Abstract

Era teknologi saat ini mebutuhkan kemampuan menggunakan pembelajaran yang memadukan pemanfaatan informasi teknologi dan komunkasi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. Sehingga pemanfaatan produk teknologi dalam pembelajaran perlu mendapat perhatian serius. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbantukan media sosial facebook terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada topik tata surya. Metode yang diguanakan dalam penelitain ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh pada siswa kelas VII dengan total sampel 59 siswa. Melalui metode random sampling terpilih kelas VIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan pembelajaran berbantukan media sosial facebook. Sedangkan kelas VIID terpilih sebagai kelas kontrol yang diajarakan dengan metode diskusi tanya jawab. Teknik pengolahan data melalui uji t dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Setelah dilakukan analisis persyaratan diperoleh data bahwa kedua kelas memenuhi syarat normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung 25,58 dimana t tabel 16,9 maka t tabel < t hitung yaitu 16,9 < 25.58 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran berbantukan media sosoal facebook terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil Paired  Samples  Test  dan Paired samples correlations diperoleh nilai sig (2- tailed) 0.000  < 0,05 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan pembelajaran berbantukan jejaring social facebook terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada topik  tata surya.The current era of technology requires the ability to use learning that combines the use of information technology and communication to improve learning outcomes. So that the use of technology products in learning needs serious attention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Facebook social media assisted learning on the results of learning physics on the topic of the solar system. The method used in this research is quasi-experiment with the design of one group pretest posttest. This research was conducted at Rukoh Banda Aceh MTsN in class VII students with a total sample of 59 students. Through the random sampling method selected the VIIA class as the experimental class which was given a learning treatment assisted by social media Facebook. While the VIID class was chosen as the control class taught by the question and answer discussion method. Data processing techniques through t-test with SPSS version 20. After the requirements analysis, the data obtained that the two classes meet the requirements for normality and homogeneity. The results of the t test obtained t count 25.58 where t table 16.9 then t table <t count is 16.9 <25.58 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. These results indicate that there is an effect of learning assisted by social media Facebook on student learning outcomes. Based on the results of Paired Samples Test and Paired samples correlations, the value of sig (2- tailed) 0,000 <0,05 indicates that there is a significant influence of learning assisted by Facebook social networking on the results of learning physics on the topic of the solar system.

Abstract

AbstractProcess science skills are essential abilities that students need to continue to thrive and survive in the 21st century. The purpose of vocational education, which is to prepare students to enter the world of work, so that in addition to practical skills, vocational students also need to develop science process skills which are an important basis in adapting to technological changes that occur in the modern era. Therefore, changes in teaching and learning patterns both in terms of approach or teaching methods need to be done. The study aims to answer the question of whether the application of the community science technology (STM) approach affects the science process skills of vocational students. This study used an experimental method of pretest postest control group design. The study was conducted in one of the vocational schools in Langsa City with a research subject of 50 students divided into two classes, experimental and control classes, each with 25 students. The parameter measured is the science process skills. A multiple-choice objective test with five answer options is used as an instrument. Data collection is carried out through pretest and post-test. To perform data analysis of science process skills, pretest result is compared with the n-Gain. In addition, significance was tested by a two-mean difference test using an independent sample t-test. The final ability results showed significantly different results, namely thit (3.95) ttab (2.00). Conclusion of this study is that the application of the STM approach affects the science process skills of vocational students.Keywords: Science process skills; science technology society;  vocational students. Abstrak Keterampilan proses sains merupakan kemampuan penting yang diperlukan siswa untuk terus berkembang dan bertahan hidup di abad ke-21. Sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan vokasi yaitu untuk mempersiapkan siswa memasuki dunia kerja, sehingga selain keterampilan praktis, siswa vokasi juga perlu mengembangkan keterampilan proses sains yang menjadi dasar penting dalam beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi yang terjadi di era modern. Oleh karena itu, perubahan pola belajar mengajar baik dari sisi pendekatan atau metode mengajar perlu dilakukan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan apakah penerapan pendekatan sains teknologi masyarakat (STM) berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa vokasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental desain pretest postest control group. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu SMK di Kota Langsa dengan subjek penelitian 50 siswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelas, kelas eksperimen dan kontrol, masing-masing dengan 25 siswa. Parameter yang diukur adalah keterampilan proses sains. Tes objektif bentuk pilihan ganda dengan lima opsi jawaban diguakan sebagai instrumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pretest dan post-test. Untuk melakukan analisis data keterampilan proses sains, kemampuan awal (hasil pretest) dibandingkn dengan kemampuan akhir (n-Gain). Selain itu, signifikansi diuji dengan uji beda dua rata-rata menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil kemampuan akhir menunjukkan perbedaan hasil yang berbeda signifikan yaitu thit (3,95) ttab (2,00). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendekatan STM berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa vokasi.Kata Kunci:Keterampilan proses sains; sains teknologi masyarakat; siswa vokasi

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri Samatiga merupakan salah satu dari 11 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri yang ada di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi terkait kurangnya pemahaman siswa mengenai kepengurusan jenazah sesuai ajaran Islam. Pemahaman ini dianggap penting sebagai bagian dari fardhu kifayah dalam agama Islam. Kendala logistik, seperti kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, juga menjadi tantangan dalam melaksanakan praktik pemulasan jenazah di sekolah. Alternatif solusinya adalah menyelenggarakan pelatihan pemulasan jenazah di SMK Negeri 1 Samatiga untuk memberikan pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik kepada siswa serta meningkatkan fasilitas praktik pemulasan jenazah di sekolah. Pemelajaran ini sebagai tanggung jawab sosial dan kontribusi positif terhadap masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan sosialisasi, diskusi, dan praktek. Pemelajaran dilaksanan di ruang kelas  SMK Negeri 1 Samatiga dengan  tahapan pembukan, pemberian materi dan praktek langsusng tata cara memandikan jenazah, mengkafani jenazah,  menshalatkan jenazah, dan menguburkan jenazah. Pelatihan ini membantu siswa mendapatkan pengalaman secara langsung dan ilmu pengetahuan dari materi pelajaran yang belum tersampaikan secara maksimal)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Science Technology Society (STS) approach on students' scientific literacy in fluid dynamic material in physics subject. An experimental method with pretest-posttest control group design is used as a method in this study. The study population included all grade XI students of Senior High School Negeri 8 Banda Aceh who took sciences major, with a random sample that consisting 32 students in the experimental class and 32 students in the control class. An experimental class received learning treatment with STM approach, while the control class was not given a special treatment. Data were collected through an objective test of 25 questions, with the parameters measured was the scientific literacy ability of the science competency aspect and the science knowledge aspect. Data analysis was carried out using parametric analysis techniques, including normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests for mean differences. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and n-Gain scores in the experimental and control class. An experimental class using the STS approach showed a higher increase in science literacy than control class, with a percentage of achievement was 86% in the science competency aspect and 88% in the science knowledge aspect. The STM approach has been proven effectively in improving students' scientific literacy skills in linking the concept of dynamic fluids with real applications in everyday life. The conclusion of this study is the STM approach has a positive influence on students' scientific literacy, more able to understand and apply science in social and technological contexts. This study contributes to develop more effective learning methods in schools science education.

Abstract

AbstractElectronic products that can no longer be used will become electronic waste that must be treated differently from other wastes because they contain metals and toxic substances. Consumers are important in the management of electronic waste, because they are the actors in the hoarding of electronic waste. Awareness of preserving the environment can be built by implementing the 3R: Reducing, Reusing, Recycling. Factors that can be made to consumers' decisions to store, donate, sell, dispose of or recycle electronic products are socio-economic, infrastructure, and consumer motivation itself. The purpose of this study is to gain experience of e-waste management behavior in the world of higher education. The object of the research is lecturers, educators and students. This study uses a cross-sectional survey which is analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. There are 6 initial hypotheses, from the results of the calculation 5 hypotheses have a positive and significant relationship while 1 hypothesis has no significant relationship. From these results, a strategy was obtained to motivate consumers towards electronic waste, namely by providing exposure or promotion in informing the impact of electronic waste. AbstrakProduk elektronik yang tidak dapat dipakai lagi akan menjadi limbah elektronik yang harus diperlakukan berbeda dari limbah lainnya karena terdapat logam dan zat beracun. Konsumen menjadi hal yang penting dalam pengelolaan limbah elektronik, karena merekalah menjadi pelaku dalam penimbunan limbah elektronik. Kesadaran akan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan bisa dibangun dengan menerapkan 3R: Reducing, Reusing, Recycling. faktor yang dapat dilakukan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk menyimpan, menyumbangkan, menjual, membuang atau mendaur ulang produk elektronik adalah sosial ekonomi, infrastruktur, dan motivasi konsumen itu tersendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan pengalaman perilaku pengelola limbah elektronik pada dunia perguruan tinggi. Objek dari penelitian adalah dosen, tenaga pendidik serta mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan survey cross-sectional yang di analisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Terdapat 6 hipotesis awal, dari hasil perhitungan 5 hipotesis memiliki hubungan postif dan signifikan sedangkan 1 hopotesis tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Dari hasil tersebut didapatkan sebuah strategi untuk memberikan motivasi konsumen terhadap limbah elektronik yaitu dengan membirikan pemaparan atau promosi dalam memberitahukan dampak dari limbah elektronik.Kata Kunci: Sampah Elektronik ; Ifrastruktur ; Motivasi ; SEM ; Sosial Ekonomi

Abstract

This study analyzes the needs of an Android-based Acehnese-Indonesian dictionary for the vocational field. The needs analysis ensures alignment with user expectations. The instrument is tested for validity and reliability, with the product-moment correlation showing an r-value higher than the table value, and Cronbach's alpha exceeding 0.6, confirming its validity and reliability. Data were collected using purposive sampling through questionnaires distributed to 100 Acehnese speakers in West Aceh, Greater Aceh, North Aceh, and Lhokseumawe. The results showed that 87% supported the development of the dictionary, 87% wanted features such as images, pronunciation, and IPA writing, 84% considered audio important, and 79% preferred technical vocabulary, category-based search, and offline access. The novelty of this study lies in its user-driven approach, integrating interactive features that are essential for vocabulary acquisition. Unlike conventional bilingual dictionaries, this study focuses on vocational terminology, preserving the Acehnese language while enhancing its practical use. High user demand and a rigorous validation process ensure that the developed instruments accurately capture user needs, laying a solid foundation for further development.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) based recommendation systems on the satisfaction of vocational students, focusing on two main variables: feature mapping and technological readiness. The research background is driven by the need for more adaptive and personalized learning, considering that conventional methods tend to be generic and overlook individual differences. Involving 183 vocational students selected through purposive sampling, the study employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative methods. Data were collected using valid and reliable questionnaires with a 1–5 Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both feature mapping and technological readiness have a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables explain 43% of the variation in student satisfaction. Partially, feature mapping has the most dominant influence compared to technological readiness, indicating the importance of adaptive feature design in AI-based recommendation systems. This study proves that technology-based learning material personalization if supported by adequate infrastructure can enhance the learning experience and satisfaction of vocational students. Therefore, the study recommends the development of AI-based adaptive learning models that prioritize aspects of feature design and technological readiness to improve the effectiveness and quality of vocational education.
