Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh merebaknya wabah Covid-19. Untuk mencegah penyebaran wabah tersebut perlu menghindari kontak dan kerumunan orang banyak Metode Pembelajaran Daring adalah salah satu usaha menghindari kontak dan kerumunan orang banyak. Selain mengatasi pandemi pembelajaran daring merupakan metode pembelajaran masa depan yang suatu saat menjadi kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan Video Tutorial untuk diterapkan dalam Metode Pembelajaran Daring pada Mata Kuliah Gambar Teknik 2. Adapun tahapan penelitian ini dengan melakukan ujicoba pembuatan video dengan aplikasi Bandicam. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba kelas daring yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tanggapan dan saran perbaikan. Langkah berikutnya adalah melakukan percobaan pemutakhiran video dengan aplikasi Filmora. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebelas Video Tutorial dengan sepuluh topik pembelajaran. Selanjutnya mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan video tutorial ini melalui link google drive yang akan diberikan disetiap sesi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Along with the times, the planned building will provide Life Safety performance. Where the planned building may be damaged, but the structure must not collapse so that there are no fatalities, both in earthquake-prone and non-earthquake-prone areas.The building is designed using the Intermediate Moment Bearer Frame System (SRPMM). Designed to be strong against several load combinations such as dead load, live load, wind load, and earthquake load. he results of the structural analysis use the ETABS and SAP 2000 version 14 software to determine the internal forces acting on the structure, and are then used to calculate the reinforcement design stage and check the cross-sectional capacity of the structure.The process of reviewing the planning of the building structure planning for the Flat Sat Brimob Polda building in Kubu Raya Regency includes analyzing the roof structure, floor plate structure, beam structure, column structure and foundation structures.Based on the results of the analysis of calculations that have been carried out, it was found that the roof structure used mild steel C-75x45x15x1, 6 mm. Floor plate structure with a thickness of 150 mm.The main beam structure with dimensions (300 x 600) mm, the joist with dimensions (250 x 500) mm, ring beam 1 with dimensions (200 x 400) mm, 2 beam rings with dimensions (150 x 300) mm. There are 2 types of column structure, namely K1 and K2, in the K1 column the largest dimensions are 700x700 mm, for column K2 the largest dimension is 400x500 mm. The foundation structure used is a pile with a diameter of 400 mm, a depth of 24 m.

Abstract

State Border Crossing Post of Entikong (PLBN) is one of the border points between the state owned by theIndonesian State which is directly adjacent to the State of Malaysia, the state of Sarawak. In the PLBNEntikong area there is a multipurpose building carried out by PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). In this finalproject discusses the systematics and process of implementing the multipurpose building construction inorder to know the management system of a project, volume or backup quantity (Mutual check 100%), RAB,weight, duration of time (Barchart), work methods, and workers' personal protective equipment. In theprocess of reviewing the implementation of the Multipurpose Building construction, the methods used inretrieving data were the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, the data wereobtained from the project contracts documents for the development of facilities and infrastructure to supportthe integrated PLBN West Kalimantan. From the review process and stages, the results are obtained,namely: the management system of a project obtained from the project contract document, the volume thathas been crosschecked through the daily monitoring process, the cost budget plan that has been addendumdue to the addition and reduction of volume, the weight of the work after being added the duration of timeafter the workday addendum, making the method of each work item carried out by direct field review, as wellas personal protective equipment used while working.

Abstract

The growth of the population with lower-middle incomes, both local residents and residents from outside theregion who are looking for job opportunities, increases, so that between the availability of housing and the factthat the income of the population does not match the impact and results in the lack of availability of affordableformal houses. To meet the housing needs for residents who have lower-middle income, the government has madeefforts with housing programs, one of which is the construction of simple rental flats (Rusunawa).The problem-solving method used in the discussion of construction management planning is in the form of a costmanagement system, at, human resources, construction work safety and quality, in Rusunawa construction work.Based on the results of the analysis of the methods carried out, it was found that the costs needed to complete thework on the construction of 5-story Simple Rental Flats on Jalan Tanjungpura, Pontianak City, amounted to Rp.54,801,530,000. In planning time, it took 115 weeks to complete the project work. In human resource planning,450 workers are needed for a more optimal project implementation. For planning the use of construction K3equipment, the things that are planned are in the form of planning the use of PPE and APK in accordance withthe type of work based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works number: 05/PRT/M/2014. For quality planning in the form of a list of quality specification tables and planning Work Plans and Requirements based onthe Regulation of the Minister of Public Works number: 04/PRT/M/2009

Abstract

Kabupaten Kubu Raya merupakan hasil pemekaran dari Kabupaten Mempawah. Tujuan dari pemekaran Kabupaten Kubu Raya ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemerataan pembangunan, mendekatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat serta mengefektifkan rentang kendali penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Kabupaten Kubu Raya sendiri masih kekurangan berbagai macam insfratuktur pedukung, salah satunya masih kekurangan gedung kantor pelayanan pajak untuk masyarakat. Memiliki kantor pelayanan pajak yang strategis dapat membantu mempermudah pelayanan pajak di kabupaten itu sendiri. Dimana dalam penelitian, ini dilakukan Perencanaan Gedung Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) yang menggunakan material struktur beton yang mengacu pada SNI 1727:2013, SNI 2847:2013, untuk gempa mengacu pada SNI 1726:2019, dan untuk menentukan pembebanan bangunan mengunakan PPURG 1987, sedangkan untuk analisis dilakukan dengan softwere SAP2000 dan hitungan secara manual. Dari data perencanaan dengan luasan bangunan 25 m x 25 m, dan keseluruhan tinggi bangunan adalah 17.50 m, didapat tebal pelat atap dak 12 cm, tebal pelat lantai 12 cm, dimensi balok induk 25 cm x 50 cm dan dimensi balok anak 20 cm x 40 cm, dimensi kolom 35 cm x 35 cm, dan ukuran pondasi 2 m x 2 m dengan menggunakan tiang pancang 25 cm x 25 cm yang berjumlah 9 batang. Dari semua data bangunan diatas dapat di simpulkan dari hasil perhitungan bahwa mampu menahan semua gaya/momen yang terjadi pada bangunan

Abstract

The rapid development in the field of education in order to obtain a superior successor of the nation sothat progress and increase in welfare are realized for all Indonesian people. As the population increases, so doesthe need for educational facilities. The improvement of higher education facilities and infrastructure is needed tofacilitate the teaching and learning process. The development carried out certainly needs to pay attention toseveral aspects, one of which is the effect of the earthquake. Earthquakes always attack the joint structure so thatthe structure is designed with the moment-bearing frame system method with the concept of strong columns andweak beams combined with shear walls so that the building can dampen earthquake vibrations.The 8-storey earthquake-resistant Pontianak State Polytechnic campus II building is located on JalanJenderal Ahmad Yani, Pontianak City, West Kalimantan Province. The building consists of 8 floors with a heightof 30.7 meters from the ground, reinforced concrete structure. Based on the results of the Standard PenetrationTest (SPT) this building will be erected on soft soil conditions (SE site class), included in the Seismic DesignCategory (KDS) D, then the calculation of this building uses the Special Moment Resistant Frame System(SRPMK) combined with walls shear so it is called the Dual System Method. Earthquake load planning uses the2017 Indonesia Earthquake Map using the response spectrum method according to SNI 1726-2019. Calculationof loading according to SNI 1727-2020 and PPPURG1987, and structural concrete requirements for buildingsaccording to SNI 2847-2019. Structural analysis using SAP2000 application assistanceThe results of the calculation of the floor slab obtained 1 type of plate measuring 14 cm with 10 mmreinforcement for the ground floor to 7th floor, 9 mm reinforcement for non-floor floors; the dimensions of themain beam structure are 20 × 40 cm with D19 main reinforcement, the dimensions of the sub-beam structure are20 × 40 cm with D16 main reinforcement; column dimensions 80 × 80 cm with 16D25 main reinforcement, liftcolumn dimensions 30 × 30 cm with 12D16 main reinforcement; 1 type of sliding wall 15 cm; ladder plate 12 cm;pile foundation 30 cm.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of housing is one of the primary needs that must be met for human survival. As time goes on, humans grow very quickly with the increasing need for housing, also economically for the lower middle class people, the more diverse jobs that require people to no longer be able to own a house because of land and expensive housing prices. Therefore we need a place to live that can be inhabited en masse for low-income people. For the sake of creating an ideal urban and population structure, rental flats can be one solution. Planning and designing rental flats that are livable and a healthy, safe, harmonious, and sustainable environment as well as creating integrated settlements to build economic, social and cultural. In the design of graded building is important to note several criteria, referring to The Regulation of Minister of Public Housing of Republic Indonesian Number 10 in 2012 is about Implementation of Housing and Residential Areas with Balanced Occupancy. In this writing, the design of TPI Rental Flats is using site location data, namely residential areas with an area according to the selected location is very open to developing flats that are integrated with the surrounding residential environment as well as environmental data around the site, such as sun and wind. Based on design result, it was obtained that the design concept of TPI Rental Flats in Pontianak is emphasized on Metaphor concept, so in design can representing livable life for low-income residents. Then the rooms designed in the TPI Rental Flats are consist of 3 types, namely type 36 as many 20 rooms, type 45 as many 15 rooms and type 60 as many 20 rooms with a total occupant of 737 persons. In calculating the reservoir requirements, the volume of the upper reservoir is 60.4 m3 with dimensions of 2 x 8 x 1.2 m for 2 pieces, while the lower reservoir is 90.6 m3 with dimensions of 4 x 8 x 1.8 m for 1 unit. In designing a fire protection system, the number of hydrants used in the building is 9 with a volume of 410400 liters, the number of yard hydrants used is 9 with a volume of 1539000 liters and the number of sprinklers used is 454 with a volume of 232902 liters, so that the total water requirement is 2182302 liters. For designing the dimensions of the structure, the dimensions of the columns used are 50x50 cm and the dimensions of the main beams and the joists respectively are 35x75 cm and 25x50 cm.
