Abstract

This study aims to find out, to obtain objective data and information regarding ASN through the Sumedang Simpati Academy (SSA) at the Civil Service Agency and Human Resource Development in Sumedang Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. The technique of determining the formal research is purposive sampling. With research informants, namely the Head of the Apparatus Competency Development Sector, the Head Of The Sub-Sector Of Managerial Competency Development, the Head Of The Planning And Evaluation Sub-Sector Of Apparatus Competency Development, the Head Of The Sub-Sector Of Technical And Functional Competency Development, and Staff. Data collection techniques used are library research and field studies which consist of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data processing procedures in this study are data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing/verification. The final results of this study conclude that the ASN through the Sumedang Sympathy Academy (SSA) at the Sumedang Regency Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency is already good enough in providing services to the (ASN).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the publicity of Sumedang puseur Sundanese culture at the Sumedang Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department, things that influence publicity and efforts to overcome things that influence publicity. The method used in preparing this research report is the Qualitative Quality Research method. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling, namely a technique for sampling data sources with certain considerations. Four people were used as data sources/informants, namely: Service Secretary, Young Expert Culture Officer, Regional Arts and Culture Analyst (2 people). Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, the Miles and Huberman model was used with the steps: data reduction, data presentation, Conclusion drawing/verification, and triangulation, as well as data validation. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the publicity of Sumedang pusuer Sundanese culture at the Sumedang Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Department was not running optimally, because there were things that influenced publicity, such as the dimensions of writing publicity material with technical indicators for searching for news and technical news writing which were still less than optimal. To overcome various things that affect existing publicity, efforts that can be made are creating interesting news using existing technical techniques, providing special training to the cultural sector regarding news search and writing techniques so that the news that will be presented will be fresher and more interesting. interesting and adds attraction to the community

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Healthy Kitchen Program Policy to Overcome Stunting in Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies and field studies which included: observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The final results of this study conclude that the Implementation of the Healthy Kitchen Program Policy to Overcome Stunting in Cimalaka District, Sumedang Regency has been running well and provides significant benefits to the community, the government and stakeholders have responded positively to this program, but not yet fully maximized. This is indicated by the following findings: (1) lack of socialization to the community which should be carried out in each sub-district in each village (2) lack of resources, the budget for the program can be implemented optimally. The efforts made are to carry out comprehensive outreach to implementers and the community. The policy implementation of the Healthy Kitchen Program to Overcome Stunting in Cimalaka District has been running by involving various parties, including the local government, posyandu cadres, and the community. This program focuses on providing balanced nutrition education, managing healthy kitchens, and providing additional food for children at risk of stunting. Based on the results of the study, there are several suggestions, namely for this study, namely that it can increase socialization activities on a regular basis to help provide understanding to the target of socialization about the purpose and objectives of this atasi stunting program.

Abstract

Berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam belajar matematika. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan berpikir kritis adalah pembalajaran berbasis masalah. Namun, pembelajaran berbasis masalah memiliki kelemahan yaitu kurang cocok untuk siswa dengan kemampuan rendah dan sedang. Selain itu pembelajaran barbasis masalah juga kurang meiningkatkan motivasi. Pada siswa sekolah berlevel sedang dan rendah, dibutuhkan alat atau cara yang apat menjembatani antara kondisi siswa disekolah level sedang dan rendah dengan pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Peneliti mencoba mengajukan solusi yaitu menyertakan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan green’s motivational strategies. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis proses berpikir kritis yang siswa peroleh setelah pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan green’s motivational strategies. Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif. Siswa dengan kemampuan awal  rendah menguasai 5 indikator berpikir kritis sedangkan siswa dengan kemampuan awal sedang menguasai 6 indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis. Selain kemampuan awal siswa yang mengalami perubahan menjadi lebih baik, siswa juga merasa lebih nyaman dan lebih percaya diri.
