Abstract

This study analyzes the functional relationship between the efficiency of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) as a variable predictor. Using panel dataset of 6 BUS listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period, the fixed effect panel regression model was used to analyze the relationship between variables. This study proves that the simultaneous implementation of GCG consisting of the proportion of share ownership, size of board, and board composition have a significant effect on the efficiency of BUS. Partially, the proportion of share ownership and the boad composition have a positive and significant effect, on the other hand, the board size has no significant effect on the efficiency of BUS. Keywords: Efficiency of sharia commercial bank, implementation of GCG and panel regression

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of responsibilities and roles on implementation. This examination was led by the SKPK within the East Aceh Regional Government. The sample of this audit data is 49 echelon IV financial administration officials who were taken for strategic audit purposes. Information is collected using surveys and then the information is checked using various direct relapse techniques. This investigation traces that the responsibilities of the chief financial officer and the department together affect the performance of the financial supervisor. The responsibilities of the financial supervisor positively affect the finance director. Part of the financial supervisor does not affect the finance director.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is; 1) Disseminate the existence of youth organizations' roles in development, 2) Provide awareness for citizens to be able to participate in activities/become active members and administrators. 3) Provide skills training for administrators/members to determine feasible work programs to be implemented, and 4) Provide skills in making proposals and financial reports within the organization. The stages of implementing the activities consist of; 1) Lectures and questions and answers, 2) Provide technical training, and 3) Assistance in making activity proposals. The results of service activities include; 1) The PPM activity has succeeded in socializing the existence of the role of youth organizations in development, 2) The activity has succeeded in providing citizens' awareness to be able to participate in activities/become active members and administrators. 3) The training activities have succeeded in encouraging youth or organizational members to determine possible work programs to be implemented, 4) The training activities have provided skills to make proposals and financial reports in youth organizations, and 5) Established partnerships and cooperation between the youth of East Aceh Regency, PKBM Smart Mandiri Peureulak and Akademi Keuangan Perbankan Nusantara.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence between Promotion on the Umrah Pilgrims' Decision of the Elhanief Tour and Travel Banda Aceh Company. Primary data comes from questionnaires filled out by Umrah pilgrims as a sample of 96 people. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the variable Y = 11.489 + 0.511X indicates that a constant of 11.489 is the value of the Promotion variable when the Decision variable is zero, or it can be interpreted that if the Promotion variable value is increased by 1 then the Decision variable value increases or increases by 0.511, this shows that the value of the Promotion variable has a positive effect on the Decision variable of 0.511. The results of testing the correlation coefficient (relationship between variables) with symbols obtained R of 0.628 indicating a strong relationship between variables (Promotion and Decisions), while the value of the coefficient of determination or R2 is 0.394, indicating that the effect of the Promotion variable on the Decision variable is 0.394 or if it is percentaged 39.4%, and the remaining 60.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, namely product quality, price and service quality. While the results of testing the hypothesis with the t test obtained tcount > ttable or 7.819 > 1.985 and tsig <5% or 0.00 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis is suspected that promotion influences the decisions of Umrah pilgrims at the Elhanief Tour and Travel company in Banda Aceh City is accepted, and it is suggested to the company to increase promotion again and increase its promotional media so that consumers, especially prospective Umrah pilgrims, are more interested in using the company as an organizer of Umrah trips in future.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that influence Brand Loyalty to consumers of California Fried Chicken or known as CFC in Langsa City. The sample in this study were consumers totaling 88 respondents. Primary data from the questionnaire results, then the data is tabulated with a Likert scale, analyzed with multiple linear regression equipment, hypothesis testing with t test, F test, correlation coefficient testing, and determination testing. Based on the research results obtained Y = 7.089 + 0.251 (Product Quality) + 0.283 (Service Quality) + 0.202 (Promotion) + 0.233 (Price). The constant coefficient of 7.089 is the value of the dependent variable (Brand Loyalty) if the value of the independent variable is constant (fixed) or has a value of zero. This shows that the dependent variable (Brand Loyalty) is influenced by the independent variable (Product Quality, Service Quality, Promotion, Price) of 7,089. The correlation coefficient value which is symbolized by R is 0.690 which can be equated with the relationship of the independent variable which is classified as strong towards the dependent variable, while the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.476, indicating that the independent variable influences the dependent variable (Brand Loyalty) of 0.476 or if it is percentaged 47.6% and the remaining 52.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of hypothesis testing (t test and F test) obtained the significance level of the independent variable with Service Quality Factor (X1) 3.000 > 2.633 and 0.04 <0.05, Service Quality Factor (X2) 3.972 > 2.633 and 0.00 <0. 05, Promotion Factor (X3) 3.292 > 2.633 and 0.01 < 0.05, and Price Factor (X4) 4.023 > 2.633 and 0.00 < 0.05. This shows that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Thus the hypothesis is accepted.
