Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pentingnya peran bidan dalam asuhan kesehatan mental ibu selama fase reproduksi. Bidan masih mengalami tantangan dalam mengenali permasalahan psikologis. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku bidan dalam memahami kesejahteraan psikologis sebagai upaya promosi kesehatan mental.Metode: Kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan psikoedukasi partisipatif menggunakan lembar balik dan toolkit Kelas Ibu Hamil Terintegrasi (LASTRI), dengan evaluasi pretes dan postes pada bidan praktik mandiri dan bidan layanan primer yang bermitra dengan Ikatan Bidan Indonesia (IBI) Kota Tangerang.Hasil: terdapat peningkatan rerata skor sebelum dan setelah pelatihan pada pengetahuan bidan sebesar 27 poin dengan p value 0.001<0.05, peningkatan sikap bidan sebesar 15 poin p value 0.02<0.05, dan peningkatan perilaku sebesar 20 poin p value 0.013<0.05.Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi bidan, khususnya pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku terkait pemahaman kesejahteraan psikologis ibu hamil. Penguatan bidan melalui pendekatan psiko edukatif menjadi strategi penting dalam mendukung pelayanan kebidanan yang lebih holistic.

Abstract

Dukungan sosial orang tua dan kecerdasan emosional berperan penting dalam pembentukan self-efficacy, karena keduanya meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan membantu remaja menghadapi tekanan dan berbagai tantangan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial orang tua dan kecerdasan emosional dengan self-efficacy pada remaja kelas X di SMKN 9 Kota Tangerang. Desain ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling. Sampel sebanyak 190 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dukungan sosial orang tua rendah (55,8%), kecerdasan emosional rendah (54,2%), dan self-efficacy rendah (59,5%). Uji Chi-Square membuktikan dukungan sosial orang tua (p<0,05; OR=5,841) dan kecerdasan emosional (p<0,05; OR=5,692) berhubungan signifikan dengan self-efficacy. Analisis multivariat juga memperlihatkan hubungan signifikan antara dukungan sosial orang tua (p=0,000 <0,05; OR=4,166; CI 2,124–8,172) serta kecerdasan emosional (p=0,000 <0,05; OR=4,032; CI 2,054–7,916) dengan self-efficacy remaja. Temuan ini menunjukkan ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial orang tua dan kecerdasan emosional dengan self-efficacy pada remaja kelas X di SMKN 9 Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

Background: Many problems that teenagers face today, such as social interaction, academic pressure, and searching for identity, can lead to mental health issues like stress, anxiety, and depression. Religion can help teenagers feel calm, clear their minds, and manage their behavior well, one of which is through activities like dhikr and prayer. Purpose: To determine "The Effect of Dhikr and Prayer on Mental Health in Teenagers at the Subul El Salam Islamic Boarding School, Tangerang Regency". Method: Using a Quasi-experimental with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design design. The population & sample in this study were 40 teenagers. Sampling technique used total sampling. The instruments and measuring were questionnaires tools Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale (WEMWBS) scale and observation sheets with intervention media in the form of a dhikr and prayer guidebook "Laa Tahzan Wa Laa Takhof". The analysis technique used univariate and bivariate analysis with the Mann-Whitney test. Results: The Mann Whitney test results (P value = 0.001, so H1 is accepted) because the P value <0.05 it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the application of dhikr and prayer on mental health in adolescents. Conclusion: It appears that the application of dhikr and prayer is effective in improving mental health in adolescents. Asbtrak Latar Belakang: Banyak masalah yang sering dihadapi remaja sekarang, seperti pergaulan sosial, tekanan belajar, dan mencari identitas diri, yang bisa menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan mental seperti stres, kecemasan, dan depresi. Agama bisa membantu remaja merasa tenang, tenang pikiran, dan mengendalikan perilaku dengan baik, salah satunya melalui kegiatan dzikir dan berdoa. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Dzikir Dan Doa Terhadap Kesehatan Mental pada Remaja di Pondok Pesantren Subul El Salam Kabupaten Tangerang”. Metode: Quasi eksperimental dengan desain Non-Equivalent Kontrol Group Design. Populasi & sampel pada penelitian ini adalah remaja sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen dan alat ukur berupa kuesioner skala Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale (WEMWBS) dan lembar observasi, media intervensi berupa buku panduan dzikir dan doa “Laa Tahzan Wa Laa Takhof”. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan uji mann whitney. Hasil: hasil uji Mann- Whitney didapatkan nilai (P value = 0.001 maka H1 diterima) karena nilai P value <0,05 artinya karena nilai P value <0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan dzikir dan doa terhadap kesehatan mental pada remaja. Kesimpulan: Terlihat penerapan dzikir dan doa efektif dalam meningkatkan kesehatan mental pada remaja.

Abstract

Background: Self-efficacy plays a crucial role in enhancing healthcare professionals’ confidence and assertiveness when conveying critical clinical information. Meanwhile, self-disclosure facilitates healthy openness, fosters team trust, and promotes interprofessional collaboration. Structured communication using the SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) framework is therefore essential to improve patient safety and reduce communication errors in clinical settings. Purpose: This study aimed to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and self-disclosure with the effectiveness of SBAR communication among healthcare professionals in a private hospital X in Tangerang. Methods: This study employed a quantitative correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of healthcare professionals working in a private hospital X. A proportional random sampling technique was used, resulting in a total sample of 140 respondents. Self-efficacy was measured using the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), self-disclosure was assessed using the Self-disclosure Index (SDI), and SBAR communication effectiveness was measured using the SBAR Effectiveness Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test for bivariate analysis and logistic regression for multivariate analysis Result: The findings showed that 67 respondents (47.2%) had high self-efficacy and 73 respondents (51.4%) had low self-efficacy. High self-disclosure was reported in 82 respondents (57.7%), while 58 respondents (40.8%) had low self-disclosure. Regarding SBAR communication, 67 respondents (47.9%) demonstrated effective communication, whereas 73 respondents (52.1%) were categorized as less effective. Bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between self-efficacy and SBAR communication effectiveness (p-value = 0.000; OR = 8.307) and between self-disclosure and SBAR communication effectiveness (p-value = 0.004; OR = 3.292). Implication: Healthcare professionals with high self-efficacy were approximately 8.3 times more likely to demonstrate effective SBAR communication compared to those with low self-efficacy. Similarly, respondents with higher self-disclosure were about 3.2 times more likely to exhibit effective SBAR communication. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening psychological factors, particularly self-efficacy and self-disclosure, to enhance structured communication and ultimately improve patient safety outcomes
