Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian di desa Nania Kecamatan Teluk Ambon Baguala, Kota Ambon, dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan mitra yakni kurangnya pengetahuan atau pemahaman komunitas pemulug/mitra tentang keterampilan/skiil berupa jenis-jenis sampah plastik yang dapat diolah menjadi produk atau barang bernilai ekonomis, hal ini disebabkan karena terbatasnya pengetahuan atau sumber daya komunitas pemulung. Pengetahuan atau pemahaman terhadap ketrampilan/skill kelompok mitra dapat diupayakan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan, melalui pendampingan memberikan teori dan praktek (keterampilan/skill) yang diberikan kepada komunitas pemulung sebagai kelompok mitra. Mengingat dalam pengelolaan sumber-sumber pendapatan kelompok mitra (pemulung) belum terpikirkan tentang pengelolaan dimaksud. Hal ini penting karena jika pengelolaan dilakukan secara baik akan menambah pendapatan kelompok mitra. Selama ini kelompok mitra hanya melakukan dengan pendekatan kumpul, angkut dan dijual buat penada/tengkulak. Padahal kehadiran bank sampah yang memiliki fungsi untuk membantu melalui pemilahan-pengumpilan-pengangkutan-pengelolaan-pemrosesan. Hal ini merupakan aset atau sumber pendapatan juga bagi komunitas pemulung dalam meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga, yakni pengetahuan dan pemahaman komunitas pemulung yang masih rendah, tentang pembuatan keterampilan dari sampah plastik yang dipungut untuk dijadikan produk ekonomis. Adapun target kegiatan yaitu memberikan kontribusi positif pada komunitas pemulung dalam memahami tentang jenis-jenis barang bekas (sampah plastik), yang di olah menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, yang dilakukan atau dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Penyuluhan dilakukan kepada sasaran kegiatan pengabdian yaitu komunitas pemulung dan perangkat pemerintah desa. Setelah mengikuti penyuluhan, komunitas pemulung dapat memahami pentingnya jenis-jenis barang bekas (sampah plastik), yang diolah menjadi produk ekonomis. Selanjutnya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM), didukung oleh pendamping atau fasilitator untuk memberikan keterampilan/skill, yang didalamnya dilakukan perencanaan serta penataan jenis-jenis sampah plastik yang masih diolah menjadi produk ekonomis dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan komunitas pemulung. Diharapkan teori yang sudah ditransfer dapat diterapkan sehingga terwujud apa yang menjadi manfaat bagi keterampilan/skill komunitas pemulung setempat. Gambaran Iptek yang dihasilkan dalam PkM ini adalah jenis-jenis sampah plastik, yang didaur ulang menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi yakni, bunga plastik, kursi dan meja dari botol aqua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang. Jenis datayang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara secara terstruktur dengan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi dengan persamaan ke analisis jalur melalui SPSS 20. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari variabel tangibles, reliability, responsinveness, assuarance dan emphaty memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS di Puskesmas Mako Pulau Buru. Hasil penelitian penguatan dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Mako Pulau Buru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, self-esteem and self-leadership on the performance of employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Maluku Province. This study uses a descriptive-quantitative approach with a causal correlation type. The research was conducted at the Regional Development Planning Board of Maluku Province. This research was conducted for 2 (two) months. The population used in this study were all 134 employees of the Bappeda of Maluku Province. Determining the number of samples using Issac and Michael's sample table, where if the population is 134 people, then at a 95% confidence level, the sample is 97 people, which is determined by simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the study concluded that (1) self-efficacy has a partial effect on the performance of Bappeda Maluku Province employees, (2) self-esteem has a partial effect on the performance of Bappeda Maluku Province employees, (3) self-leadership has a partial effect on the performance of Bappeda Maluku Province employees (4 ) self-efficacy, self-esteem and self-leadership simultaneously influence the performance of Bappeda Maluku Province employees.

Abstract

This research aims to ; (1) to find out the profiles of Tanimbar Weaving Craftsmen and (2) to find out the strategy for developing the Tanimbar Weaving Craftsmen in Ambon City. This research is a case study research with descriptive research type. Descriptive research is intended for exploration and clarification of social phenomena or realities, by describing a number of variables relating to the problem under study. The results showed that; (1) the Tanimbar Weaving Craftsmen has a large enough potential to be developed as one of the potential empowerment of craftsmen in Ambon City, (2) the strategy for empowering craftsmen through developing the potential for the Tanimbar Weaving Craftsmen can be carried out through the empowerment process which includes; (a) awareness, (b) organizing, (c). resource delivery.

Abstract

This research was carried out in Ambon City at the Environment and Waste Service as well as several environmental and waste care communities/institutions in Ambon City. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved in the process of implementing government policies in waste management in Ambon City. The results of this research describe that the government's role in handling waste has not been effective, this is due to the lack of infrastructure which is inadequate to handle the increasing volume of waste in Ambon City and the lack of public awareness about the importance of good waste handling so that it is free from negative environmental impacts and this which is one of the inhibiting factors in the process of implementing government policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan karakteristik pengelola keuangan sekolah terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di enam SMA di Kecamatan Sirimau, Kota Ambon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa transparansi dan akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan dana BOS, sedangkan karakteristik pengelola keuangan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana BOS memastikan keterbukaan informasi kepada pemangku kepentingan, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan. Akuntabilitas, yang mencerminkan pertanggungjawaban atas penggunaan dana, juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan dana BOS. Sebaliknya, karakteristik pengelola keuangan, seperti tingkat pendidikan, usia, dan gender, tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan dana BOS. Hasil penelitian ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menekankan pentingnya tata kelola keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan dana pendidikan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi sekolah dan pemerintah daerah untuk lebih menekankan pada kebijakan yang meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana BOS guna mencapai efektivitas yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness and accessibility of mobile application-based public services for rural communities. Using a systematic literature review method, this study analyzed 87 articles from a total of 478 articles identified from various scientific databases including Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Science Direct, and JSTOR. The results show that mobile application implementation successfully increased service efficiency by 65%, reduced operational costs by 40%, and improved user satisfaction by 72%. Factors affecting accessibility consist of digital infrastructure (38%), user capacity (32%), and socio-cultural factors (30%). This research produced an implementation framework covering preparation, system development, implementation, and evaluation phases. The main challenges in implementation include digital infrastructure gaps, low digital literacy, and resistance to change. Proposed recommendations include developing supporting regulations, strengthening infrastructure, capacity building programs, and contextual implementation approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of Himbara services and the influence of HR factors and infrastructure facilities for the Harapan Family Program beneficiaries in Ambon City. This research is a descriptive study conducted for independent variables without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The population in this study were all beneficiary communities of the Family Hope Program in Ambon City in 2019 phases I through phase III of 7,184 KPM. Determination of the sample is purposive sampling with the consideration that the PKH beneficiary community that can be used as respondents are adults, especially pregnant women, as many as 144 pregnant women as one part of the beneficiary community of the Harapan Family Program in Ambon City. The results showed that (1) the quality of Himbara services in terms of tangible dimensions, empathy, responsibility, responsiveness and assurance, (2) HR factors and infrastructure facilities influence the quality of Himbara services for beneficiaries of the Harapan Family Program in Ambon City.

Abstract

This research seeks to assess and interpret the effectiveness of land transportation services offered by the Transportation Agency of Central Maluku Regency. The qualitative approach relied on gathering data through interviews using a predetermined guide, document tracing, and obtaining other pertinent documents. Secondary data was collected from working papers, legal documents, regional legal documents, brochures, and other legal document analyses pertaining to transportation services. Qualitative analysis techniques were applied to the data. The results indicated that the agency of transportation makes it a point to provide service with five distinct features, which include: serviceability—facilities and infrastructure; reliability—competence and capability; responsiveness—quick and adequate service; assurance—security and guarantees; and empathy—engagement. Central Maluku residents are, therefore, greatly satisfied with the land transportation services offered to them. The public service satisfaction model analysis presented increases in trust and responsibility when the standards are upheld, thus leading to improvements in the region and service effectiveness. The implications of the findings indicate that the agency should focus on improving responsiveness, reliability, and serviceability to maintain satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Communication and Informatics of West Seram Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The population in this study was 35 people, consisting of civil servants and honorary employees. A saturated sampling technique was used, considering the entire population was included as respondents. Data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, correlation test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of p = 0.008. Organizational culture also has a significant influence on employee performance, with a significance level of p < 0.001. Simultaneously, motivation and organizational culture contribute significantly to employee performance, as evidenced by the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.914 or 91.4%. These findings indicate that efforts to improve employee performance optimally can be achieved through proper management of work motivation and the strengthening of a positive, participative organizational culture that supports a healthy and productive work environment.
