Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Mengapa OSIS Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda terjun ikut berperan, (2) bentuk dan Implementasi kegiatan sosial keagamaan (3) implikasi kegiatan sosial keagamaan oleh OSIS Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah OSIS Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda terjun ikut berperan dalam kegiatan sosial keagamaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, teknik observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) OSIS Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda terjun ikut berperan berbagai kegiatan sosial keagamaan di dalam ataupun di luar sekolah, (2) bentuk dan implementasi kegiatan sosial keagamaan apa yang dilakukan oleh OSIS Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda pengabdian yang di maksud tugas dan kewajiban hamba sebagai abdi Allah, abdi masyarakat, tugas dan kewajiban seorang mukmin (3) implikasi kegiatan sosial keagamaan mampu mengurangi dampak negatif dalam kegiatan sehari-harinya serta meningkatkan hidup saling memahami.Kata Kunci: Osis, Implementasi dan Kegiatan sosial keagamaan.

Largura AM Store is a fashion store with a large customer base that operates through offline sales, making it challenging to reach a broader market. This research aims to analyze, design, and develop a web-based sales information system for Largura AM Store using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with a Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, which includes requirements planning, prototyping, testing, refining, development, and implementation. This technological advancement not only simplifies store management but also enhances the customer experience by facilitating product selection, payment, and tracking of shipment status. Using the RAD method, this research focuses on developing a website using Laravel as the framework for sales transactions. This study indicates that adopting a web-based sales information system can potentially improve store management effectiveness and the overall transaction process. The system development results were tested using black-box testing with questionnaires as the evaluation model. In conclusion, this system serves as an effective solution to optimize store operations and expand the reach to new customers and consumers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of the use of dual-band wireless router device resources on the 2.4 GHz 802.11n standard network and 5.8 GHz 802.11ac standard using a 40 MHz frequency using the Linksys EA7500 version 2 router with OpenWrt firmware case study with supporting IPerf3 and HTop applications. The research results obtained in the study compare throughput and resource usage using wireless LAN networks at frequencies of 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz. The use of 5.8 GHz frequency in the same frequency (40MHz) range results in higher throughput, which has practical implications for network engineers and researchers. While using CPU and RAM at a frequency of 2.4 GHz, it is concluded that every 1% utilization of the CPU can transfer data at 0.78 Mbit/sec, or 6.24 MBps, and for a frequency of 5.8 GHz, it is 1.11 Mbit/sec, or 8.88 MBps. While in the use of RAM, it is concluded that every 1% of RAM can be used to transfer data 0.32 Mbit/sec or 2.56 MBps for frequency 2.4 GHz and frequency 5.8 GHz, which is 1.32 Mbit/sec or 10.56 MBps.

Sumber daya manusia memiliki peran krusial dalam kesuksesan sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan, karena kinerja karyawan secara langsung memengaruhi perkembangan perusahaan. Absensi karyawan menjadi aspek penting dalam menunjang disiplin dan efisiensi perusahaan. Studi ini dilakukan pada PT. Telkom Akses Cilacap, sebuah perusahaan badan usaha milik negara yang beroperasi di bidang jasa internet. Perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam pembagian job pasang baru internet karena sistem absensi yang masih bersifat konvensional, menyebabkan ketidaktepatan dalam pembagian job. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, PT. Telkom Akses Cilacap memperkenalkan metode FCFS (First Come First Served) dalam sistem absensinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode FCFS efektif, dengan rata-rata Waiting Time sebesar 122 menit dan rata-rata Turn Around Time sebesar 212 menit.

This community service program aims to strengthen the role of Integrated Health Post (Posyandu ILP) cadres in child protection through legal psychology education in Srigonco Village, Malang Regency, Indonesia. Posyandu cadres serve as frontline community agents in monitoring child health and welfare; however, their understanding of children’s rights, legal protection, and psychological assistance for child abuse victims remains limited. This condition has contributed to the low level of early detection and reporting of child abuse cases at the village level. To address these challenges, this program implemented a series of educational interventions, including legal counseling on child protection laws, workshops on early detection and handling of child abuse cases, and training on psychological approaches for assisting child victims. The activities were conducted using participatory methods such as lectures, interactive discussions, case simulations, and role-playing. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated through pre-test and post-test assessments, observation, and participant feedback. The results indicate a significant improvement in cadres’ knowledge and skills regarding children’s rights, legal reporting mechanisms, and appropriate psychological assistance techniques. The cadres demonstrated increased confidence in identifying signs of abuse, providing initial support to victims, and coordinating with relevant authorities. Additionally, this program contributed to strengthening community awareness through educational campaigns involving local stakeholders. Overall, this community service initiative successfully enhanced the capacity of Posyandu cadres as agents of change in promoting child protection at the grassroots level. The program also reflects the synergy between academic institutions and local communities in creating a safer and more child-friendly social environment. The main output of this program is a scientific article targeted for publication in a nationally accredited journal.
