Abstract

This research examines the position of emotional attachment as a mediation of the influence between halal awareness, halal logos and food ingredients composition on repurchase intention of buying halal products. This research brings sample of those who have consumed or have purchased halal products. Due to the population is unknown, by using the Lameshow formula, a total of 384 respondents were obtained. Halal emotional attachment, as this research shows, is able to play a salient role as a mediator of the influence among three aforementioned variables on repurchase intention.  This research would have been an effort to contribute marketing halal products as a new concept of the emotional attachment. Keywords: halal, Lameshow, marketing halal, repurchase intention

Abstract

The development of transaction payment systems in Indonesia in the form of cashless or electronic presents E-Wallet as a wallet in the form of a smartphone application and connected to a server. The presence of this system must meet the needs of the community, especially related to convenience, trust and security guarantees. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of perceived ease of use, trust, and the security of Intention to use e-wallet as a fintech economy. This study used the quantitative method. By using primary data, the sample was taken from 180 respondents of GenBI Solo who have transacted using the e-wallet. The sample was taken by using simple random sampling technique. The collecting data method was using questionnaires. The collected data were analysed by using SPSS for windows version 2.5. The result of the study shows that the perceived ease of use influences significant Intention to use e-wallet, trust influences significant Intention to use e-wallet, and security influences significant Intention to use e-wallet.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover long-term relationship (cointegration) between market capiltalization, profitability and solvability on the companies which listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the period 2011-2014 using secondary data from website BEI and Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The method of this study using Johansen Cointegration Test, the result of this research show that there are cointegration between profitability and solvability to market capitalization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of employee competence, knowledge sharing, work loyalty in improving employee performance (Study on employees at PT. Pos Indonesia, Sragen). The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Sragen Regency both at the branch and at the center. The sample in this study were 71 respondents. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 software.This research method is a quantitative research method. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The results showed that: (1) employee competence had no effect on employee performance. (2) knowledge sharing has an effect on employee performance (3) work loyalty has an effect on employee performance.The findings of this study indicate that knowledge sharing and work loyalty can improve employee performance. However, employee competence cannot improve employee performance. So the company should seek programs that can improve employee performance, especially by providing counseling, training, mentoring and supervision to improve their competence and will further improve the performance of employees.

Abstract

Corporate hedging is basically an effort of the companies to protect their values which has an impact on the shareholders’ welfare. This study aims at examining and analyzing the variable bankruptcy of the companies and their effects on Islamic corporate hedging conducted by Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The bankruptcy variable in this study uses the Grover G Score model represented by the variable ratio: (1) net working capital to total assets, (2) earnings before interest and tax to total assets and (3) return on assets (ROA), while the corporate hedging is meassured by utilizing dummy variables. The finding of logistical regresion analysis reveals that all variables used in bankruptcy assessment had a significant influence on corporate hedging decisions.

Abstract

Providing financing for entrepreneurs becomes an interesting topic to discuss in relation to the financial literature, especially in the financial literature of small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this study is to investigate the value of family and friendship ties in financing millennial entrepreneurs. This study will focus on analyzing the level of support and financial assistance millennial entrepreneurs receive from their family and friends. In addition, this study will examine the factors that influence family and friends' decision to finance millennial entrepreneurial ventures. The research will be conducted through surveys and in-depth interviews with millennial entrepreneurs and their funder family and friends. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the importance of human relationships in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and inform future support programs for young entrepreneurs. The data used in this study are the results of a questionnaire given to small and medium business actors in the ex-residency area of Surakarta. The method used in this research is the method of SEM-PLS. The finding of multiple regression analysis techniques reveals that e value of family ties and the value of friendship had a significant influence on providing funding for entrepreneurs. These findings suggest that young entrepreneurs should pay attention to and be able to build strong relationships with their family and friends in the hope that these relationships can play an important role in securing funding for their business. The next research is expected to be able to study more deeply about its effect on the surplus value obtained compared to unrelated third party financing

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program aims to prepare students to face social, cultural, world of work, and rapid technological advances. One important aspect of this competency is leadership character, which can be formed through the MBKM program. This study aims to analyze the effect of the MBKM program on the formation of student leadership character with the mediation of self-efficacy and social intelligence. The research was conducted using a survey method of 50 students. The data were analyzed using PLS. The results showed that the MBKM program had a positive effect on the formation of student leadership character with the mediation of self-efficacy and social intelligence. In addition, it was found that self-efficacy and social intelligence mediate the relationship between the MBKM program and the formation of student leadership character. This study provides important implications for universities to pay more attention to the development of student leadership character through the MBKM program. In addition, this study also provides a theoretical contribution to the development of a model of student leadership character building through the mediation of self-efficacy and social intelligence.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Financial Technology (Fintech), Literasi Keuangan dan Modal Sosial terhadap Keuangan Inklusif pada masyarakat Kabupaten Karanganyar Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 responden yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Karanganyar dan sudah mengetahui tentang financial technology (Fintech) M-Banking. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai bahan pengumpulan yang dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dimana hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel financial technology (Fintech) berpengaruh terhadap inklusi keuangan, modal sosial mempengaruhi inklusi keuangan. Sedangkan variabel literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap inklusi keuangan. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Technology (Fintech), Financial Literacy and Sosial Capital on Financial Inclusion in the people of Karanganyar Regency in 2020.This type of research is quantitative research using primary data. The sample in this study were 120 respondents who resided in Karanganyar Regency and already knew about M-Banking financial technology (Fintech). The questionnaire was used as a collection material which was analyzed with the help of SPSSversion 22. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression where the result of this study indicate that the variabel financial technology (Fintech) affects financial inclusion, sosial capital affect financial inclusion. Meanwhile, the financial literacy variable has no affect on financial inclusion.
