Abstract

Polda Metro Jaya with the Vaksinasi Merdeka (independent vaccination) innovation program has initiated a community-based and collaborative governance strategy where Polda Metro Jaya team gone directly to the community to study, innovate and implemented a better vaccination program, that proven to be more effective and efficient than any other vaccination program. The use of ethnographic study for ten months research, found that this success of the program started with the data science approach that resulted with a vaccination innovation program design that are closer and familiar to the people in the DKI Jakarta area.

Abstract

Digital literacy is crucial for older adults to maintain independence and social connectedness. However, skill gaps, psychosocial barriers, and limited adaptive communication strategies hinder their participation. This article aims to develop a communication strategy framework based on Bandura’s Social Learning Theory to enhance elderly digital literacy learning. The study employs a targeted theoretical review of five relevant studies from Scopus, SpringerLink, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and DOAJ. The thematic synthesis identifies six key strategies: presenting relatable role models, providing verbal and emotional reinforcement, creating supportive learning environments, using real-life scenarios, strengthening outcome expectations, and applying personalized adaptive approaches. Each strategy is linked to Bandura’s core components: observational learning, modeling, and the strengthening of self-efficacy. Bandura's Social Learning Theory as a communication strategy is important in empowering the elderly to face the challenges of the digital world because it builds their intrinsic motivation to learn and strengthens their self-confidence. ABSTRAK Literasi digital menjadi kebutuhan krusial bagi lansia untuk mempertahankan kemandirian dan keterhubungan sosial. Namun, kesenjangan keterampilan, hambatan psikososial, dan keterbatasan komunikasi edukatif adaptif menghambat partisipasi mereka. Artikel ini bertujuan menyusun kerangka strategi komunikasi berbasis Teori Pembelajaran Sosial Bandura untuk memperkuat pembelajaran literasi digital lansia. Kajian dilakukan melalui targeted theoretical review terhadap lima studi relevan dari basis data Scopus, SpringerLink, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan DOAJ. Analisis sintesis mengidentifikasi enam strategi utama: menghadirkan model sebagai teladan, penguatan verbal dan emosional, penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, penggunaan skenario kehidupan nyata, penguatan outcome expectations, serta pendekatan personal dan adaptif. Setiap strategi terkait dengan komponen utama Bandura, yaitu observational learning, modeling, dan penguatan self-efficacy. Teori Pembelajaran Sosial Bandura sebagai strategi komunikasi menjadi penting dalam memberdayakan lansia dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia digital karena membangun motivasi intrinsik lansia untuk belajar dan memperkuat rasa percaya diri.

Abstract

Transformasi digital Indonesia menuntut penguatan literasi digital lintas segmen masyarakat. Penelitian ini mendokumentasikan implementasi webinar “Indonesia Makin Cakap Digital” sebagai narasumber, dengan fokus pada rancangan, pelaksanaan, luaran, serta pembelajaran yang selaras dengan 4 Pilar literasi digital yaitu Cakap, Aman, Budaya, dan Etika. Kurikulum 4 Pilar disusun dari modul resmi lalu dikontekstualisasikan dalam paparan dalam pelatihan dalam bentuk webinar. Pelaksanaan webinar dilakukan 2 kali oleh penulis pada September 2021 dan Juni 2022. Alur pelatihan dimulai dari pendaftaran, presensi, dan penilaian terintegrasi pada Event Management System (EMS). Narasumber atau penulis juga sudah lulusan TOT dari Kominfo. Sedang alur webinar mengikuti standar nasional. Luaran yang dikompilasi meliputi daftar hadir berikut skor pascates, dokumentasi foto atau rekaman, video rangkuman 3 menit dengan CTA, serta siaran pers dari pihak eksternal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan penguatan pemahaman 4 Pilar dari peserta. Pada khususnya keamanan digital dan kesiapan bertindak preventif. Praktik pembuatan konten yang lebih aman, beretika, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan lokal juga dipaparkan. Pembelajaran kunci meliputi pentingnya desain pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan, metode partisipatif dengan praktik langsung, dan integrasi aspek keamanan dan etika selain keterampilan teknis. Model webinar Makin Cakap Digital efektif, skalabel, dan replikatif lintas wilayah bila dipadu pendampingan pasca-pelatihan dan pelibatan multipihak.

Abstract

This research examines serious challenges faced by the modernprofessional environment. The phenomena discussed include a lack ofwork ethics, limited appreciation for work, and insufficient professionalexperience among Gen Z workers, as well as leadership managementchallenges among Gen Y leaders. This study employs an ethnographicapproach, involving direct observation and participation at PT X andNGO Y to analyze these phenomena. The findings indicate that Gen Zworkers exhibit minimal work ethics and professionalism, lowappreciation for their jobs, and reduced motivation and commitment. Toaddress these challenges, this research recommends strengthening softskills education programs, developing detailed professionalismguidelines, enhancing administrative systems, and fostering an inclusivework culture. Implementing these recommendations is expected toincrease organizational productivity and create a harmonious multigenerationalworkplace. This research aims to contribute to a deeperunderstanding of multi-generational dynamics and offer practicalstrategies for effectively managing Gen Z talent
