The positive influence of leadership on teacher work performance obtained a partial value of 0.943, meaning there is a very strong influence or influence with a coefficient of determination of 87.8%. This is proven by testing the hypothesis of the Leadership variable on Teacher Work Performance, with a value of to = 10.718 > t0.05 (70) = 1.661, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a very significant effect. Based on the calculation results, there is a positive influence of Work Professionalism on Teacher Work Performance, a partial value of 0.841, meaning there is a very strong influence or an influence with a coefficient of determination of 70.7%. This is proven by testing the hypothesis of the Work Professionalism variable on Teacher Work Performance, with a value of to = 3.857 > t0.05 (70) = 1.661, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning it has a significant effect. Simultaneously the positive influence of the Leadership and Work Professionalism variables on the Teacher Work Performance variable with a simultaneous correlation value or Summary Model produces an R value of 0.943 and while the R Square value is 0.890 or 89.0%, this can be stated that the results of the analysis together The Leadership and Work Professionalism variables on the Teacher Job Performance variable have a very strong influence. Proven through the results of the Ftest (ANOVA) or Fcount, a value of 279.535 was obtained, which is greater than Ftable (71) of 2.740 with a significance level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be said that the variables Leadership and Work Professionalism together or Simultaneously, there is a significant influence on teacher work performance.

Abstract

The extracurricular activity of the Youth Red Cross (Palang Merah Remaja/PMR) represents a form of holistic education aimed at developing students’ character and competencies beyond academic learning. However, its effectiveness in enhancing student achievement remains underexplored. This study aims to examine the influence of management functions and learning evaluation on the performance of PMR members at SMK Negeri 47 Jakarta. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 37 PMR student members as the total sample. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire consisting of 30 items and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The results show that both management functions and learning evaluation have a significant and positive influence on PMR achievement. The regression equation obtained is Y = 1.994 + 0.359X₁ + 0.660X₂, with a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.908, indicating that 90.8% of the variance in PMR performance is explained by the two independent variables. The t-test and F-test further confirm the partial and simultaneous significance of both predictors. Among them, learning evaluation contributes more strongly. The findings suggest that effective management and systematic evaluation are crucial to supporting extracurricular success in youth humanitarian programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, loyalty, and work motivation on the performance of healthcare workers at Cipayung Community Health Center, East Jakarta. The research employed a total sampling method with 38 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using correlation and regression tests with SPSS version 22. The results indicate that compensation has a significant effect on healthcare worker performance, with a t-value of 4.722 > t-table 1.980 and a regression equation of Y = 12.322 + 0.720X1. Loyalty also has a significant effect, with a t-value of 2.218 > t-table 1.980 and a regression equation of Y = 6.307 + 0.848X2. Work motivation significantly affects performance, with a t-value of 2.145 > t-table 1.980 and a regression equation of Y = 6.657 + 0.834X3. Simultaneously, compensation, loyalty, and work motivation significantly influence performance, as evidenced by an F-value of 85.436 > F-table 1.994. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.790 indicates that 79.0% of the variation in performance can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 21.0% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The findings underscore the need for policies to enhance the welfare of healthcare workers through adequate compensation, strengthened loyalty, and increased work motivation to optimize performance and improve the quality of public health services.
