Abstract

Shopee paylater is currently one of the paylater services that is most in demand by the people of Indonesia. shopee paylater has its own charm because it has a pay later or installment payment method with low interest. This study only focuses on respondents who use the payment method in the next month or pay later and are never late paying shopee paylater bills to avoid usury and provisions in the Islamic religion. The number of samples used in this study was 70, with the criteria of students majoring in Sharia economics using Shopee paylater. Data is collected by spreading questionnaires online and measuring responses on a likert scale. Utilizing data analysis procedures including validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of this study on the religiousity and the principle of each partial consumption significantly affect the buying decision, while the Islamic lifestyle does not significantly affect the buying decision, but on simultaneous trials of religiousity, the principle of consumption and Islamic lifestyle simultaneously affects the buying decision.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, pendapatan, dan sosial media terhadap minat masyarakat dalam membayar zakat pada Baznas Kabupaten Serang secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer, yang terdiri dari 100 responden, dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS 29. Hasil uji linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan mempengaruhi minat membayar dengan nilai beta 0,384, sedangkan pendapatan mempengaruhi minat membayar dengan nilai beta 0,297, dan variabel sosial media tidak mempengaruhi minat membayar dengan nilai beta 0,140.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out whether leadership and service quality influence student satisfaction at the Ibnu Syam Cilegon Islamic Boarding School from an Islamic perspective. This research used quantitative methods, data was collected through questionnaires from 61 respondents, then multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. The results of this research are that leadership has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction with a t-count (4.302) > t-table value (1.671), and service quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction with a t-count (8.209) > value t-table (1.671), then leadership and service quality together influence student satisfaction with an f-count (64.964) > f-table value (3.15). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuisoner dari 61 responden, kemudian dilakukan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan santri dengan nilai t-hitung (4,302) > nilai t-tabel (1,671), dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan santri dengan nilai t-hitung (8,209) > nilai t-tabel (1,671), kemudian kepemimpinan dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan santri dengan niali f-hitung (64,964) > nilai f-tabel (3,15). Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of raw material supplies, production processes and equipment maintenance on product quality in the Small Red Brick Industry in Cilegon City, whether the influence is partial or simultaneous. The used method is quantitative and associative research, with a sample of 77 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and the results were processed using the SPSS 26 program. The research results showed that raw material supplies, production processes and equipment maintenance had an impact on product quality simultaneously. Partially, raw material supplies have an impact on product quality, the production process has no impact on product quality. And equipment maintenance has an impact on product quality. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and product innovation on competitive advantage. This research uses quantitative methods and uses purposive sampling techniques by distributing 83 questionnaires to MSMEs of various cakes in Koja District, North Jakarta. The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results, competitive advantage is positively and significantly impacted by entrepreneurial approach and product innovation, but not significantly by market orientation. With an R-Square value of 0.7, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and product innovation affect competitive advantage by 70% and the remaining 30% is influenced by other variables. It is recommended to expand the scope of data so that future research provides a more comprehensive and accurate picture of competitive advantage in MSMEs. Abstract

The Mathematical Labyrinth Board Game is a campus intellectual product in the form of a mathematical equation game. In the use of the product, there are still several things that need to be considered and improved in terms of function, features, and appearance so that it is not yet feasible to be commercialized and its benefits are felt. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate potential approaches in making a business plan for the Mathematical Labyrinth Board Game product. The QSPM Matrix and SWOT Analysis method are used in this study as decision-making tools to provide strategies that can be applied to research products. In this case, the IE matrix shows the growth position or growth stage. The weighted average score for IFE is 3.173, while EFE is 3.171. This study produced 7 alternative strategies, including implementing online business strategies and utilizing technology effectively, utilizing and maximizing cooperation with educational institutions, improving management quality, improving product features, improving product image and competitive advantages to have competitiveness, improving product quality, differentiating products appropriately, and managing all resources appropriately and efficiently. Based on the results of the seven (7) strategies, the strategy that is the main priority is implementing an online business strategy and utilizing technology effectively with a TAS (Total Attractive Score) value of 5.936 according to calculations from QSPM. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of advertising, product quality, and halal certification on cosmetic consumer purchase decisions. This study used a Likert scale measuring tool, using IBM SPSS Statistics 30 software. The results of regression measurement found that advertising, product quality and halal certification contributed 69.3% to cosmetic purchase decisions. The results of the study partially (t-test) stated that the advertising variable had a tcount>ttable (16,617>1,991) and a significant value smaller than the probability value (0.000 < 0.05), this means that the advertisement had a significant positive effect on the decision to purchase cosmetics, the product quality variable had a tcount>ttable (3,551>1,991) and a significant value smaller than the probability value (0.001<0.05) this shows that the product quality has a positive effect Significant to the purchase decision, the halal certification variable has a tally of tcount<ttable (158>1,991) and a significant value greater than the probability value (875>0.05) this shows that halal certification does not have a significant positive effect on cosmetics purchase decisions. The results of the simultaneous study (f-test) have a tcount>ftable value (458,576>2.72) and a probability value (sig) of 0.000 so that the value of sig < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) can be concluded that advertising, product quality, and halal certification have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase makeover cosmetics at the Dan+Dan Widya Asri Serang store.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of sharia financial literacy, perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, service features and security on interest in using LinkAja Syariah e-money among generation Z in Serang City. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 290 generation Z respondents using cluster sampling techniques. Partial test results show that sharia financial literacy, perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, and service features have a positive and significant effect on interest in using LinkAja Syariah e-money. However, the security variable has no significant effect. Simultaneous test results state that all variables together have a significant effect on interest in use. These findings reinforce the importance of sharia literacy and perceived ease of technology in encouraging the adoption of e-money based on sharia principles. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the role of work discipline mediation on employee motivation and performance (Study of the Agriculture and Food Security of Pandeglang Regency). This study was carried out at the Office of Agriculture and Food Security of Pandeglang Regency using descriptive quantitative methods with a causal approach. Respondents of this study were all civil servants at the Pandeglang Regency Agriculture and Food Security Office, using a sample of 174 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 - 10. Data analysis using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.8. The results of research and hypothesis testing show that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (4) Work Discipline can mediate the relationship between Work Motivation and Employee Performance.
