Abstract

The title of this research is the analysis of bank soundness based on earnings aspects in the camel ratio at PT. Bank Muamalat. The method used in conducting this research is by using the CAMEL method. This research was compiled along with the rapid growth of banks lately. The categories are healthy, fairly healthy, unhealthy, and unhealthy. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Muamalat. Data collected is a balance sheet and income statement. CAMEL analysis has five aspects, on this occasion the author has the aspect of earnings using the ratio of ROA (Return On Assets) and BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income). Based on the results of research conducted at PT Bank Muamalat CAMEL value based on earnings aspects using the ROA ratio in 2013 in the amount of 0.44%, 2014 amounted to 0.15%, and in 2015 amounted to 0.19% so it was categorized in groups Not healthy. While using the BOPO ratio in 2013 to 2015 is always below 93.52% so it is categorized in the Healthy group.

Abstract

Shellfish is one of the sources of natural wealth that is quite abundant and easy to obtain in the province of Sumatera Utara. In this study, shellfish will be used as an alternative raw material for the manufacture of water pipes. This study aims to obtain the average strength of the material against the bending and compressive loads imposed on the outer surface of the water pipe, calculate the distribution of the test result data by the Probability Density Function (PDF) method, and calculate the contribution of clamshell powder to the bending and compressive strength of the water pipe with the Anova and Tukey methods. Specimens are molded in the form of 2" water pipes according to SNI standards 06-0084-2002. Bending and pressing testing using ASTM D7264 and ASTM D695 respectively. Processing the distribution of test data using the PDF method, the calculation of variable contributions using the Anova method, and the comparison between variables with the Tukey method. The result obtained the best bending strength at a composition of 10% by weight, namely 3.3177 MPa, and the best compressive strength at a composition of 50% by weight of 4.37 MPa. Based on the calculations of the Anova and Tukey methods, the application of clamshell powder significantly affects the bending strength compared to its compressive strength, which is the composition of 10% by weight.

Abstract

Desa Sidodadi adalah desa yang terletak di wilahyah Sumatera Utara kecamatan Batang Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Di Desa Sidodadi ini terdapat salah satu usaha Industri Rumah Tangga Penjualan Biji Pinang. Usaha Penjualan Biji Pinang ini dibangun sejak tahun 2012 oleh Bapak Mahadi dan Istrinya ibu Yayuk Wulan Dari. Dari hasil survei yang dilakukan Tim PkM kepada Mitra terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu keterbatasan dalam peralatan produksi yang membuat minimnya pendapatan biji pinang disetiap harinya. Peralatan yang digunakan oleh mitra selama ini dalam proses produksi sangatlah beresiko tinggi pada kecelakaan karena proses pengupasan buah pinang masih menggunakan alat manual yaitu pisau atau parang. Dengan demikian maka Tujuan program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah memperbaiki teknik mekanisme proses produksi pengupasan buah pinang dengan menggunakan Mesin Pengupas buah pinang. Sosialisasi penggunaan mesin pengupas buah pinang ini dilakukan agar Mitra memahami bagaimana cara penggunaan mesin pengupas buah pinang sehingga hasil yang akan didapatkan oleh mitra dengan adanya mesin ini dapat meningkatkan produktivitas penjualan biji pinang disetiap harinya.

Abstract

XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of red and white cement. PCC cement packaging uses the main machine, namely the Rotary Packer machine, the packaging depends on consumer demand. If consumer demand continues to increase, the packaging process will take place continuously without stopping, and on the contrary, if consumer demand decreases slightly, the packaging process will also take place less. The high downtime of the Packer 1 machine causes production targets to be achieved, delays in the distribution process, and non-productive activities for employees. Based on these problems, the calculation of the effectiveness value on the Packer 1 machine using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. Which aims to determine the value of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of the Packer 1 machine, to determine the comparison of the OEE value of the Packer 1 machine with international OEE values, and to determine the priority factors for repair and the root causes of problems and solutions. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the Packer 1 machine OEE value is 16.98% which is obtained from the Availability Ratio value of 49.48%, the Performance Efficiency Ratio of 30.04 and the Rate of Quality product of 100%.
