Abstract

Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan di SD Dabin V Kecamatan Grabag Kabupaten Magelang , guru adalah faktor penentu keberhasilan proses pembelajaran yang hendaknya memiliki banyak kemampuan, salah satu diantaranya adalah kreativitas. Dalam mengukur kreativitas guru dilakukan dengan 8 keterampilan dasar mengajar. Salah satu keterampilan dasar mengajar adalah ketrampilan mengadakan variasi mengajar. IPS merupakan pelajaran yang sulit dan abstrak sehingga hasil belajar menjadi rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Korelasi Kreativitas Guru dalam Mengadakan Variasi Mengajar dengan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Sekolah Dasar Dabin V Kecamatan Grabag Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 227 siswa kelas V SD Dabin V Kecamatan Grabag Kabupaten Magelang, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampel quota diperoleh 65 siswa. Analisis data awal sebagai uji prasyarat dengan uji normalitas, validitas dan reabilitas. Sedangkan analisis akhir dengan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa kreativitas SD Dabin V Kecamatan Grabag Kabupaten Magelang mempunyai kreativitas yang sedang. Hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD Dabin V secara umum (82,8%) mempunyai nilai rata-rata yang tinggi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan dan kuat antara kreativitas guru dalam mengadakan variasi mengajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa Sekolah dasar Dabin V Kecamatan Grabag Magelang.

Abstract

This researchaims to findout howthe strategyof theheadofMISAl Ikhwan Bukittinggimanagesperformance-basedmanagementof existingpersonnel.Theresearch method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using interview and observationdataanalysismethods.Theresultsof this researchshowthatmadrasaheads manage performance-basedmanagement using a systemof recruitment, orientation, empowermentandorganization, compensation,developmentandtraining, evaluationand dismissal. Through this system, themadrasa head is objectively proven tobe able to managetheeducationsysteminthemadrasawell,produceoptimaleducation,andfindthe rightsolutionsandworkprograms.

Abstract

Student’s cognitive learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects in SDIT Az-Zahra that has not met the minimum mastery criteria. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of PBL model to improve students’ cognitive learning result. This quantitative research was in the form of quasy experimental design (quasi-experiment) with nonequivalent control group design types (classes are experimental and control). The research subject were 60 students of V graders in SDIT Az-Zahra, it was determined by using purposive sampling technique. Data was in the form of cognitive and psychomotoric students' learning result of science process skills, it was collected through observation, test, and documentation. The result of this study are as follows: there are differences in cognitive learning result between groups of students who follow PBL model and group of students who not follow PBL model, the value (tcalculate = 3:54> ttable= 2.74).

Abstract

Conceptual understanding of mathematics in elementary schools greatly influences students' problem-solving abilities. This study aims to find and describe the results of the exploration of ethnomathematics forms in the building of the Great Mosque of Demak, especially in the material of flat shapes. In addition, students can understand abstract mathematical concepts through concrete objects. This study is a descriptive qualitative study. Data collection techniques are by observation and documentation. The findings reveal that the structure of the Great Mosque of Demak contains rich elements of mathematical concepts, especially related to flat shapes such as triangles (seen in the shape of the roof structure), rectangles (visible in the windows and door frames), and circles (present in decorative motifs and ornaments). These geometric patterns not only reflect the cultural identity of the region but also offer meaningful contexts for introducing mathematical concepts in elementary school.
