The purpose of this research was to find out the racial issues that were contained in the poem and to find out the impact of racism on black people in the poem. The method used was descriptive method with a social approach. The researcher really understands the contents of the poem by reading it repeatedly, noting important parts, then compiling data that are directly related to this research. The results showed that in Jericho Brown's poetry, there were many issues of racism that occurred both from the past and the present. There were racism types that can be found in the poem, such as discrimination, injustice, skin color, segregation and slavery and in this poem, it is also found that there are racist acts against black people in the form of oppression, death, hunger, and death that happened to people. black skinned. In this study, it is explained that racist acts have a bad impact on those who experience them and there are many types of racist acts that can be understood. The conclusion of this research was various types of racist acts are found in three of Jericho Brown's poems entitled the tradition, at the end of hell, and langstone blue, namely discrimination actions, injustice, segregation, slavery and skin color by people with white skin against black people in the past and present.

Improving the quality of jama'ah through the management of the mosque, doneby: how to organize the mosque, how to plan, organize, implement and evaluate so thatthe planned program gets input. Film is a communicative medium in conveying messages, because the message to be conveyed is visualized through visual scenes or film sound. The film Uang Panai is a regional film that raises the issue of the local wisdom of the Makassar Bugis tribe regarding marriage dowries in the romantic and religious comedy genre. This film tells about the phenomenon of the Makassar Bugis tradition which in general is the most important thing in a wedding ceremony, where a man who wants to get married must prepare Uang Panai as a condition for marriage. This research is a qualitative research that makes the film Uang Panai as the object of research and focuses on narrative analysis using observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data source for this research is the entire content of the film Uang Panai' by Halim Gani Safia which was released on August 25 2016 in all Indonesian cinemas with a duration of 119 minutes or 1 hour 59 minutes. The results of the study show that the various scenes and dialogues shown in the film Uang Panai show that the film represents the story of a couple who are about to get married, where the man must collect Uang Panai as a condition for marriage (spending money) to be given to the bride in accordance with the prevailing customs in society. Bugis-Makassar. As for Islamic values in the Uang Panai film where Anca is full of endeavor, exerts all her efforts in fighting for her love for Risna, stands firm and does not complain about all the trials and problems in collecting Uang Panai, and is responsible for all the decisions she makes, proves Taro There is Taro Gau (sticking to what is said). The application of the principles of Islamic communication in the film Uang Panai can be seen in that every problem that arises is resolved by good, gentle, effective and easy to understand communication.

The Covid-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted education in Indonesia, necessitating the adoption of distance learning strategies. This shift, initially prompted by the pandemic's spread, introduced challenges such as decreased student motivation, technical hurdles, and digital disparities. Drawing upon Behavioristic Learning Theory, which emphasizes stimulus-response dynamics and reinforcement, it becomes evident that student motivation is pivotal in the learning process. During the pandemic, online learning witnessed fluctuations in student motivation, initially marked by heightened interest but later dampened by challenges like poor internet connectivity. Moreover, the transition from face-to-face to online learning underscored the significance of external factors, including the learning environment and support systems, in shaping student motivation. Government initiatives to address these challenges included providing online platforms, internet quotas, and adjusting learning policies. While online learning proved effective during the pandemic, it also highlighted the need for innovative approaches to sustain student engagement and motivation. Factors like parental involvement, teacher creativity, and student interest emerged as crucial determinants of motivation. As education continues to evolve, there is a pressing need to adapt learning strategies to meet diverse student needs, whether through online, offline, or hybrid approaches. Fostering intrinsic motivation and creating supportive learning environments remain paramount for ensuring optimal learning outcomes amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic and beyond.

Empowering the community in building a culture of character, awareness love history and innovation entrepreneurship in students of Madrasah Aliyah State School 1 Deli Serdang is to develop the potential of students in terms of culture of character, historical knowledge and entrepreneurial skills. Some of the specific goals that can be achieved include increasing students' awareness of the importance of building a culture of good character, such as integrity, discipline, responsibility and honesty. Enhance students' knowledge of history, both national and local history, as well as increasing their love for the cultural heritage and history of the nation. The methods used in achieving the goals are character education through extracurricular pursuits, academic instruction, and self-improvement initialisms. Entrepreneurship training, organizing training and entrepreneurial workshops involving business practitioners and successful entrepreneurs as guest speakers. In addition, students may be given the opportunity to develop their own business ideas through entrepreneurship competitions or incubation program. The use of technology, using information and communication technology in the learning process to enhance students' interest in studying history and developing entrepreneurial skills. The dedication of this community service can raise public awareness of love of history and develop the skills of entrepreneurs at Madrasah Aliyah State School 1 Deli Serdang.

PT. Kibi Garden merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bisnis tanaman hias dan pembuatan taman. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran menjadi sangat penting bagi PT. Kibi Garden untuk tetap berhubungan dengan pelanggan serta meningkatkan penjualan produk pada masa pasca pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi pemasaran PT. Kibi Garden dalam pemasaran produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada masa pasca pandemi covid-19, serta untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang menjadi hambatan PT. Kibi Garden dalam pemasaran produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada masa pasca pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, studi kasus yang menghasilkan data-data deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam kata-kata. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. penelitian ini menggunakan teori Pemasaran Relasional (Relationship Marketing). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Kibi Garden menggunakan 3 cara dalam pemasaran produk yaitu, pertama Memperoleh Pelanggan Baru (Acquired), PT. Kibi Garden memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan memberikan beberapa cara dalam merawat dan menanam tanaman yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, selain itu PT. Kibi Garden membuat promosi di sosial media. Kedua Menambah Nilai dari Pelanggan (Enhanced), merekomendasikan beberapa Produk terbaru yang dibutuhkan pelanggan, memberikan kualitas terbaik, harga yang terjangkau serta pelayanan yang baik. Ketiga Mempertahankan Pelanggan (Retain) dengan terus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik, menjalin hubungan baik dan menerima masukan dan saran dari pelanggan.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang etnografi komunikasi Bissu dalam konteks budaya ritual Maggiri di kabupaten tersebut. Segeri, Kab. Pangkep. Bissu, sebagai kelompok masyarakat adat yang berperan penting dalam menjaga tradisi dan ritual keagamaan,. Metode etnografi digunakan untuk menggali secara mendalam bagaimana komunikasi pada masyarakat Bissu membentuk dan membentuk struktur sosial dan norma budayanya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan gaya penelitian lapangan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bissu yang ada di Segeri. Teknik memeperoleh data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara dan literatur. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) nilai-nilai terpenting yang dimiliki masyarakat Bissu meliputi spiritualitas yang diungkapkan dalam doa atau nyanyian dan penghormatan terhadap leluhur melalui berbagai upacara kehormatan. Norma sosial yang mengatur tingkah laku dan interaksi dalam suatu masyarakat serta menjamin keselarasan dan kenyamanan dalam pelaksanaan ritual maggiri; 2) Struktur sosial komunitas Bissu bercirikan hierarki yang jelas, dengan para pemimpin Bissu memainkan peran sentral dalam komunikasi dan pengambilan keputusan.; 3) Ritual Maggiri mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari anggota Bissu, meliputi aspek spiritual, sosial dan ekonomi. Berpartisipasi dalam ritual ini memberikan rasa identitas dan kebanggaan. Ritual budaya Bissu maggiri masih dihormati dan dianggap sebagai bagian penting dari warisan budaya di kabupaten tersebut. Masalah pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pemain SSB Syekh Yusuf belum mengetahui senam kardio dalam meningkatkan VO2max. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk: 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan (teoritis) bagi pemain tentang senam kardio dalam meningkatkan VO2max. 2) untuk dapat meningkatkan keterampilan bagi pemain tentang senam kardio dalam meningkatkan VO2mas dalam permainan sepakbola usia dini. Kegiatan program pengabdian kepada asyarakat ini dibagi atas dua kegiatan yaitu: 1) kegiatan penjelasan secara teori dilakukan selama satu hari yaitu menjelaskan cara pelaksanaan senam kardio dalam meningkatkan VO2max, dan 2) kegiatan praktek, dilakukan selama 5 hari untuk mempraktekan secara langsung senam kardio dalam meningkatkan VO2max. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa: 1) peserta dapat menerima materi dengan semangat dan kemauan yang antusias, sehingga dapat diserap oleh pemain dengan baik dan mampu dipraktekan dengan baik. 2) motivasi peserta cukup tinggi mengikuti pelatihan senam kardio dalam meningkatkan VO2max. 3) peserta menyadari bahwa materi yang diberikan merupakan tambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang sangat bermanfaat bagi mereka untuk melakukan peningkatan prestasi olahraga sepakbola pada jenjang usia dini.

This study aims to investigate students' speaking anxiety in English classes in the second semester of Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Specifically, this study examines the factors that influence students' speaking anxiety and strategies to minimize it based on what the students have experienced. Thirty-eight students were selected as research subjects using a specialized sampling method. The researchers used a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and observations with students who have anxiety in speaking English. The results showed two factors, including internal factors, i.e., discouragement (feeling shy), lack of confidence, and fear of making mistakes, and external factors (limited vocabulary and friends/classmates). And there are two strategies shown in this study (preparation and relaxation). The conclusion of this study is that speaking anxiety can occur and hinder students' speaking performance. Therefore, strategies are needed to do so in order to make it easier for students to speak.

Psychology began to focus its studies not only on mental disorders but also focused on new themes, such as smiling. To grow and develop in a social environment and strengthen the feeling of family, smiling is something that must be done. Basically, a smile will create a positive aura in the form of peace towards the people in the environment around us. This research uses a literature review method, by collecting various literature and research results that are relevant to the topic discussed in this article from various different sources. The aim of this research is to find out the benefits of smiling from the perspective of positive psychology and Islamic psychology. The research results show that smiling in positive psychology and Islamic psychology actually have similarities in viewing smiles. One of the benefits studied from the two types of psychology discussed is that it can reduce stress levels in humans. In Islam itself, as we already know, a smile is interpreted as a form of worship in the form of alms which is the easiest to do. Smiling also turns out to bring various positive impacts and huge benefits. One of the benefits of smiling is reducing stress levels.
