Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to isolation and identification of bacteria market organic waste Pekanbaru city om march-June 2016. Result of the research use for make a material learning design the form student worksheet in biologi SMA. The research conducted with 2 phase namely experimental research and design or material learning the from student worksheet. Method of the research is purvosive sampling method wich set sampel taked location based on waste spread. Identification of bacteria wich macroscopis observation is cell shape, edge cell and colour cell wall bacteria, gram colour, and Biohchemical test. Result of research showed 10 genus bacteria found from 4 market Pekanbaru city, 10 genus of bacteri consist of genus Enterobacter, Streptococcus, Streptomyces, Holobacterium, Proteus, Eschericia, Neisseria, Pseudomonas, Klebseilla and Bacillus. Result og the reseasch isolation and identification of bacteria market organic waste Pekanbaru city can use as material learning design the from student worksheet on eubacteria matter biology SMA.Keywords: Isolation, Identification, Bacteria, Waste, Design, Student Worksheet.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya kesehatan mendorong praktik penyimpanan obat di rumah, namun masih banyak yang belum memahami cara penyimpanan dan pengelolaan limbah obat secara benar. Penyimpanan yang tidak sesuai dapat menurunkan efektivitas obat, sementara pembuangan limbah obat yang salah berpotensi mencemari lingkungan dan membahayakan kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman warga Kelurahan Matabubu, Kota Kendari, mengenai tata cara penyimpanan dan pemusnahan obat rumah tangga yang benar serta mendorong pengurangan limbah melalui pendekatan decluttering. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Matabubu, Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan aksi partisipatif secara door to door dengan sasaran utama ibu rumah tangga. Materi disampaikan oleh dosen yang juga apoteker, didukung oleh mahasiswa sebagai kolaborator edukasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait penyimpanan obat sesuai bentuk sediaan dan suhu, ciri-ciri obat rusak, serta cara pemusnahan yang aman. Aksi decluttering turut membantu warga memilah dan mengurangi limbah obat yang tersimpan. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan dan mendukung pengelolaan obat rumah tangga yang lebih bijak dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Critical thinking is one of the essential competencies required for students in the 21st century, particularly in mathematics learning. However, Indonesian students' critical thinking skills remain relatively low, indicating the need for learning approaches that effectively promote their development. One factor influencing students' critical thinking skills is their learning style. This study aimed to describe the critical thinking skills of junior high school students with a visual learning style in Deep Learning-based instruction through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The participants were seventh-grade students of MTs Nurul Jadid Banjarmadu in the 2025/2026 academic year. Eighteen students completed a learning style questionnaire, and two students identified as having a visual learning style were selected as the main research subjects. Data were collected through a learning style questionnaire, a critical thinking test based on the indicators of interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and inference, and semi-structured interviews to validate the findings. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing using triangulation techniques. The findings revealed that students with a visual learning style demonstrated a very good level of critical thinking, with an average score of 87.5. The participants performed well on the indicators of analysis, evaluation, and inference by utilizing visual representations to solve mathematical problems, although they still experienced minor difficulties in the interpretation stage when identifying given information comprehensively. These findings indicate that Deep Learning implemented through the Project Based Learning model effectively facilitates the development of critical thinking skills among students with a visual learning style.
