercise, then to support the evidence from the results of the opener exercise, evidence was searched in 2 databases, namely Scopus and Science Direct. The keywords used were “diaphragmatic breathing exercise” OR “deep breathing exercise” AND “reduce dyspnea” and “endurance exercise” AND “cardiorespiratory endurance” AND “metabolic equivalents” with the inclusion criteria of full text articles and publications in 2015-2020. The search found 7 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Then the search stage was continued by reading the entire article and found 3 articles on Scopus and 1 article on Science Direct

Abstract

The financial transaction and inventory data management system at PT. Tirta Gemilang Rahayu is still manual, leading to data management inefficiency. This prompted the need for staff training in managing inventory data digitally using Jurnal Mekari. This activity aims to assist PT. Tirta Gemilang Rahayu staff in managing the company's inventory data digitally using Jurnal Mekari. This activity was conducted at PT. Tirta Gemilang Rahayu, involving 2 company staff and 3 Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama internship students. The methods used in this activity were lectures and practice sessions. The community service activity conducted at PT. Tirta Gemilang Rahayu demonstrated the effectiveness of implementing Jurnal Mekari in enhancing inventory data management efficiency and effectiveness. This, in turn, contributes to the smooth operation of the company.

Abstract

The development of technology at this time has developed rapidly. Several Android-based applications have been created and used in various fields. One of them is in the field of learning through gadgets. Android applications for learning quite a lot make it easier to carry out various activities to support productivity. It cannot be denied that gaming is one of the big industries today. Games can be an alternative entertainment to fill spare time and be a very fun activity for children. Various kinds of games currently being developed are based on Desktop / PC (Windows, Linux, Mac, etc.), Mobile (Symbian, Java, Android, iOS), and Web-based (HTML5, Flash). One type that is developing currently is RPG (Role Playing Game) because besides being popular and much in demand by game players, RPG is a type of game that is simple and fun to play. This RPG game contains various features and has an interesting game play. When one examines the necessity to learn the Alquran with technological developments, as well as its popular features, an idea is born to create a new learning innovation that can make it easier for children to learn and understand the Qur'an. This game was created using the RPG Maker VX Ace Game engine with the Ruby programming language because of its simplicity and high level of flexibility. Abstract

Biosolar diprediksi akan menggantikan minyak bumi yang berasal dari fosil pada masa mendatang. Kandungan dalam Biosolar juga lebih baik dibandingkan solar murni karena tingkat sulfur yang rendah dan cetane number yang lebih tinggi. Pengembangan terhadap Biosolar terus dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Percobaan dilakukan untuk menganalisis spesifikasi Biosolar (B30) yang terkontaminasi Pertamax dan pengaruhnya saat diberi perlakuan dengan kadar kontaminasi yang berbeda. Sampel mula-mula dilakukan dengan pengujian Biosolar (B30) yang diperoleh dari SPBU terdekat untuk mengetahui spesifikasinya. Kemudian, sampel Biosolar (B30) dibuat kontaminasi dengan Pertamax pada perbandingan 5%, 10%, dan 15%. Beberapa parameter uji dilakukan seperti density, distilasi, viskositas, pour point, flash point, warna, dan calculated cetane index (CCI). Spesifikasi Biosolar (B30) dapat menurun jika terkontaminasi dengan pertamax. Fraksi minyak bumi yang lebih tinggi memiliki titik nyala yang lebih tinggi. Akibatnya, produk dengan titik nyala yang lebih rendah lebih mudah menguap, sehingga lebih mudah terbakar. Jika bahan bakar ini digunakan pada mesin diesel, uap yang terbuat dari campuran bensin dan udara akan menyala sebelum piston mencapai titik mati atasnya. Ledakan dini menyebabkan knocking yang kasar dan menyebabkan kerusakan mesin yang cepat. Metode standar ASTM digunakan untuk menentukan spesifikasi setiap parameter.

Abstract

AbstrakPelatihan pembuatan desain batik motif Melayu ini diselenggarakan sebagai salah satu upaya pelestarian budaya lokal sekaligus pengembangan keterampilan seni bagi guru dan siswa di SMPS Adhyaksa Medan. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dan guru terhadap nilai-nilai budaya Melayu melalui eksplorasi motif tradisional serta memperkenalkan teknik dasar dalam mendesain batik baik secara kreatif maupun aplikatif. Metode pelatihan yang diterapkan meliputi penyampaian materi secara teoritis mengenai sejarah dan filosofi motif Melayu, teknik refleksi desain batik, serta praktik langsung yang melibatkan peserta secara aktif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terhadap motif batik tradisional serta kemampuan mereka dalam menghasilkan desain batik yang asli dan diabadikan pada identitas budaya lokal, hal itu ditandai dengan 32 karya batik motif Melayu hasil dari peserta pelatihan yang akan dipamerkan di sekolah SMPS Adhyaksa Medan. Sehingga, dengan dilaksanakannya pelatihan ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu langkah awal bagi guru dan siswa dalam membangun kesadaran dan melestarikan budaya serta menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha. Kata kunci: desain; motif; batik; etnis melayu. AbstractTraining this batik design training for Malay motifs was organised as one of the efforts to preserve local culture as well as develop art skills for teachers and students at SMPS Adhyaksa Medan. teachers and students at SMPS Adhyaksa Medan.
