Abstract

Turnover intention, or employees' intention to leave their jobs, is a critical issue in human resource management. High turnover rates in a company can negatively impact the overall performance of the organization, both in terms of operational efficiency and the costs of recruitment and training to replace departing employees. This study examines the influence of psychological contract, job stress, and workload on turnover intention, with organizational support as a mediating variable, among employees of PT XYZ. The research uses a quantitative approach, collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of this study consists of 250 employees of PT XYZ, with a research sample of 100 respondents. The method of analysis employed is regression analysis. Based on the results, both psychological contract and job stress significantly affect turnover intention, either directly or through the mediating variable, organizational support. Meanwhile, workload does not have a significant effect on turnover intention through the organizational support variable.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the factors that affect the stock returns of consumer products businesses listed on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index for 2019–2023. The findings of several earlier research that looked at stock returns varied. Thus, more study must be done in order to reassess stock returns. A population of 125 consumer goods companies participated in this study. During the five years of research (2019–2023), which involved 195 observations, 13 companies were chosen using the purposive sample technique. The annual report of the sample company, which is available for download from both the company's and the Indonesian Stock Exchange's (IDX) official websites, provided all of the data used in this study. Multiple regression is one of the data analysis methods used in this study. Classical assumption testing is the first step in the data analysis process. Multiple regression analysis follows, and hypothesis testing concludes. According to the research that has been done, MVA, ROE, and NPM all significantly increase stock returns. In the meanwhile, it partially demonstrates that MVA significantly affects stock returns. The stock returns of primary consumption companies in the ISSI index are positively and significantly impacted by the ROE variable. Similarly, the stock returns of primary consumption companies in the ISSI index are positively and significantly impacted by the NPM component.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of ownership structure, profitability, and liquidity on dividend policy in 18 companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2019-2023 period.Secondary data in the form of company financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange were analyzed using panel data regression with Eviews software. The findings indicate that managerial ownership (MNRG) exerts a negligible influence on dividend policy (DPR), given the negligible proportion of managerial shares relative to public shares.Conversely, Return on Assets (ROA) demonstrates a positive and significant relationship with DPR, suggesting that higher profitability leads to increased dividend distribution likelihood. The study further found that Net Profit Margin (NPM) exerts no significant influence on DPR, suggesting that net profit is predominantly allocated to support the company's operational needs. The Current Ratio (CR) was found to have a positive and significant effect on DPR, indicating that a higher liquidity level in the company corresponds with its greater capacity to pay dividends. Consequently, this study validates that profitability and liquidity emerge as the predominant factors influencing dividend policy in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

Purpose: This research study examines the pivotal role of social media in shaping risk perception and investment behavior among young equity investors. It focuses on the impact of social media content on their attitudes toward risk and the decision-making process in investments.Design/Methodology: This study applied the quantitative method using the survey technique to extract data from 250 young stock investors. The data was collected via questionnaires based on a semantic differential scale and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method in order to get complex relationships between the variables unraveled.Findings: Social media significantly shapes young investors' risk perceptions and investment behavior. It not only directly influences investment decisions but also mediates risk perception, leading to changes in investment behavior.Practical implications: This is crucial evidence that informs the place for social media in integrating financial literacy into education. The fact that young investors are supposed to make a critical analysis of any information brought to them is important for these programs of financial literacy. The potential biases and misguidance in the information that can be found on social media should be made known to the young investors in order to raise their level of decision-making.Originality/Value: This paper offers new insights into the impact of social media on young investors' behavior, highlighting risk perception as a key mediator. It also emphasizes financial literacy programs—such as workshops and gamified learning—to counter social media biases. Additionally, this study fills gaps in the literature by exploring how social media shapes risk perception and investment decisions

Abstract

The global spread of K-pop demonstrates how digital innovation and emotional connections transform fandom culture. This study examines the influence of Metaverse-based digital innovation and parasocial interaction on fan loyalty, with fan satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a survey of 200 K-pop fans with prior Metaverse experience and analyzing the data through PLS-SEM, the results indicate that digital innovation significantly enhances both satisfaction and loyalty, while parasocial interaction contributes to satisfaction but does not directly generate loyalty. Furthermore, satisfaction emerges as a critical bridge that transforms immersive experiences and emotional bonds into sustainable loyalty. These findings extend the application of uses and gratifications theory, experience economy theory, and the theory of planned behavior in the digital fandom context. Practically, they highlight the importance of designing immersive and satisfying digital strategies to maintain long-term relationships between idols and fans.
