Abstract

This study examines the extent to which leadership and allowances affect civil servant performance. Adopting a quantitative research approach, data were collected through Google Forms using a Likert Scale (1-5), covering the entire population of 93 employees through saturated sampling technique. The analysis was conducted using Multiple Linear Regression with Statistical Production Service Solustion (SPSS). The findings indicate that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Conversely, allowances do not show a significant effect. Moreover, leadership shows a more substantial effect on performance compared to allowances, as indicated by the standard coefficients, where leadership has a beta value of 0.439 compared to 0.310 for allowances. Based on these results, it is recommended that institutions prioritize employee feedback and provide tailored guidance and motivation, especially for those experiencing performance issues.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether promotion affects purchasing interest in Indomie products, to determine whether price has an impact on consumer purchasing interest in Indomie products, and to determine whether promotion and price simultaneously have an impact on purchasing interest in Indomie products. in the South Jakarta area. The sample in this study was Indomie product consumers with a total of 300 respondents., who lived in South Jakarta, and consumed fried Indomie products at least twice a month. This research used quantitative methods in the form of data collected from respondents' responses to questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The results of this research show that promotions and prices have a significant influence on buying interest. This research also shows a simultaneous influence between promotion and price on buying interest in the original fried variant of the Indomie product in South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aim to analyse the influence of work flexibility, and quality of work life on job loyalty among generation Z employee in South Jakarta. This research uses a quantitive approach, with a samle of 154 respondents collected through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method with the SMART PLS software version 4.0. The sampling technique used in this research is convenience sampling. Based on the analysis result, the study shows that work flexibility has a positive effect on job loyalty amaong generation Z. the analysis shows a T-statistic value of 14.228, and this is supported by a P-Value of 0.000, which is less than 0.0. Furthermore, the second hypothesis indicates that quality of work life also has significant influence on job loyalty, proven by a T-statistic value of 6.431 and a P-value of 0.000, which is also below 0.05. Abstract

Industri televisi lokal menghadapi tantangan besar akibat pergeseran preferensi masyarakat ke media digital, yang berdampak pada ketidakamanan kerja (job insecurity) dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job insecurity dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Stasiun TV X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey explanatory research. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin, melibatkan 91 karyawan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.1 untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, serta hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job insecurity memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 29,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun karyawan merasa tidak aman dalam pekerjaannya, mereka tetap berusaha meningkatkan kinerja agar dapat mempertahankan posisi mereka. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 49,3%, yang menunjukkan bahwa karyawan dengan motivasi tinggi cenderung memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa meskipun job insecurity dapat menjadi faktor yang mendorong peningkatan kinerja, motivasi kerja tetap menjadi faktor utama dalam menjaga produktivitas karyawan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen Stasiun TV X perlu merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih stabil guna mendukung kinerja optimal karyawan.
