Abstract

Penguntipan brondolan kelap sawit secara manual memakan waktu yang relatif lama serta membuat para pekerja merasa lebih lelah karena harus terus membungkuk selama proses penguntipan yang mengakibatkan produktivitas kerja dan hasil panen menurun, hal ini dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan alat brondolan, masalah yang ditemui dilapangan adalah alat brondolan yang telah ada dan digunakan oleh berbagai industri kelapa sawit di Kalimantan Selatan dirasa masih belum maksimal dari segi kemudahan penggunaan, ukuran, bentuk dan biaya, oleh karena itu melalui penelitian ini dilakukan pembaharuan desain alat brondolan kelapa sawit dengan metode DFM (Design for Manufacture). Hasilnya setelah dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode DFM (Design for Manufacture), alat brondolan yang didesain dan dibuat memiliki keunggulan tidak lagi menggunakan sistem lempar namun menggunakan metode menguntip yang akan meningkatkan proses pengambilan brondolan sawit. Alat ini didesain dengan mengedepankan keringkasan dalam hal penggunaan dan easy assemble, agar mudah melakukan penggantian part yang mengalami kerusakan. Biaya produksi alat penguntip brondolan kelapa sawit lebih hemat dari pada alat penguntip brondolan kelapa sawit sebelumnya.Kata Kunci:  Alat penguntip Brondolan, Kelapa Sawit, Design for Manufacture

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of 1) the work environment on job satisfaction, 2) employee placement on job satisfaction, 3) the work environment on employee performance, 4) employee placement on employee performance, 5) the work environment on employee performance, 6) the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction, and 7) employee placement on employee performance through job satisfaction. The study was conducted at the West Bekasi Pratama Tax Service Office with a sample of 92 respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data analysis methods used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: 1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) employee placement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) employee placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6). job satisfaction does not mediate the work environment on employee performance, and 7). job satisfaction does not mediate employee placement on employee performance
