Abstract

Abstract: Organizational commitment is a critical element in achieving organizational goals. The theory of social exchange can explain the causes of organizational commitment by proposing leader-member exchange (LMX) and perceived organizational support (POS) as antecedents. However, most of the research has only been applied to proft organizations and has not touched many non-proft organizations. Muhammadiyah, as one of the representatives of the largest waqf manager in Indonesia, was chosen as the object of this study, where the waqf offcials in the Muhammadiyah environment of the Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) were used as respondents. The results of this study indicate that LMX does not have a signifcant influence in forming organizational commitment directly, but has an indirect effect on organizational commitment through POS while showing the inability of POS to be a moderator variable in the relationship between LMX and organizational commitment. The new fnding of this research is that LMX requires POS mediation in influencing organizational commitment, especially in the context of the nonproft organization.

Abstract

The background of this research was  gap research between Nieto et al (Nieto, Hernández-Maestro, & Muñoz-Gallego, 2014) with Wang et al (Wang, Liu, & Fang, 2015). This research added intervening variable namely customer perseption to express customer reviews online and rating on purchase decisions in the Indonesia marketplace by using purposive sampling technique approach. The sample is 100 people in Surakarta that had made a purchase online in the marketplace. Customer reviews online and rating in this study are expected to affect purchasing decisions of online product on the marketplace. By using analytical tools AMOS 21, we found that customer reviews online has a positive and significant effect on the customer perception. Rating is also has positive and significant effect on the customer perception. The results of this study also revealed that the customer perception has positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Many fresh graduates are unemployed due to a lack of job readiness. Indonesian Statistics confirm that the number of unemployed diploma and undergraduate graduates continues to grow. This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational activity and entrepreneurial behavior on student work readiness. The population used is students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta who are still active in college. Data processing applies SPSS version 26. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling to determine the number of samples using the Malhotra formula—data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that organizational activity and entrepreneurial behavior had insignificantly affected readiness in Islamic Faculty of Economics and Business UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students.

Abstract

The phenomenon of a high number of factory workers is now a trend that offers an instant way to secure a job, including in the Boyolali district. Becoming a worker, especially as a laborer, certainly has its challenges for the perpetrators. Many factors influence a laborer's work performance, one of which is the support of their superiors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the variables examined, including family-supportive supervisor behavior, work performance, and work-life balance. The sample in this study was factory workers who worked in the Boyolali district for a minimum of 3 (three) months. The population in this study is not definitively known. The final number of respondents obtained was 112, which were then processed using the Non-Probability sampling quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method was through the distribution of questionnaires. The scale used was the Likert scale. The data were processed using the SEM-PLS analysis tool within the structural equation modeling (SEM) framework. The results of this study revealed that family-supportive supervisor behavior is associated with a 0.195 effect on work performance. Work-life balance has a significant effect on work performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.415. Family supportive supervisor behavior is stated to affect the work-life balance of 0.760. Work-life balance significantly mediates the effect of family supportive supervisor behavior on work performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran citra merek (Brand Image) sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di Matahari melalui platform marketplace online. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menerapkan metode SEM-PLS, di mana data dikumpulkan dari 160 responden mahasiswa Gen Z di wilayah Surakarta. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa baik harga, promosi, maupun citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Citra merek terbukti secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara harga dan keputusan pembelian, namun tidak menunjukkan peran mediasi yang signifikan dalam kaitannya dengan promosi. Hasil ini menekankan pentingnya strategi penetapan harga yang kompetitif dan sejalan dengan persepsi merek yang dibangun, serta perlunya penguatan strategi promosi agar selain memberikan pengaruh langsung, juga mampu memperkuat citra merek. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur pemasaran digital khususnya dalam konteks industri fashion e-commerce di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner, populasi penelitian yaitu mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu di perguruan tinggi Sukoharjo. Sampel yang di ambil menggunakan non probability Sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan 146 mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu sebagai reponden yang dipilih. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan Google Formulir dengan skala likert 1-5. Teknik analisis data ini menggunakan metode Structural Equayion Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu, artinya lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja mahasiwa pekerja paruh waktu. Namun, beban kerja tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu. Sedangkan, variabel lingkungan kerja tidak signifikan terhadap stres kerja, tetapi variabel beban kerja justru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Stres kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mahasiswa paruh waktu. Dalam hal mediasi berdasarkan hasil uji menunjukkan stres kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja. Namun, stres kerja memiliki berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan beban kerja dan kinerja mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah, as one of the oldest Islamic organizations in Indonesia, is an organization that has been active in the management of waqf for a long time, which has a tremendous social impact on Indonesian society. However, this organization is still facing obstacles in the direction of reliable human resources for waqf managers. Organizational commitment is a vital aspect in shaping this superior human resource, and social exchange theory has long been recognized as a critical factor in explaining the formation of this organizational commitment. By focusing on perceived organizational support (POS) and leader-member exchange (LMX) factors, this study offers research results in the form of proven influence of POS on organizational commitment, the absence of LMX influence on organizational commitment, POS influence on LMX, and no evidence of LMX impact as a mediating variable on the effect of POS on organizational commitment.

Abstract

E-commerce is growing rapidly, and businesses are constantly looking for new ways to increase their competitive advantage. In this context, understanding impulsive buying behavior is essential. In holding flash sales and scarcity messages, companies need to identify the effectiveness of the strategies implemented in their marketing practices. The Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model is used so that it can explain the relationship between variables in this study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the analysis of how Shopee users' impulsive purchases are influenced by flash sales and scarcity messages. The research conducted is quantitative research. The research sample was carried out using the lemeshow formula on Shopee application users. The data collection technique used Non-probability Sampling. The questionnaire was distributed via Google Form to collect data, as well as software or software with SPSS 23 which was used for multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there was an increase in purchases of Le Minerale products in 2024 where in that year Le Minerale collaborated with the endorse of its choice so that the credibility of Endorse influenced purchasing decisions for consumers. This study aims to explain the significant effect obtained from the results of testing the Endorse Credibility variable data on buying interest mediated by the presence of Instagram Social Media Involvement. The Stumulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model is used to be able to explain the relationship between variables in this study. Quantitative methodology was used in this study by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents. Sampling technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software.
