Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of zakat funds on the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster. (2) to determine the effect of Business Development Service (BDS) on the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster. (3) determine the effectiveness of zakat funds and Business Development Service (BDS) for the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster. The method used in this research is quantitative method. All of the data in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 11 Sumur sub-district MSMEs who receive zakat funds and business development services (BDS) from the Harapan Dhuafa Amil Zakat Institute. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. All data were tested using SPSS v.19 software. The results of this study indicate, (1) Zakat funds partially have a significant effect on the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster, because the t value of the variable capital assistance is greater than the t table value (9,476> 1,894) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 <0.05). (2) Business Development Service (BDS) partially has a significant effect on the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster, because because the t value of the BDS variable is greater than the t table value (10,086> 1,894) and the significance value is smaller than the alpha value. (0.000 <0.05). (3). Zakat funds and Business Development Service (BDS) for the economic empowerment of MSMEs actors after the Sunda Strait Tsunami disaster.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of LAZ Harfa's productive zakat utilization in empowering women-based micro bussines groups in Serang City. The object of this research is the members of the Urban KKM assisted by LAZ Harfa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the Miles and Huberman model data analysis method.The results of this study indicate that: 1) the utilization of LAZ Harfa's productive zakat in Serang City is carried out through the Urban Microfinance Group program which is given to housewives or widows who have businesses such as small traders, stalls, and food vendors who sell their merchandise at home and are included in the eight asnaf. In this KKM program, capital assistance is channeled to mustahik in the form of capital loans with several stages of loans using the qardul hasan contract 2) analysis of the effectiveness of the Urban KKM program based on all indicators obtained a percentage value of 90% which is included in the very effective category. The Urban KKM program is able to improve the economy of mustahik, its achievement can be seen from mustahik can develop their business, increase their income and free mustahik from usury debt. Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes the implementation and challenges of Sharia-based promotion, people, and process in increasing sales volume at PT. Citra Elektrindo Mandiri. It also formulates strategies to enhance the effectiveness of Sharia-based promotion, people, and process in order to boost sales volume. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the door-to-door system is effective in building relationships with customers but limited digital promotion hinders market reach. High employee turnover affects service stability and quality, while reliance on manual processes slows operational efficiency. Nonetheless, the company strives to uphold Sharia principles in promotion, people, and process by emphasizing honesty, transparency, trustworthiness, and fairness. Keywords: PT. Citra Elektrindo Mandiri. Serta, merumuskan strategi yang dapat diusulkan guna meningkatkan efektivitas promotion, people, process syariah dalam rangka meningkatkan volume penjualan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem door-to-door efektif untuk membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan, tetapi terbatasnya promosi digital menghambat jangkauan pasar. Tingginya pergantian karyawan mempengaruhi stabilitas dan kualitas layanan, sedangkan ketergantungan pada proses manual memperlambat efisiensi operasional. Meskipun demikian, perusahaan berusaha menjalankan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam promosi, people, dan process, dengan menekankan kejujuran, transparansi, amanah, dan keadilan. Kata kunci: PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahuui bagaimana pengaruh terpaan konten, gaya hidup islami dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada platform tiktokshop. Pada penelitian ini populasinya mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi syariah menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, jenis data yang dilakukan adalah primer dimana sampel yang diambil sebanyak 76 responden dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Terpaan Konten, Gaya Hidup Islami dan Pendapatan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif dengan hasil F hitung > F tabel (72,868 > 2,73). Terpaan Konten berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kosumtif dengan hasil T hitung > T tabel (3,198 >1,99). Gaya Hidup Islami berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif dengan hasil T hitung>T tabel (2,358 > 1,99). Pendapatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan Perilaku Konsumtif dengan hasil T hitung<T tabel (-0,135<1,99). Kata Kunci : Gaya Hidup Islami, Perilaku Konsumtif, Pendapatan, Terpaan Konten

Abstract

In some developing countries, women's entrepreneurship, especially in the food industry, plays a significant role in creating jobs, increasing household income, and growing the local business sector. This study aims to identify research trends on the theme of women entrepreneurship and its contribution to the development of the halal food industry. Data sources were taken from Scopus by entering the keywords “Women Entrepreneurship” OR “Female Entrepreneurship” AND “Food Industry” OR “Halal Food Industry” in the document search field. As a result, 45 journal articles were found that match the research topic. The documents were then analyzed using VOSviewer software to get 173 keywords, which were then visualized and mapped with a bibliometric network. From the results of the VOSviewer analysis, it was found that the theme of women's entrepreneurship and its contribution to the halal food industry is still relatively under-researched, indicating a high opportunity for future research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of sharia financial literacy, perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, service features and security on interest in using LinkAja Syariah e-money among generation Z in Serang City. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 290 generation Z respondents using cluster sampling techniques. Partial test results show that sharia financial literacy, perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, and service features have a positive and significant effect on interest in using LinkAja Syariah e-money. However, the security variable has no significant effect. Simultaneous test results state that all variables together have a significant effect on interest in use. These findings reinforce the importance of sharia literacy and perceived ease of technology in encouraging the adoption of e-money based on sharia principles.
