Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan dengan konsep value for money pada Dinas Pariwisata Kota Makassar tahun 2022. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LKjIP) Dinas Pariwisata Kota Makassar tahun 2022. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Makassar tahun 2022 memperoleh hasil kinerja yang ekonomis, efisien, dan efektif. Hal ini berarti Dinas Pariwisata Kota Makassar telah menggunakan anggaran dengan hemat untuk memperoleh hasil yang maksimal serta Dinas Pariwisata Kota Makassar telah mencapai sasaran dari program yang sudah ditetapkan atau disepakati bersama.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengeloaan dana ZIS pada BAZNAS Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor BAZNAS Kota Makassar. Subyek Penelitian ini Kabag di Bidang Pengumpulan, Kabag di Bidang Perencanaan, Keuangan dan Pelaporan dan Staf di Bidang Pendistribusian dan Pendayagunaan. Sedangkan untuk obyek penelitian adalah data sekunder yang berupa Laporan keuangan Baznas Kota Makassar tahun 2022 serta media digital baznas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana Zakat, Infak dan Sedekah pada BAZNAS Kota Makassar dapat dikatakan akuntabel dan Platform digital yang dikelola Baznas Kota Makassar juga menjadi sarana penunjang upaya lembaga untuk optimal dalam hal transparansi menjalankan pengelolaannya.

Equitable development between the Western and Eastern regions of Indonesia is one of the major challenges in achieving national welfare. The significant development gap between these regions is caused by various factors such as centralized policies, limited infrastructure, and low human resource (HR) quality in Eastern Indonesia. The Western region, particularly Java, is more advanced in many sectors, while the Eastern region, rich in natural resources, is still lagging behind in access to education, health, and infrastructure. Several policies have been implemented by the government to reduce this gap, including the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and the Regional Autonomy program, but the results remain limited. Therefore, solutions to reduce this gap include optimizing the potential of natural resources in Eastern Indonesia, equitable infrastructure development, and empowering the private sector to invest in the Eastern region. Developing the tourism sector, resource-based industries, and improving HR quality in Eastern Indonesia are also important steps to achieving more equitable development. With the right approach, development disparities can be reduced, enabling Indonesia to achieve inclusive and just development.

Software in the telecommunications industry plays a crucial role in developing network systems and providing better services to customers. Software development is a complex activity relying on human commitment. Effective software development requires an experienced team, and the influence of a team in software development within the knowledge-based organization can support software companies to become more innovative and proficient. This research focuses on the Middle East region due to its significance as a center for global events and its sensitivity in strategic, political, economic, cultural, and religious aspects. The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing team performance in software development within the telecommunications industry. The research method used is a qualitative research method utilizing secondary data sources obtained from various international journals, articles, and previous studies analyzed by the author related to the issues to be examined in this research. Overall, the implications of these findings underscore the importance of human resource management in considering cohesive factors, coordination, communication, mutual support, efforts, and contributions in building an effective teamwork environment.

This study aims to develop sociological teaching materials based on local wisdom because there are not many sociological teaching materials available based on local wisdom and these teaching materials are expected to be feasible to use. And this is the important thing that the author wants to research so that local wisdom is taught to students which is developed in supporting materials for learning sociology, so that the local wisdom of the people of East Nusa Tenggara can be preserved, especially on the island of Timor. This study uses a research design for the development of the Borg & Gall (1989) and Kemp & Dayton (1985) models consisting of; (1) research and data collection, (2) planning, (3) preparation of teaching materials, (4) expert validity test, (5) product revision, (6) small-scale field trial, (7) product revision, (8) large-scale trial, (9) revision of the final product, and (10) dissemination and implementation. The feasibility test by material experts reached 88%, while the media expert's assessment reached 91%, this percentage if converted means that the teaching materials developed are very good and feasible to be implemented as supporting materials for learning sociology in high school. The feasibility test based on student response questionnaires reached 83%. The teaching materials developed were very practical to be used by students in obtaining sociological learning support materials, besides that students felt happy learning to use teaching materials, teaching materials provided information on Timorese local wisdom, and teaching materials motivated students to learn. and learn the local wisdom of Timor. Sekolah merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang mengelola dan mengatur peserta didik untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minat yang dimiliki, kemudian diarahkan dan didorong agar mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Tahapan awal untuk memulai jenjang pendidikan formal yaitu tahap Penerimaan Peserta Didik (PPDB). PPDB adalah proses penarikan calon peserta didik untuk dijadikan input sekolah. Kegiatan ini rutin dilakukan sekolah setiap tahun ajaran baru. Tahap PPDB harus dikelola dan dilaksanakan sesuai standar yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah. Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) untuk memperlancar dan mempermudah dalam proses pendaftaran siswa-siswi baru, pendataan dan pembagian kelas seorang siswa-siswi. Sehingga dapat terorganisir, teratur dengan cepat dan tepat dengan beberapa persyaratan yang telah ditentukan oleh sekolah. Pada proses PPDB biasanya terdapat proses seleksi administrasi dan akademis calon siswa untuk memasuki jenjang pendidikan setingkat lebih tinggi. sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah dengan empat jalur yakni:Penerimaan melalui jalur Zonasi, Jalur Prestasi dimana terbagi lagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu melalui Jalur prestasi Akademik dan Jalur Prestasi Non Akademik, Jalur Pindah Orang Tua Jalur Afirmasi. Sekolah SMA Negeri 2 Kota Kupang telah melakukan Penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) dengan sistem zonasi. Penerpan jalur Zonasi ini memberikan hak dan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk menikmati mutu Pendidikan yang sama tanpa diskriminasi

The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal control system for cash disbursements at PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Witel SULBAGSEL 2024. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation, and observation and using data analysis methods based on the COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission) control components. The results of the study indicate that, PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Witel SULBAGSEL has implemented the Internal Control System for Cash disbursement well, only the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) used is still the old one that does not exist regarding the system used for the cash disbursement process because it has not submitted a request to the central office.
