Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of leadership moderation in explaining the effect of talent management & culture organization on the productivity of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Makassar Branch. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Makassar Branch with a total sample of 53 people. The technique used in data collection is a survey method in the form of a questionnaire which will then be processed in the SPSS application. The results showed that talent management has a negative and significant effect on employee productivity, culture organization has a very significant effect on employee productivity, and Talent Management and Culture Organization together have a positive and significant effect on the variable productivity of PT employees. Sucofindo Makassar Branch. The results of the study also showed that leadership was unable to strengthen the effect of talent management on employee productivity, and leadership was unable to strengthen the effect of culture organization on the productivity of PT employees. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Morowali Utara.Populasi yang digunakan yaitu masyarakat Kabupaten Morowali Utara.Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu porposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, resgresi linear sederhana, uji parsial (t), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan soffware SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, hal ini dibuktikan dari tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 15,349 > nilai t tabel 1,984.Semakin baik kuaIitas peIayanan yang ditinjau dari kemampuan perusahaan atau organisasi, keandaIan, ketanggapan, jaminan, kepastian dan perhatian maka kepuasan masyarakat dapat meningkat.

Abstract

The music performance hall is a multifunctional facility designed to present various types of musical performances. The architectural structure not only pays attention to aesthetic aspects, but also optimal acoustic functionality. The choice of materials and space design was carried out carefully to minimize sound interference and ensure clear sound quality throughout the auditorium. In modern design, music performance halls often adopt flexible architectural elements, allowing for adjustments to the layout for different types of events, from large-scale performances to intimate performances with a limited audience. Apart from that, supporting facilities such as artist dressing rooms and spacious rehearsal rooms are very important to support the smooth running of the performance. State-of-the-art lighting and stage technology are also an integral part of the design, providing an immersive visual experience for the audience. With a combination of aesthetic architecture, state-of-the-art sound technology and complete facilities, the music performance hall acts as a strategic place to support the development of musical arts and provide an immersive experience for every visitor.
