Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk “mengetahui pengaruh diskusi kelompok terhadap kecakapan social siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Dari hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Eksperimen dengan disain one group pretest posttestyaituhasil analisis angketpree-tes menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat kecakapan sosial siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Mabagik tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Hasil angket yang di berikan kepada kelompok eksperimen menunjukan jumlah skor yang di capai oleh 69 orang siswa adalah 3924 dengan nilai rata-rata 56,869 dengan kategori sedang. Hasil analisi angket post-tes(setelah di berikan perlakuan)kepada kelompok eksperimen menunjukan peningkatan  dimana skor yang di peroleh oleh 69 siswa adalah  3997 dengan nilai rata-rata 57,927 dengan kategori mendekati tinggi.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of implementing a regional financial information system (SIKD) on the quality of internal services using emotional intelligence as an intervening variable. The research was conducted by the local government work unit (SKPD) in the Banda Aceh government. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 170 employees who were taken by proportional sampling according to SKPD. Using structural equation modeling as a data analysis model, the study found that the implementation of SIKD had a positive and significant effect on employee emotional intelligence and internal service quality. The existence of emotional intelligence not only has a significant effect on improving the quality of internal services, but also mediates the effect of implementing SIKD on the internal services quality of SKPD.Keywords: internal services quality, employee’s emotional intelligence, implementation of SIKD, Structural equation modeling

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is; 1) Disseminate the existence of youth organizations' roles in development, 2) Provide awareness for citizens to be able to participate in activities/become active members and administrators. 3) Provide skills training for administrators/members to determine feasible work programs to be implemented, and 4) Provide skills in making proposals and financial reports within the organization. The stages of implementing the activities consist of; 1) Lectures and questions and answers, 2) Provide technical training, and 3) Assistance in making activity proposals. The results of service activities include; 1) The PPM activity has succeeded in socializing the existence of the role of youth organizations in development, 2) The activity has succeeded in providing citizens' awareness to be able to participate in activities/become active members and administrators. 3) The training activities have succeeded in encouraging youth or organizational members to determine possible work programs to be implemented, 4) The training activities have provided skills to make proposals and financial reports in youth organizations, and 5) Established partnerships and cooperation between the youth of East Aceh Regency, PKBM Smart Mandiri Peureulak and Akademi Keuangan Perbankan Nusantara.

Abstract

Campur tangan pemerintah dalam kegiatan bisnis diperlukan, terutama dalam pengawasan UKM, mulai dari proses produksi hingga aktivitas pendistribusian produk sampai ke tangan konsumen. Sesuai dengan fungsinya, Disperindagkop dan UKM Kota Langsa berperan dalam memberdayakan produk UKM yang ada di wilayah Langsa supaya dapat menjalankan usahanya secara sukses dan bertumbuh. Salah satu kegiatan yang bersangkutan dinas bersangkutan untuk memberdayakan produk UKM adalah promosi. Tujuan promosi adalah agar produk UKM Kota Langsa lebih dikenal di masyarakat Kota Langsa maupun wilayah disekitarnya, sehingga proses tersebut mampu bersaing di pasar dan bersaing dengan produk sejenisnya yang lebih dahulu beredar di pasaran. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pameran dan promosi ini UKM dapat memperluas pemasarannya serta memperoleh peluang bekerjasama dengan mitra dagang. Disperindagkop dan UKM juga diidentifikasi memberikan kesempatan secara luas kepada masyarakat yang mengelola UKM untuk ikut serta dalam kegiatan pameran maupun expo yang diadakan.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interkoneksi agama, budaya, dan peradaban dalam pendidikan Islam sebagai respons terhadap tantangan globalisasi dan sekularisasi. Pendekatan integrasi-interkoneksi dipandang strategis dalam membangun harmoni antara nilai agama, budaya, dan peradaban untuk membentuk generasi insan kamil. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur yang dilakukan dengan mengeskplorasi sumber-sumber tertulis seperti buku dan artikel-artikel ilmiah tentang topik gender. Selanjutnya secara eksploratif dianalisis untuk mendapatkan analisis kualitatif yang mendalam. Hasil – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam yang mengintegrasikan ketiga elemen tersebut tidak hanya relevan dalam pengembangan individu yang kompeten secara spiritual, intelektual, dan sosial, tetapi juga dalam membangun masyarakat multikultural yang inklusif dan toleran. Pendekatan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan nilai-nilai Islam dalam konteks lokal dan global, sekaligus menjawab ancaman sekularisasi ilmu yang memisahkan agama dari ilmu pengetahuan modern. Secara teoritis, temuan ini memperkaya konsep integrasi dalam pendidikan Islam, sementara secara praktis, penelitian ini menjadi dasar untuk mengembangkan kurikulum yang holistik dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan era modern. Namun, keterbatasan penelitian meliputi kurangnya fokus pada implementasi praktis di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lanjutan diharapkan dapat mengeksplorasi penerapan integrasi ini secara lebih mendalam di berbagai jenjang pendidikan Islam. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik, pendidikan Islam memiliki potensi besar sebagai solusi untuk menghadapi tantangan peradaban modern.

Abstract

PBL based performance assessment involves students directly and can train them to face various problems and find solutions to problems. Science learning in class VIII shows that critical thinking skills are still relatively lacking in the process of discovering concepts in the material and the ability to answer questions based on critical thinking skills. The low level of critical thinking skills is caused by students lack of conceptual discovery of the material being taught and examining the relationship between the material and solving problems in daily life, which is done directly through performance assessments, which were previously rarely implemented in the classroom. The PBL syntax embedded in the performance assessment rubric is also integrated with the critical thinking skills component. The aim of this research is to find out whether PBL-based performance assessment can be used to measure students' critical thinking abilities. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach with descriptive data explanation in class VIII D of SMPN 37 Semarang. Students are asked to develop critical thinking skills through group work, with the results of practical and product performance assessment activities showing a good category. Where the practice percentage shows the lowest value with a percentage of 50% in the deduction dimension, with activities to determine conclusions and consider the results of the analysis with problems in each group to answer questions. The percentage of practice shows the highest score with a percentage of 75% in the dimensions of inference, recognition and interpretation with information analysis activities, exploration of information and conditions, identification of information obtained, presenting solutions and preventive efforts and the results of group work.
