Abstract

The author conducted this socialization towards students and junior lecturers. This socialization was conducted during the author's teaching hours and informal discussions among colleagues in the office. The result in this article show the author conducted lasted for approximately four meetings with students at the author's teaching place with the concept of socializing the use of Perpexity AI once and directly practicing writing journals and thesis frameworks with three evaluations. When conducting socialization, the author explained a number of advantages of Perplexity AI, including: 1. More Optimal Search Engine Capabilities: Google Search is more optimal in searching using keywords. If we enter a long sentence, Google often cannot find search results. This is different from Perplexity AI which is able to understand the context of the writing we input, whether it is in the form of long text or just keywords. Anyone who uses it will certainly be facilitated. 2. More Accurate Answers: Although ChatGPT has a broad understanding of language, they may not always understand the context in depth. This causes answers that are less precise or not in accordance with what the user means. Unlike Perplexity which has a better understanding of context so that its answers can be more relevant and accurate. 3. Chatbot with Advanced Capabilities: This AI can respond to any conversation you make, even if it's just a "hello". The answers are also very friendly so that we can feel comfortable when chatting with this search engine. Even so, his knowledge is so broad that we can ask him anything, from trivial questions to very difficult questions. He will try to answer it as accurately as possible complete with references. 4. Displaying Answer Sources Transparently: Every answer it provides is usually obtained from Google search results. Even so, Perplexity AI is able to summarize it for you. So, you don't need to bother getting the gist of the answer. One thing that makes this AI so helpful is that it will display the source of information for each answer. Not just one source, at least two to five sources of information can be found. 5. Fast and Efficient: No need to wait long to see the answer from Perplexity. After you type the question, the answer will immediately appear below it. Even so, this speed is also influenced by several factors. The more difficult and complex the question you throw, of course the answering process will also be longer. So, this speed issue must be adjusted to these variables. In fact, among the advantages that the author mentioned above, there are still many other advantages possessed by Perplexity AI such as performance evaluation, ease of use, can be used on PC or smartphone, and so on. The advantages possessed by Perplexity AI, researchers are that it can improve the quality of student research, both journals and theses.

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan kegiatan evaluasi pemenuhan keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban antara PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi dengan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan Kombinasi Evaluasi dan Fasilitasi, Participatory Approach dan Horizontal Learning serta Penilaian Keseimbangan Hak dan Kewajiban melalui Kuesioner yang berisi bobot, standar dan nilai standar indikator keseimbangan PDAM. Analis data yang digunakan yaitu metode perhitungan nilai keseimbangan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian evaluasi pemenuhan keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban PDAM Kota Sukabumi sudah masuk dalam kategori seimbang, tetapi masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang masih perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan nilai keseimbangan, antara lain menyusun Standar Pelayanan sesuai Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM), menyesuaikan Maklumat yang sudah ada dengan format sesuai Permenpan RB No. 15 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Standar Pelayanan, menyusun dan meresmikan penggunaan Perjanjian / Kontrak Berlangganan, serta meningkatkan komponen penting lainnya yang dituangkan dalam aturan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Pasarmu.id Kota Cirebon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 65 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis deskriptif bahwa Pelayanan juga termasuk pada kategori sangat tinggi dan Kualitas Produk termasuk pada kategori tinggi dan Kepuasan Pelanggan termasuk pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil Uji Parsial menunjukkan bahwa Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan hasil uji simultan menunjukkan Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This filing system is designed to facilitate the storage and retrieval of records. This is a very important part of work in the office. In order for the office to provide effective services, appropriate written information must be available when necessary. Archives function as a place to remember all activities in the office, archives are also very important in administrative business. The aim of this research is to find out how PT. Yuni Bali Furniture Cirebon Branch implements a production goods archiving system. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach, namely the author conducts interviews with the marketing department and uses documentation studies by collecting, analyzing important documents and providing data to solve problems in the research. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author came to the conclusion that the archiving system for goods produced by PT. Yuni Bali Furniture Cirebon Branch was implemented quite well. Sistem pengarsipan ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi penyimpanan dan penemuan kembali arsip. Hal ini merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dari pekerjaan di kantor. Kantor dapat memberikan layanan yang efektif, informasi yang tertulis yang tepat harus tersedia apabila diperlukan. Arsip berfungsi sebagai tempat untuk mengingat semua aktivitas di kantor, arsip juga sangat penting dalam bisnis administrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana PT. Yuni Bali Furniture Cabang Cirebon menerapkan sistem pengarsipan barang produksi. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penulis melakukan wawancara kepada bagian marketing dan menggunakan studi dokumentasi dengan cara mengumpulkan,menganalisi dokumen-dokumen yang penting serta dapat memberikan data-data untuk memecahkan masalah dalam penelitian. Setelah melakukan analisis dan diskusi masalah, penulis sampai pada kesimpulan bahwa sistem kearsipan barang produksi PT. Yuni Bali Furnitrure Cabang Cirebon dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik
