Abstract

Basic principles of education in Indonesia have been provided by national figure, HOS Tjokroaminoto. In light of the country's rapidly evolving technology and the emergence of foreign cultures, which have the potential to steadily destroy the nation's morality, this investigation is made to convey his opinions on the necessity of character education in Indonesia. The primary materials for this study, which are his original writings, and secondary sources, which are other people's writings on his ideas, were found through the library research method. To sum up, HOS Tjokroaminoto's character education attempts to improve each person's standing and dignity by incorporating the principles of nationalism, democracy, and equality into the educational process. Character education is the only way to achieve Indonesia's goals, which include forging a civilized and noble national character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh CV. Berkat Asia Kabupaten Sinjai guna meningkatkan penjualan; kendala yang terjadi ketika proses produksi kopi Borong, dan solusi apa saja yang dilakukan petani dalam menghadapi kendala tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengusaha CV. Berkat Asia kopi di Sinjai Borong menggunakan jenis kopi robusta 80% daripada kopi arabika karena tingkat harga yang berbeda. Pengusaha kopi juga menggunakan teknik pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti media sosial dan memanfatkan langganan langganan sebelumnya seperti toko grosir. CV. Berkat Asia kopi Borong dibentuk karena terdapat potensi kopi dari hasil tanaman masyarakat Sinjai Borong, dan termotivasi dari berbagai macam kopi yang ada di Sinjai Borong karena pada saat itu tidak adanya masyarakat sekitar yang bergerak dibidang industri.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and validate a Project-Based Learning (PjBL)-based science module using water rocket experiments for the topics of motion, force, and pressure in junior high school. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model, consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The module was designed to support meaningful science learning by integrating project activities, inquiry-based student worksheets, and hands-on experimentation. Validation was conducted by three experts, including a science education expert, a science content expert, and an experienced science teacher. The validation focused on curriculum alignment, pedagogical appropriateness, content accuracy, worksheet quality, presentation, and assessment. The results showed that the developed module was categorized as very valid, with an average validation score of 89.8%. The highest score was obtained in presentation and language aspects (92%), while curriculum alignment and assessment each obtained 90%. The findings indicate that the module is feasible for use as a science teaching material in junior high school and is pedagogically promising for supporting active learning and scientific reasoning. However, further empirical studies are needed to examine its effectiveness in improving students’ learning outcomes, motivation, and scientific literacy.
