Abstract

ABSTRACT The incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) increase significantly. Lifestyle changes, including patterns and types of food, have an effect on the occurrence of T2DM. Changes in the composition and type of gut microbiota have a significant impact on the incidence of metabolic diseases, including T2DM. Ketogenic diet, which consist of high fat, moderate protein, and very low carbohydrates, is currently a common diet for weight-loose program in obese people, where obesity is a risk factor for T2DM. However, the use of this diet as management in T2DM subject is still a controversy. It is proven that ketogenic diet can alter the composition of Bacteriodetes to Firmicutes in T2DM subject and may improve the metabolic profile of this subject. The ketogenic diet can be recommended as a diet for T2DM subject with attention to the special conditions of the subject. Abstrak Angka kejadian diabetes mellitus tipe 2 (DMT2) meningkat secara signifikan. Perubahan gaya hidup termasuk pola dan jenis makanan berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya penyakit DMT2. Perubahan komposisi dan jenis mikrobiota usus berdampak signifikan terhadap kejadian penyakit metabolik, termasuk DMT2. Diet ketogenik dengan komposisi tinggi lemak, cukup protein, dan karbohidrat sangat rendah, saat ini menjadi tren diet yang banyak dipilih untuk menurunkan berat badan pada orang obesitas, dimana obesitas menjadi salah satu faktor risiko DMT2. Meskipun demikian, penggunaan diet ini sebagai manajemen diet pada individu dengan DMT2 masih menjadi kontroversi. Pemberian diet ketogenik pada individu dengan DMT2 mampu mengubah komposisi Bacteriodetes terhadap Firmicutes dan berdampak terhadap perbaikan profil metabolik. Diet ketogenik dapat direkomendasikan sebagai diet bagi individu dengan DMT2 dengan memperhatikan kondisi khusus.

Abstract

The iron-folate tablets program on adolescent girls for anemia prevention still facing some obstacles, especially adherence to consuming them. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and health worker’s support with the adherence of iron-folate tablets consumption. This study was a cross-sectional study, conducted at SMKN 1 Bangsri Jepara. A number of 73 respondents were selected by  stratified random sampling. The data were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire, and analyzed using Rank Spearman test.The results showed that most respondents had moderate knowledge (54.8%), good attitude (69.9%), and good health worker’s support (65.8%). As much as 82.2% of adolescent girls did not comply to consume iron-folate tablet which were given once in a week. The unpleasant smell and taste of iron-folate was the reason for the respondent’s (31,5%) disiobedient. The statistical tests showed that there were relationships between knowledge and respondent’s compliance (p=0.004;r=0.334), attitude and respondent’s compliance (p=0.000;r=0.543) and health worker’s support with the respondent’s compliance (p=0.000;r=0.544).The health worker’s support variable is the most dominant variable related to the compliance of iron-folate tablets consumption. It is shown that the higher the support from health workers, the higher the compliance of iron-folate tablets consumption.

Abstract

Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) telah menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang cukup besar penderitaDiabetes Melitus di Indonesia yaitu 19,47 juta pada 2021. Media edukasi digunakan sebagai media untukpesan yang disampaikan dengan tujuan agar lebih mudah menyampaikan pesan, atau untuk lebihmemperluas jangkauan pesan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menilai pengetahuan pasien prolanis diabetesmellitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Poasia menggunakan edukasi video animasi dan media leaflet. Metode yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperiment. Pengambilan data menggunakan tekniktotal sampling. Total responden sebanyak 40 pasien yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok video animasidan leaflet. Pengetahuan pasien diukur menggunakan kueisioner.Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuansetelah pemberian intervensi video animasi dan leaflet (p value <0,05). Hasil rerata skor pengetahuansebelum intervensi adalah 56,490 pada kelompok video animasi dan 46,070 pada kelompok kelompokleaflet.Edukasi gizi dengan media video animasi lebih efektif berpengaruh meningkatkan pengetahuandiet diabetes pasien prolanis diabetes mellitus tipe 2 dibandingkan dengan media leaflet.  Kata kunci: Prolanis, Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2, Pengetahuan, Edukasi Gizi

Abstract

Anemia adalah suatu kondisi ketika darah memiliki hemoglobin yang rendah. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan masalah transport oksigen yang kita butuhkan untuk berfungsi dengan baik. Salah satu penyebab anemia adalah ketidakseimbangan zat besi, protein, vitamin C, dan status gizi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar hemoglobin dengan asupan protein, asupan Fe, asupan vitamin C, dan status gizi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi cross sectional dengan desain observasional analitik. Tujuh puluh responden dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner Food recall 3x24 jam tidak berurutan, data antropometri BB dengan timbangan digital ,TB dengan microtoise, Hb dengan VOCT. Uji chisquare digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang kuat antara asupan zat besi (p =0,000), vitamin c (p =0,006), protein (p =0,000) dan status gizi (p =0,003) dengan kadar hemoglobin pada mahasiwi Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang 31,5% responden dilaporkan mengalami anemia dengan asupan Fe kurang 37,1%, protein kurang 38,6%,vitamin C kurang 44,3% dan status gizi mayoritas normal 70,0%. Kata Kunci : vitamin C, hemoglobin, protein, status gizi, zat besi.

Abstract

Adolescence is a unique period in terms of behavior to meet nutritional needs. The nutritional status of the adolescent is interfered with by sociodemographic variables. This study aims to analyze the relationship between mother’s nutritional knowledge, income, and household food security with the nutritional status of students at MTs Muhammadiyah 02 Pemalang. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 76 students selected by systematic random sampling. The respondents of this study are the mother and the family. Data on mothers’ nutrition knowledge, family income, and food security were collected using questionnaires. The relationship of the variables was analyzed by Pearson correlation. The study found that 22.4% of students are underweight, and 11.8% of students are overweight. 52.6% of respondents haveadequate nutrition knowledge, 40.8% of respondents' families have low income, and 57.9% are food insecure. There is no relationship between mothers’ nutritional knowledge and family food security (p =0.099), there is a relationship between mothers’ nutritional knowledge and student nutritional status (p =0.014), there is a relationship between family income and student nutritional status (p = 0.000), there is no relationship between food security families with the nutritional status of students (p = 0,888). Mothers’ nutritional knowledge and family income are related to the nutritional status of the student.Keyword : Food security, income, mother’s nutritional knowledge, nutritional status

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pencatatan keuangan yang dilakukan UMKM dan melakukan penerapan SAK EMKM pada laporan keuangan UMKM. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode campuran (mixed method), yaitu menggunakan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, data didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis perhitungan rasio. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, selama 12 tahun beroperasi, UD Yusuf belum menerapkan sistem akuntansi pada pencatatan keuangan usaha yang dijalankan. Pencatatan yang dilakukan UD Yusuf masih sangat sederhana dan belum konsisten, sebab terdapat beberapa transaksi yang tidak tercatat. Dengan keterbatasan pemahaman UMKM terkait pencatatan akuntansi, maka pencatatan yang dilakukan UD Yusuf belum memenuhi standar SAK EMKM. Penerapan SAK EMKM pada UD Yusuf berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan usaha karena dengan menerapkan SAK EMKM akan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang berkualitas dan dapat memberikan informasi kepada pemilik terkait kondisi keuangan UMKM yang sebenarnya. Penarikan kesimpulan diberikan untuk mengetahui keberlanjutan bagi UMKM UD Yusuf dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, UMKM, SAK EMKM, Rasio Keuangan

Abstract

Kebiasaan jajan dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan energi sehingga berpengaruh pada semangat belajarsiswa yang diduga berhubungan dengan faktor personal, faktor lingkungan, dan faktor sosial. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan gizi, besar uang jajan, dan pengaruh teman sebayadengan kebiasaan konsumsi makanan jajanan siswa. Penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectionaldilakukan terhadap 61 siswa sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara proporsional random sampling. Datapengetahuan diukur dengan angket menggunakan kuesioner. Data besar uang jajan dan data pengaruh temansebaya diukur dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Data kebiasaan konsumsi makanan jajanandiukur dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner FFQ. Analisis statistik hubungan variabelmenggunakan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan gizi77,87±15,28%. Rata-rata besar uang jajan 11.492±4.863 rupiah. Rata-rata skor pengaruh teman sebaya6,34±1,38. Rata-rata frekuensi konsumsi makanan jajanan 6,36±1,70x/hari. Ada hubungan pengetahuangizi dengan kebiasaan konsumsi makanan jajanan (p=0,014), ada hubungan besar uang jajan dengankebiasaan konsumsi makanan jajanan (p=0,006), dan ada hubungan pengaruh teman sebaya dengankebiasaan konsumsi makanan jajanan (p=0,004). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada semakin tinggi tingkatpengetahuan gizi maka semakin rendah kebiasaan konsumsi makanann jajanan. Semakin tinggi besar uangjajan dan pengaruh teman sebaya maka semakin tinggi juga kebiasaan konsumsi makanan jajanan. Kata kunci : makanan jajanan, pengetahuan gizi, siswa, teman sebaya, uang jajan

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between body image and adequacy of iron intake with blood hemoglobin levels in adolescent females. A total of 26 female students were randomly selected from State High School 2 and State High School 9 Semarang, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Spearman's rank correlation test. The results showed no association between body image and hemoglobin levels (p=0.795, r=-0.053), or between adequacy of iron intake and hemoglobin levels (p=0.345, r=0.193). Based on the results, there is no relationship between body image and iron intake adequacy with blood hemoglobin levels in female adolescents.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between animal protein and calcium adequacy with nutritional status. This is a cross–sectional study with 78 subjects selected by purposive sampling method. This study was conducted in State Senior High School 2 and State Senior High School 9 Semarang. The data were analyzed using Spearman's rank test. The results showed an association between animal protein adequacy and nutritional status (p=0.027, r=-0.250). There was no association between calcium adequacy and nutritional status (p=0.574, r=0.065). In conclusion, protein adequacy is associated with nutritional status among adolescents, but calcium is not.
