Abstract

One of the superior products of Langse village, Margorejo sub-district is tempe chips, with a total of 15 business actors, and most of them become home industry centers that absorb the energy of the majority of the Langse village community. In addition, there are other micro, small and medium enterprises, namely batik and vegetable and fruit traders. However, with the Covid 19 pandemic, the MSMEs of Langse village were greatly affected, due to the declining purchasing power of the people, the marketing system still uses the traditional system by trading directly in the market or entrusting merchandise to stalls and limited marketing reach. The purpose of this research is to develop MSMEs in Langke village, Margorejo sub-district, which had slumped by building a network between MSME actors and expanding marketing reach by building a marketplace.

Abstract

Dengan adanya pandemi COVID 19 di Indonesia, membawa dampak pada perubahan sistem perkuliahan di STMIK AKI. Sistem perkuliahan yang selama ini tatap muka menjadi perkuliahan online selama pandemi. Perubahan ini seharusnya diikuti dengan perubahan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap sistem peruliahan yang baru yaitu secara online. Selama ini badan Penjamin Mutu belum mempersiapkan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi perkuliahan online, sehingga untuk melaksanakan monev timbul permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model sistem monitoring dan evaluasi perkuliahan di era new normal. Di era normal ini perkuliahan bisa dilakukan secara tatap muka apabila kondisi sudah memungkinkan dan perkuliahan secara online. Jadi pemodelan simonev dirancang untuk perkuliahan tatap muka dan perkuliahan online. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall.

Abstract

Today's society often complains about various ailments that are felt. By consulting directly or face to face, the community can complain about various things that are felt. However, consultations are often carried out face-to-face with doctors or health professionals who often complain about the time and schedule of examinations by doctors. By using a face-to-face system it is felt to be less effective for the community. To address these issues, the authors created Doctor Consultation apps for Android and iOS, constructed them with the React Native framework, and leveraged services from the Firebase Firestore Database as the system's database, Firebase Authentication as authentication to access the system. Firebase Storage for data storage. Mitra Anda App includes consulting features, doctor information based on previous user ratings, news and offers from clinics, authentication that checks user authorization to access the system, get clinic directions, etc. Mitra Anda application will make it simpler for the general public to conduct consultations or obtain medical services from doctors, find out the location of clinics, receive health news and offers from clinics to receive health services directly.

Abstract

Dalam membangun suatu sistem informasi, sangat penting memilih metode pengembangan yang tepat, karena mempengaruhi : waktu serta anggaran yang dibutuhkan dan kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi sistem yang diminta oleh pengguna. Ada beberapa metode pengembangan sistem yang bisa dipakai yaitu Waterfall, Prototype, RAD, Spiral, Agile atau Scrum. Dan masing-masing metode memiliki kelebihan sekaligus kelemahan, hal ini yang seringkali membuat pengembang sistem bingung dalam menentukan metode yang akan digunakan pengembangan sistem. Berdasarkan latar belakang inilah penulis mengadakan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk dapat memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan metode pengembangan sistem yang tepat dengan pemaparan persamaan dari metode-metode yang ada, keunggulan masing-masing metode serta kelemahannya. Fokus penelitian adalah studi komparasi metode RAD dan Prototype dengan studi kasus pada proyek sistem informasi BUMDes.

Abstract

Advancements in information technology have enabled organizations to discover new business strategies that can assist companies, organizations, schools, and governments in facing competition while enhancing productivity. Computer technology and the internet have facilitated information delivery, yet the utilization of Information Technology hasn’t been as effective as possible at SMK TQ Ndholo Kusumo, which still relies on manual systems to support day-to-day operations. This includes administrative tasks related to processing schedule information, teacher data, class data, student data, subject data, and grade data. Consequently, a considerable amount of time is required for these activities. To address these issues, an Academic Information System (AIS) is needed to aid in a more productive and efficient process. This system is designed using extreme programming methods in its development, incorporating unified modeling language for system design, including use case, class, and activity diagrams. System feasibility evaluation is conducted through black-box testing, resulting in a 100% accuracy rate. Therefore, functionally, this system is deemed suitable for use.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted education in Indonesia, necessitating the adoption of distance learning strategies. This shift, initially prompted by the pandemic's spread, introduced challenges such as decreased student motivation, technical hurdles, and digital disparities. Drawing upon Behavioristic Learning Theory, which emphasizes stimulus-response dynamics and reinforcement, it becomes evident that student motivation is pivotal in the learning process. During the pandemic, online learning witnessed fluctuations in student motivation, initially marked by heightened interest but later dampened by challenges like poor internet connectivity. Moreover, the transition from face-to-face to online learning underscored the significance of external factors, including the learning environment and support systems, in shaping student motivation. Government initiatives to address these challenges included providing online platforms, internet quotas, and adjusting learning policies. While online learning proved effective during the pandemic, it also highlighted the need for innovative approaches to sustain student engagement and motivation. Factors like parental involvement, teacher creativity, and student interest emerged as crucial determinants of motivation. As education continues to evolve, there is a pressing need to adapt learning strategies to meet diverse student needs, whether through online, offline, or hybrid approaches. Fostering intrinsic motivation and creating supportive learning environments remain paramount for ensuring optimal learning outcomes amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic and beyond.

Abstract

Rendahnya Self compassion peserta didik memiliki dampak negatif pada aspek kehidupannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan konseling kelompok Modification Mindful Self Compassion (MMSC) untuk meningkatkan self compassion peserta didik. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen kuasi dengan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi berjumlah 43 peserta didik dengan sampel 10 peserta didik yaitu 5 peserta didik untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 5 peserta didik untuk kelompok kontrol. Sampel tersebut menjadi subjek penelitian yang ditentukan melalui teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling yaitu peserta didik merupakan kelas X di MAN 4 Kampar dengan hasil skala self compassion berkategori rendah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara pretest dan posttest, kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu uji Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Asump.Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,046 < 0.05. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Konseling Kelompok Modification Mindful Self Compassion (MMSC) efektif untuk meningkatkan self compassion peserta didik MA.
