Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability ratio on stock price of companies  listed  in  LQ45  index  in  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  (BEI).  Profitability ratios here in include Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE),  and Eearning Per Share  (EPS). This study  was conducted to assess the financial performance of the company to generate earnings from an investment.This study uses secondary data. The population in this study is the companies included in the LQ45 index from  2010-2013 amounting to 78. The total sample is 16 companies  belonging  to  and  representing  several  sectors  including  the  financial sector companies, automotive, property, plantation, infrastructure, mining, industrial cement, as well as the consumer goods  industry are consistently incorporated in the four observation period 2010-2013 in LQ45 index that has been determined through purposive  sampling  method.  Method  of  hypothesis  testing  using  Classical Assumption  Test,  Regression,  t  test,  F  test,  and  the  coefficient  of  determination  by alpha (α) of 5%.Regression analysis showed that in partial Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) significantly influence the stock price while the variable Eearning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock price. Simultaneously  all  variables  Net  Profit  Margin  (NPM),  Return  on  Assets  (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Eearning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock price. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) of  0.899, which means that the independent variable Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Eearning Per Share (EPS) is able to explain the variation of the dependent variable stock price by 89,9%, while the remaining 10.1 % is explained by other variables outside of the variables used in the study.

Abstract

Konsentrasi belajar adalah suatu hal yang harus dimiliki siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, karena konsentrasi belajar sangat mempengaruhi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran dan juga hasil prestasi siswa. Dalam hal ini peran guru sangat diperlukan dalam rangka meningkatkan konsentrasi pembelajaran khususnya pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya apa saja yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa pada mata Pelajaran tersebut. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PAI serta seluruh siswa kelas VI Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini konsentrasi sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Maka dalam hal ini peran guru sangat penting dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa. Upaya yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan model, strategi dan metode pembelajaran yang menarik serta memberikan pengertian dan pemahaman kepada siswa akan pentingnya Pendidikan Agama Islam. Dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa, guru juga mengalami beberapa macam kendala akan tetapi guru selalu bisa mengatasi atas hambatan yang ada Kata Kunci: Konsentrasi belajar, Pendidikan Agama Islam

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a qualitative analysis of the obstacles and obstacles that arise in implementing the EDLINK application at the Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Islamic Institute, Surakarta. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, namely lecturers, administrative staff and students involved in using the EDLINK application. Other techniques used are observation and document analysis. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The collected data was analyzed through a categorization process to identify the obstacles and barriers experienced by lecturers and students in using the EDLINK application. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are several obstacles and obstacles in implementing the EDLINK application at the Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Islamic Institute, Surakarta. Factors that cause these obstacles include limited infrastructure, lack of training and socialization, changes in work culture, and resistance factors. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a comprehensive picture of the challenges faced in integrating technology in the higher education academic system. The findings of this research can provide valuable insight for the Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Islamic Institute to increase the effectiveness of implementing the EDLINK application and overcome obstacles that arise in the process. In addition, it is hoped that this research can contribute to the literature regarding the integration of technology in higher education academic systems.
