Abstract

This study dives into the qualities companies seek in their workforce, highlighting the need for employees who are not only skilled but also dedicated to their tasks. By examining PT Delta Indonesia Praneggar's employees, it focuses on how work motivation and career development influence employee loyalty. The research draws from a sample of 36 permanent employees who have worked for at least two years. Data was collected using questionnaires—distributed either online or offline—and secondary sources like company records and documentation. The findings reveal an interesting pattern. Work motivation alone does not have a notable impact on employee loyalty. In contrast, career development significantly strengthens employee commitment. When examined together, work motivation and career development both contribute to fostering loyalty among employees. This indicates that while motivation is important, structured career growth plays a more substantial role in retaining a committed workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence stock price volatility in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). These factors include stock trading volume, leverage, earning volatility, company size (firm size), and dividend yield. The study was conducted in the period 2018–2022, using a sample of 35 companies selected through a purposive sampling method based on certain criteria, namely being registered in the consumer goods industry sector since 2016, always publishing annual financial reports, and not conducting a stock split during the study period. This research is included in the quantitative research category because this research uses empirical quantitative approaches to collect, analyze, and present data along with the results of the research. In this study, the researcher uses a research strategy with an associative approach. The results of the study show that stock trading volume, earning volatility, and firm size have a significant positive effect on stock price volatility, which means that the higher the three variables, the higher the stock price volatility. Conversely, leverage has a significant negative effect, where increasing leverage reduces stock price volatility. Meanwhile, dividend yield does not significantly affect stock price volatility. The shares of companies in the consumer goods industry sector have been proven to be able to generate promising profits. The condition of stock price fluctuations in this sector is also relatively flat. This will increase investor confidence in the fundamentals of companies listed in the consumer goods industry sector. This sector also has a fairly high percentage of market capitalization value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability ratio (EPS), financial ratio (P/E), and market value ratio (PBV), on stock prices in the technology sub-sector listed on the IDX in 20019 - 2023. This research is a quantitative descriptive approach with the selected companies being LUCK, DIVA, NFCX, MCAS, KIOS, ATIC, MLPT, EMTK, PTSN, KREN, and MTDL. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, selection of panel data regression model estimates, classical assumption tests, and panel data regression tests. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test to test the coefficient partially, the f-test to test the magnitude of the variable effect, and the Coefficient of Determination test using R2to test simultaneously. All variables have been tested using the classical assumption test. The results showed that all variables passed the classical assumption test and panel data regression test, so they were suitable for use as research data. The statistical t test results show that the variable earning per share ratio (EPS) partially has a significant and positive effect on stock prices. The price earning ratio (P/E) variable partially has a significant and positive effect on stock prices. The price to book value (PBV) ratio variable partially has a significant and negative effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (P/E), and Price to Book Value (PBV) ratios have a significant effect on stock prices. This is explained by the Sig F value = 0.000 < Level of Significant = 0.05, and the R2 (coefficient of determination) value of 91.702%, while other factors outside the model explain the remaining 8.298%. This research can be used by companies and investors who will make investments

Abstract

Abstract

This study explores the application of the Human Resources (HR) STIFIn method as an innovative approach to human resource management in Islamic educational institutions, focusing on its impact on employee performance. STIFIn is a personality profiling method based on genetic intelligence, identifying five dominant "Machines of Intelligence": Sensing, Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling, and Instinct. Conducted at Aya Sophia Islamic School, this qualitative research adopts a case study approach to analyze how HR STIFIn is implemented in organizational practice, and how it influences work productivity, communication, and collaboration among teachers and staff. Findings show that HR STIFIn improves task suitability, enhances motivation, and supports harmonious working relationships by aligning responsibilities with individual cognitive tendencies. The study also identifies critical supporting factors, including strong leadership commitment and internal STIFIn expertise, At the same time, challenges include the need for continuous training, among new staff, and integration with parents' understanding. The research concludes that HR STIFIn not only boosts employee performance but also fosters a personalized and humanistic work culture. This model offers a promising alternative for Islamic schools aiming to integrate character-based education with strategic HR development.
