Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan Pembelajaran IPS terpadu yang berperan penting dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk berpikir kritis dan imajinatif tentang masyarakat dan isu-isu sosial. Interaksi guru—siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran IPS terpadu juga tidak terbangun dengan baik, karena strategi mengajar yang digunakan oleh guru masih bersifat konvensional, atau hanya mengandalkan metode ceramah. Colaborative learning prjocet sebagai metode pembelajaran memungkinkan dapat menfasilitasi siswa agar terlibat aktif di dalam proses pembelajaran. Evaluasi yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini adalah evaluasi kongnitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada SMP Negeri 10 Barru. Melalui pelatihan ini, sebanyak 10 guru dan 20 siswa dapat belajar bagaimana bekerja sama dalam kelompok untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas dan proyek bersama, membangun kepercayaan dan keterampilan bekerjasama, serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 10 Barru.Abstract: Integrated social studies learning plays an important role in developing knowledge and skills to think critically and imaginatively about society and social issues. Teacher-student interaction in the integrated social studies learning process is also not well developed, because the teaching strategies used by teachers are still conventional, or only rely on the lecture method. Collaborative learning prjocet as a learning method allows it to facilitate students to be actively involved in the learning process. Community service is carried out at SMP Negeri 10 Barru. Through this training, teachers and students can learn how to work together in groups to complete tasks and projects together, build trust and cooperative skills, and improve student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 10 Barru.

Abstract

Rokan Hilir in the decree No. 28 of 2012 on devolution Most Authority Regents To Subdistrict, explained that there are a number of required and elective matters delegated by the regent To camat among which Affairs Development Planning. For the sub-district should be in the position of facilitating and accommodate the needs and sensitivity as a measure of the problem and what the needs of the community in implementing development. The purpose of this study was to determine how the exercise of authority in the sub-district development planning in the District Bangko Pusako Rokan Hilir. The theory used in this research is the theory of development planning by Sjafrizal. This study uses quantitative methods to type a descriptive survey research. The sampling technique for the representation of delegates village and community using purposive sampling method will choose informen research deemed to know the information and the problem in depth and can be trusted as a source of data. The collection of data obtained directly from respondents through interviews, questionnaires and observation. To analyze the data using the tools of the frequency table and the results will be concluded. Based on the research that has been done can be concluded that the implementation of the Authority Subdistrict In Development Planning in Sub Bangko Pusako can Rokan Hilir Done Enough said. Suggestions given to the District Government by a district head in order to actually run the policy that has been given for the sake of encouraging faster development process in order to realize an advanced society, and prosperous.

Abstract

Marriage according to Banjarese custom in Martapura, Banjar Regency is the business of all parties, both the bride and groom, but is the obligation of both parents, tengganai, formal leaders, and traditional leaders. In Banjar traditional marriage procedures, there is a bridal shower ritual ceremony. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the bridal shower ritual and the meaning contained in the ritual in the Banjar traditional wedding ceremony. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The results of the study found that the bridal shower ceremony aims to purify physically and spiritually because on the next day the bride and groom will carry out one of the sacred tasks in life in the world, namely undergoing marriage mahligai. The bridal shower only purifies the body, but the implied meaning is that the bride and groom are ready to purify themselves physically and mentally. As well as to fortify the bride and groom from various unwanted disturbances. The meaning contained in the bridal shower ritual is that a blessed life has the hope that in carrying out a relationship in the household, happiness is always given. Behaving well in pisit is symbolized by nyiur (coconut). Nyiur has the meaning of the tree of life which is very useful for others. The meaning of living together is symbolized by baras lakatan (glutinous rice) which means a form of hope for the safety of the bride and groom. Habang sugar has a sweet meaning and is red in color, the hope is that everything that is done always bears sweet fruit or has a meaning that the sugar can symbolize a beautiful life that is lived with his life partner. hintalu (egg) has the meaning of a symbol of life as a generational strength which is expected to have a strong future generation and always be useful for others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of Gapoktan through the Cooperative Farming Model in Karang Indah Village, Mandastana District, Barito District, Kuala Kalimantan. Describe the Gapoktan Karang Indah Program in advancing the community's economy, describing. Describe the impact of the Gapoktan program through cooperative farming. This type of research is qualitative research with a description approach. Research Instruments with Quantitative data through self-researchers (Human Instruments). Sources of data through interviews, observations and documentation. Qualitative data analysis consists of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data through triangulation. The results showed that (1) the Cooperative Farming Model plays a role in the management of rice entrepreneurs in expediting the distribution of rice commodities and encouraging the development of sustainable agricultural development. (2) The Gapoktan program in Karang Indah for rice farmers consists of socialization, partnership programs (government and private), and entrepreneurial agriculture-based training. (3) Gapoktan through the Cooperative Farming Model has a real impact on increasing rice farmer household income with the help of capital and financing. The use of the Cooperative Farming Model has a positive and significant impact in terms of the pattern of economic life of the Karang Indah village community.

Abstract

Motivation influences individual behavior, with motivation individuals can exert their best abilities for HMPS. So that it can produce something, both for the individual and for HMPS. This research aims to (1) find the driving factors for Sociology Education students in joining the Sociology Education Student Association (HMPS). (2) find the goals that members want to achieve in participating in HMPS. (3) finding the efforts of HMPS members in achieving goals. This study used qualitative research methods. The data sources used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. There were 10 informants in this study. With the specified informant criteria, namely the Sharing Committee (SC) and department heads. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing techniques, namely by extending observations, increasing persistence, and triangulation. The results of this research show that (1) the driving factors for Sociology Education students in taking HMPS, namely a) because of the desire to improve their own abilities, b) because they are interested in the HMPS work program, c) because of the environment around the students. (2) goals to be achieved, namely a) goals to be achieved for oneself, b) goals to be achieved for HMPS. (3) HMPS members' efforts to achieve goals, namely a) members' efforts to achieve goals for themselves, b) members' efforts to achieve goals for HMPS.

Abstract

Leadership in organizational culture is a determining factor for success in achieving the vision, mission, and goals of the organization. Appropriate and effective leadership serves as the foundation for organizational success. This research aims to describe the role of leadership style in organizational culture at HMPS FKIP ULM Banjarmasin. The objectives of this study are: 1) to describe the leadership style at HMPS FKIP ULM Banjarmasin, and 2) to describe the organizational culture at HMPS FKIP ULM Banjarmasin. Qualitative research is used. In addition, six informants who were selected through purposive sampling have been interviewed. The research collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is reduced, presented, and verified for analysis. The validity of the data is tested through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The research revealed that the leadership style of HMPS members, including character, communication, decision-making, motivation, and organizational environment, is democratic. Organizational culture, such as solidarity and cooperation, is also very important. Effective leadership involves providing support, nurturing relationships, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Abstract

This research is focused on the study of the social capital of oil palm farmers in Sidomulyo Village, Wanaraya District, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study aims to: first, identify the social capital owned by oil palm independent smallholders. Second, describe the maintenance of their social capital. This study uses qualitative research methods to gain a deep understanding of the social capital of independent smallholders that supports their success in the management of oil palm plantations. This research was conducted in Sidomulyo village, Wanaraya district, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Informants as sources of information were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data mining was carried out by observation, in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) with selected informants and diaries are one of the important data sources in the research used in this study.. This study found: (1) Forms of social networks built by farmers and middlemen to sell oil palm to palm oil processing companies. (2) Their membership in farmer groups (3) The work ethic of the farmers as a transmigrant.

Abstract

Keterampilan desain grafis menjadi semakin penting dalam berbagai sektor usaha, termasuk percetakan, periklanan, multimedia, fashion, dan industri kreatif lainnya. Satu diantara aplikasi yang banyak digunakan adalah Corel Draw, yang terkenal karena kemudahan penggunaannya serta beragam fitur yang ditawarkannya, sehingga sangat cocok untuk pemula. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan desain grafis di kalangan pemuda di Karang Taruna Kelurahan Banua Anyar Kota Banjarmasin, diadakan pelatihan desain grafis menggunakan Corel Draw. Tahap persiapan dimulai dengan penentuan tema dan survei untuk mengevaluasi kondisi awal keahlian peserta, yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya 3 dari 13 pemuda yang sudah menguasai aplikasi ini. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan berhasil menarik minat peserta, dengan 87% menyatakan sangat puas dan 13% puas terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Evaluasi juga mengindikasikan perlunya penambahan waktu pelaksanaan serta adanya permintaan untuk pelatihan lanjutan dengan aplikasi desain grafis lainnya, seperti Canva. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat keterampilan desain grafis dan mendukung pengembangan potensi kreatif pemuda di desa tersebut.

Abstract

Improving teacher competence in writing scientific papers is a strategic step to support the improvement of professionalism and the quality of education in Indonesia. This is important because teachers not only act as educators, but also as innovators in producing new knowledge through their community service and scientific publications. This service focuses on a program to improve scientific writing designed to improve the scientific writing skills of teachers at SMAN 12 Banjarmasin. This program includes socialization, training, and intensive mentoring aimed at helping teachers understand the importance of writing scientific papers, improving writing skills, and publishing articles in accredited national journals. Based on the training activities, several main challenges faced by teachers were found, namely low motivation to write, limited technical skills, and financial constraints to attend training. This training program was attended by 21 teachers, where they received material on scientific writing techniques, the editing process, and the steps for submitting articles to journals. In addition, intensive mentoring was provided to ensure that teachers could complete the manuscript until it was ready to be published. The results of the program showed a significant increase in teachers' knowledge and motivation in writing scientific papers. Teachers were also able to document educational innovations based on evidence through quality articles. This program not only helps teachers improve their competence, but also contributes to efforts to improve the quality of education by expanding access to research-based information produced by teachers. Hopefully, this program can encourage a culture of scientific writing among educators.
