Abstract

Abstrak: Pada era industri 4.0, pengetahuan teknologi informasi sangat penting. UMKM merupakan perusahaan mikro yang seharusnya menggunakan akses informasi untuk kesejahteraan ekonomi. Hadirnya teknologi digital mengubah cara pengelolaan usaha dengan memberikan tantangan dan peluang baru bagi pengembangan UMKM. Program pengabdian ini fokus untuk menyusun sebuah sistem aplikasi di lingkunagn UMKM yang terletak di Desa Pringgasela Lombok Timur. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, menganalisis situasi dengan observasi langsung, wawancara ke pihak-pihak terkait, menetapkan program yang relevan dan membuat aplikasi sistem terintegrasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar pelaku UMKM dapat memanfaatkan internet dan teknologi untuk menunjang pemasaran dan memperluas jangkauan target konsumen melalui digital marketing. Peluang ini hadir dengan solusi aplikasi bernama SAS APP (Selamet Abdullah Salim: Aplikasi Konsultasi Bisnis Syariah), yakni aplikasi untuk membantu para UMKM dan Entrepreneurs dalam meningkatkan perekonomian dan mendapatkan konsultas yang tepat pada bisnis yang dijalankan. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi fasilitas dan fitur permodalan syariah bagi Entrepreneurs terkendala dengan modal usaha. Abstract:  In the industry era 4.0, knowledge of information technology very important. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is a micro business that should used the information access for economic welfare. The presence of digital information to change the way of business management by giving challenges and opportunities for the development of SMEs. This dedication program has a focus on developing aplication system in the SMEs area Desa Pringgasela East Lombok. The dedication method activity is carried out in several stages, namely by analyzing the situation by observation, interview with relevant parties, establishing relevant program and create an integrated system application. The purpose of this activity is to make SMEs people can take advantage of the internet and technology to support the marketing and to expand consumers range through digital marketing. This opportunities come out with an application named SAS APP (Selamet Abdullah Salim: Islamic Business Consultant Application), that is an application used to help SMEs and Entrepreneurs for increasing economic purpose, also getting the right consultation for their business. This application also completed by facilities and fislamic capital eatures for those who has less capital work.

Abstract

Purpose – This research analyses the influence of accounting application technology, work experience, and educational background on financial report quality moderated by compensation. Method – This research used a causally associative approach and a quantitative method. Employees of Nagari-owned enterprises (BUMNag) in West Sumatera province were included in this research. Purposive sampling was used to choose the 99 employees that made up the research sample. Data was analyzed using partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. Findings – The results indicate that accounting application technology, work experience, and educational background positively affect the quality of financial reports. However, compensation does not affect the quality of BUMNag's financial reports in West Sumatera province. Compensation can strengthen the effect of accounting application technology and work experience on quality financial reports. However, it cannot moderate the relationship between education background and financial report quality. Implications – Theoretically, this study can enrich the literature on factors that influence the quality of financial reports, especially in the context of public sector organizations such as BUMNag. Practically, it can improve the quality of financial reports by developing policies related to the use of accounting technology and improving HR competencies through training and recruitment based on educational background and work experience.

Abstract

Every e-commerce company must be keen to see the opportunity to grow and effectively develop new innovations in the face of such fierce competition in order to keep customers from moving and to continue doing business with the company. One strategy to grow the current buying and selling industry quickly is to sell products online on social media and e-commerce platforms. This study aims to analyze and examine the factor influencing of Big Ramadan Sale, service quality, and online customer review on online purchase decision process with the trust as a mediating variable in Shopee application users. The quantitative and regression analysis were used as the research method in this study. The sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method and 110 respondents as a sample source was distribution online questionnaires via WhatsApp to Shopee users in East Lombok. The data analyzed with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that the Big Ramadan Sale, online customer review, and trust significantly influence on online purchase decision process, while service quality does not significantly affect on online purchase decision process in Shopee users. The trust is able to full mediation the influence of service quality and online customer review on online purchase decision process, while the trust is unable to mediation the influence of Big Ramadan Sale on online purchase decision process in Shopee users. The finding of study can be a reference for future researchers who will study similar problems related to the determining factors of the online purchasing decision process in marketplaces in Indonesia. It is hoped that the results of this research can help companies maintain transaction security and provide reviews that can strengthen consumer trust so that the online shopping decision process continues to improve.

Abstract

Both in the business and academic worlds, entrepreneurship is currently a topic that attracts attention. Fresh graduates have to start their own business cause in large companies there are fewer job offers. However, the low level of entrepreneurial intentions in society causes limited employment opportunities and increases unemployment rates. The aims of this study were to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education, family environment, and motivation on entrepreneurial interest in college students. Purposive sampling was the sampling technique employed, and 65 respondents from the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year were the samples used in this investigation. Several tests, including the validity, realibility, classic assumption, linear regression, and coefficient of determination tests, were used to analyze the data using IBM SPSS version 20. The findings of this study show that partially, entrepreneurship education, family environment, and motivation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest among college students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Mataram. Simultaneously, entrepreneurship education, family environment, and motivation together have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. In addition to offering an overview of the variables that affect students’ interest in entrepreneurship, the research findings contribute to advance knowledge and pave the way for future studies involving more participants and pertinent variables.
