The purpose of this community service is; 1) Disseminate the existence of youth organizations' roles in development, 2) Provide awareness for citizens to be able to participate in activities/become active members and administrators. 3) Provide skills training for administrators/members to determine feasible work programs to be implemented, and 4) Provide skills in making proposals and financial reports within the organization. The stages of implementing the activities consist of; 1) Lectures and questions and answers, 2) Provide technical training, and 3) Assistance in making activity proposals. The results of service activities include; 1) The PPM activity has succeeded in socializing the existence of the role of youth organizations in development, 2) The activity has succeeded in providing citizens' awareness to be able to participate in activities/become active members and administrators. 3) The training activities have succeeded in encouraging youth or organizational members to determine possible work programs to be implemented, 4) The training activities have provided skills to make proposals and financial reports in youth organizations, and 5) Established partnerships and cooperation between the youth of East Aceh Regency, PKBM Smart Mandiri Peureulak and Akademi Keuangan Perbankan Nusantara.

Performance management at SMA JAYA Langsa is very important in achieving organizational goals. With employees carrying out certain tasks and functions, planning and implementing programs becomes crucial to achieving the desired goals. A clear division of tasks is needed to ensure employee work effectiveness. The development of science and technology challenges leaders and employees to make the right decisions, which are influenced by education, the environment and technological advances. In implementing performance management at SMA JAYA Langsa, it is necessary to strengthen the potential of each employee, increase the quality and quantity of work, and ensure consistent attendance.

This activities was entitled Education and Training to Build Creativity and Independence of SMKN 1 IDI. The purpose of this service is to provide direction and guidance to SMKN 1 IDI, in terms of developing creativity and independence in order to develop their potential. The method of implementing this service is carried out in several stages, namely. 1) Preliminary stages; This stage includes field survey activities and relationships with the object of the service location as well as the preparation of activity designs and outputs from these activities. 2) Socialization Stages; in this stage the team that has compiled and formed the program design then submits it to the school and the implementation and the specified outputs. 3) Stages of implementation; this stage is the implementation of the activity design that has been determined. The conclusion of this service is that students are enthusiastic about carrying out activities that are in self-development so as to generate creativity and independence which ultimately leads to entrepreneurship. The hope of this service activity is that it can open students' insights so that they can further develop themselves, especially in terms of creativity and learning independence. So that it will be able to have an impact both in the family environment, school or community environment in general

The policy of regional autonomy empowers villages to play a significant role in development, supported by village funds sourced from the national budget. However, concerns arise regarding the potential for corruption in managing these funds. To address this, oversight mechanisms are crucial, alongside regulations such as local regency regulations and ministerial directives. Prioritizing fund usage for infrastructure and community empowerment is key. Continuous supervision and evaluation are necessary to ensure transparency and prevent misappropriation.

Campur tangan pemerintah dalam kegiatan bisnis diperlukan, terutama dalam pengawasan UKM, mulai dari proses produksi hingga aktivitas pendistribusian produk sampai ke tangan konsumen. Sesuai dengan fungsinya, Disperindagkop dan UKM Kota Langsa berperan dalam memberdayakan produk UKM yang ada di wilayah Langsa supaya dapat menjalankan usahanya secara sukses dan bertumbuh. Salah satu kegiatan yang bersangkutan dinas bersangkutan untuk memberdayakan produk UKM adalah promosi. Tujuan promosi adalah agar produk UKM Kota Langsa lebih dikenal di masyarakat Kota Langsa maupun wilayah disekitarnya, sehingga proses tersebut mampu bersaing di pasar dan bersaing dengan produk sejenisnya yang lebih dahulu beredar di pasaran. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pameran dan promosi ini UKM dapat memperluas pemasarannya serta memperoleh peluang bekerjasama dengan mitra dagang. Disperindagkop dan UKM juga diidentifikasi memberikan kesempatan secara luas kepada masyarakat yang mengelola UKM untuk ikut serta dalam kegiatan pameran maupun expo yang diadakan.

Pembiayaan murabahah adalah pembiayaan berupa talangan dana yang dibutuhkan nasabah untuk membeli suatu barang dengan kewajiban mengembalikan talangan dana tersebut seluruhnya ditambah margin keuntungan bank pada waktu jatuh tempo. Bank memperoleh margin keuntungan berupa selisih harga beli dari pemasok dengan harga jual bank kepada nasabah. Jaminan asset tidak bergerak berdasarkan prinsip syariah dalam arti keyakinan atas kemampuan dan kesanggupan nasabah peminjam untuk melunasi kewajibannya sesuai dengan yang diperjanjikan merupakan faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh manajemen bank syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami mekanisme pembiayaan murabahah dengan jaminan aset tidak bergerak, serta memahami urgensi aset tidak bergerak. Lokasi penelitian pada PT Bank Aceh Syariah Capem T Umar Langsa, dan proses analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disimpulkan bahwa mekanisme pembiayaan murabahah dengan jaminan aset tidak bergerak pada PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Capem T Umar Langsa sudah dilakukan dengan tepat berbasis dari syarat permohonan yang sangat mudah dipenuhi oleh nasabah. Jaminan aset tidak bergerak yang hanya diperbolehkan ialah SHM (Sertifikat Hak Milik) tanah, dan bangunan dan kapal pesiar yang berukuran besar, dimana jaminan ini diperlukan dalam hal keseriusan nasabah dalam membayar pembiayaan yang telah diambil.

This research is descriptive in nature, namely to explain the problems that arise especially in the world of Straw Mushroom Cultivation Business in Banda Aceh City and its Marketing process. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Consumer Decisions have on Straw Mushroom Purchases in Banda Aceh City. The scope of this study is the field of marketing science that focuses on the marketing mix on consumer behavior in choosing to buy Straw Mushrooms, the location of the study is in Banda Aceh City. The number of research samples was 100 people taken by Purposive Sampling. The results of the F Test (overall) show that the product factors (x1), price (x2), distribution (x3), Promotion (x4), together have a significant effect on the decision to purchase Straw Mushrooms in Banda Aceh City, this can be seen from the F count of 0.166 and F table 0.288. This means that statistically it proves that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed can be accepted and rejects the null hypothesis (Ho). Meanwhile, partially, the price variable does not have a significant effect on the decision to purchase Straw Mushrooms in Banda Aceh City, while the product, distribution and promotion variables have a significant effect on influencing the decision to purchase Straw Mushrooms in Banda Aceh City.

The purpose of this activity is to train teachers in East Aceh District so that they are able to understand why it is important to implement PTK and teachers can compile PTK reports using learning models. The method of implementing community service activities consists of classical and discussion which includes several stages, namely; 1) submission of systematic material for proposal writing, 2) material regarding, 3) technical implementation of research, 4) clinical preparation of PTK, 5) assistance for research implementation and 6) preparation of final research reports. Based on the results of the activity it can be seen; 1) PTK is very important for teachers to understand as professional development of teachers through three things, namely; research, write and develop the profession in a sustainable manner and include learning models that can affect student learning outcomes, 2) The implementation of training and mentoring for teachers in East Aceh District can have a direct impact on increasing knowledge about the preparation of PTK by using models learning, has provided technical knowledge for teachers in order to compile PTK reports, 3) Local government response is needed, especially the Education Office in carrying out similar activities so that participants who take part in these activities are fulfilled seeing that the number of teachers in East Aceh Regency is high, 4) partnership and cooperation between the Indonesian Academy of Banking Finance, East Aceh Regency and SDN East Aceh Regency.

Character building and entrepreneurship skills for students of Dayah Darul Muta'alimin is a coaching process that aims to shape entrepreneurial character and skills in students. The purpose of character building is to shape students into individuals who have good character such as having a sense of responsibility, discipline, confidence, honesty, and noble character. Meanwhile, fostering entrepreneurial skills aims to provide knowledge and skills in managing a business. Character development is carried out through various activities such as recitation, ta'lim, moral guidance, and other activities that can shape the character of the students. Meanwhile, fostering entrepreneurial skills is carried out through training and introduction to various types of business, how to create a business, financial management, and other matters related to the business world. Character development and entrepreneurship skills for Dayah Darul Muta'alimin students have very important benefits such as being able to form good student character, improve entrepreneurial abilities, and open job opportunities for students after graduating from Dayah. Therefore, building character and entrepreneurial skills needs to be carried out continuously so that students can have sufficient provisions to face future challenges.
