Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh merebaknya wabah Covid-19. Untuk mencegah penyebaran wabah tersebut perlu menghindari kontak dan kerumunan orang banyak Metode Pembelajaran Daring adalah salah satu usaha menghindari kontak dan kerumunan orang banyak. Selain mengatasi pandemi pembelajaran daring merupakan metode pembelajaran masa depan yang suatu saat menjadi kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan Video Tutorial untuk diterapkan dalam Metode Pembelajaran Daring pada Mata Kuliah Gambar Teknik 2. Adapun tahapan penelitian ini dengan melakukan ujicoba pembuatan video dengan aplikasi Bandicam. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba kelas daring yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tanggapan dan saran perbaikan. Langkah berikutnya adalah melakukan percobaan pemutakhiran video dengan aplikasi Filmora. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebelas Video Tutorial dengan sepuluh topik pembelajaran. Selanjutnya mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan video tutorial ini melalui link google drive yang akan diberikan disetiap sesi pembelajaran.

Abstract

In a development project, there are several problems that cannot be avoided and often become obstacles to project progress. These problems generally include costs, processing time, resources and other problems. From the existing problems, it is necessary to have proper management planning so as to obtain development results that are in accordance with the requirements. Therefore, the authors carry out implementation management planning on the construction of the Siantan Hilir Regional General Hospital, which is used as the title of this final project. The method that the author uses in the discussion of implementation management is in the form of a cost, quality, time, human resource manaegement system and an occupational health safety management system on structural worl which includes foundations, beams, columns and floor plates. Based on the result of the analysis of the method that the author did, the cost of the structural work needed in completing the work on the construction project of the Siantan Hilir Regional General Hospital was Rp.28.262.918.846.19. For quality planning in the form of quality control and a list of specification tables. The time required to complete the work is 72 weeks. Furthermore, for human resources planning in the form of organizational structure and labor requirements as a means for the implementation of good work. As for K3 management planning, the things planned are in the form of identification and control of potential K3 hazard for each type of work.

Abstract

Construction management consultant is the management of construction project management withlarge-scale projects. Analysis of the implementation of construction management can be applied to projectimplementation to manage, organize, and find solutions, including the timing of the project implementation.Good timing and management is one of the success factors of a construction construction project, managingproject management and implementing construction management in large-scale projects. Setting and managingtime with the aim of minimizing and reducing risks that may occur in an Indoor Stadium building project inLandak Regency. The time risk that may occur is the delay in project completion.Precise, fast, and safe timing are very helpful in completing the work on the Indoor Stadium buildingconstruction project in Landak Regency. Good time management is the process of planning, organizing, andcontrolling project execution. So that the timeliness at each stage of the work must be in accordance with theplanned time. Determination, management, and planning. Meanwhile, the extension of time is based on thingsthat have been coordinated with all parties and can be accounted for.The purpose of this final project is to identify the various factors involved in the presence of aconstruction management consultant at each stage of the project. This requires proper time management ateach stage of the work, so that the work is completed as expected. Abstract

Penulis melakukan perencanaan manajemen konstruksi pada Pembangunan Kantor Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Empat Lantai di Jalan Abdul Rahman Saleh, Kota Pontianak yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan perencanaan struktur dan gambar rencana. Oleh karena itu, untuk mewujudkan pembangunan Gedung Kantor Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir diperlukan perencanaan manajemen konstruksi yang tepat, agar proses pembangunan Gedung Kantor ini berjalan dengan lancar, tepat waktu, efisien dan mutu yang diinginkan dapat tercapai. Maka dari itu, Penulis merencanakan sistem manajemen konstruksi pembangunan Gedung Kantor Ekakurir yang dijadikan judul pada penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembahasan manajemen konstruksi ini adalah sistem manjemen biaya, mutu, waktu, Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) pada pekerjaan struktur yang meliputi pondasi, balok, kolom dan plat lantai. Berdasarkan hasil analisa metode di atas didapat biaya pekerjaan persiapan dan struktur yang diperlukan dalam penyelesaian proyek pembangunan Gedung Kantor Ekakurir adalah Rp. 18.500.000.000 dan dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 25 minggu atau 222 hari kalender. Untuk perencanaan mutu hasilnya berupa pengendalian mutu dan daftar tabel spesifikasi. Pada perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) berupa jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja sebagai sarana untuk pelaksanaan kerja yang baik dan pada perencanaan manajemen K3 yang direncanakan berupa identifikasi dan pengendalian potensi bahaya K3 terhadap masing-masing jenis pekerjaan dan biaya untuk kebutuhan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan Alat Pelindung Kerja (APK) sebesar Rp. 38.820.000. Abstract

This study evaluates the effect of silica fume additives on concrete compressive strength and concrete characteristics. Silica fume is known to improve the quality of concrete through pozzolanic reactions that improve microstructure and reduce porosity. In this study, concrete with silica fume content of 6%, 7%, 8%, and 9% of the weight of cement was produced and tested. Testing was carried out at the age of 14 days to assess the compressive strength of concrete and concrete density. With the maximum increase recorded in the mixture with 8% silica fume in construction, concrete is an important component. This study indicates that the addition of silica fume additives to concrete can increase the compressive strength of the material. Based on this, ordinary concrete is not very resistant to sulfuric acid solutions found in seawater. After 14 days of immersion, the effects of sulfuric acid began to reduce the compressive strength of concrete in both freshwater and seawater, with normal concrete dropping from 19.60 MPa to 19.42 MPa, 6% silica fume concrete in freshwater from 20.04 MPa to 19.91 MPa, seawater concrete with 7% silica fume from 20.09 MPa to 19.95 MPa, with 8% silica fume from 20.22 MPa to 20.10 MPa, and with 9% silica fume from 20.18 MPa to 20.06 MPa. In conclusion, silica fume additives can increase the compressive strength of concrete; the higher the percentage of silica fume additives used, the higher the compressive strength.
