Abstract

Building an anti-corruption character among the younger generation, especially Generation Z, is very important because corruption is the main challenge that hinders development in Indonesia. Generation Z born between 1995 and 2010 has great potential as agents of change thanks to their access to information and technology. This study investigates useful methods that generation Z can use to build an anti-corruption character through education that incorporates ethical values. Based on previous research, it was found that providing the younger generation with anti-corruption education starting from an early age can increase their anti-corruption awareness and attitudes. In addition, collaboration between family, community and government is very important to create an environment that supports the value of integrity. It is hoped that Generation Z can contribute significantly to building a society free from corrupt practices if they use the right strategies. This article provides insight into the role played by generation Z in fighting corruption and the impact it will have on the future of the country.

Abstract

Based on business development in the Tanjung Enim Briquette work unit related to the production of Activated Carbon and Carbon Anodes, to support production, work efficiency is needed on the heavy equipment unit, namely Wheel Loaders. In addition, by obtaining work efficiency data, it is possible to evaluate the work of the wheel loader in its operations at the Tanjung Enim Briquette Factory PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. So that there is an increase and optimization of the work/operational quality of the Wheel Loader to achieve the production target. At the Tanjung Enim Briquette factory itself the wheel loader unit plays an important role in supporting the production of Carbonized Briquettes, Non-Carbonized and serves various types of work in the briquette factory such as filling hopper, material mixing or blending, transporting clay and loading raw coal stock. The data collection process for 16 days started on August 2 until August 27, 2021 with the average wheel loader working efficiency of 86.12% in the good category.

Abstract

Energi terbarukan merupakan energi yang dihasilkan dari sumber daya energi yang secara alamiah tidak akan habis atau cepat dipulihkan dan prosesnya berkelanjutan jika dikelola dengan baik. Energi matahari ini juga dapat dirubah menjadi energi listrik, Sel surya merupakan suatu sumber energi listrik yang memanfaatkan cahaya matahari sebagai sumber energi. . Panel surya atau Photovoltaic (PV) adalah teknologi yang berfungsi untuk mengubah atau mengkonversi radiasi matahari menjadi energi listrik secara langsung. Jumlah energi yang begitu besar yang dihasilkan dari sinar matahari membuat sel surya menjadi alternative sumber energi masa depan yang sangat menjanjikan. Penggunaan energi surya untuk menggerakkan Becak Listrik adalah menjadi topik pada penelitian. Becak listrik dapat bermanfaat untuk kendaran niaga atau angkut barang. Rancang bangun ini dimulai dari menentukan spesifikasi komponen yang akan digunakan sampai menguji jarak tempuh kendaraan tersebut, dari hasil pengujian didapat data Jarak tempuh yang dihasilkan becak listrik tanpa beban tambahan sejauh 32,2 km dengan waktu tempuh 2 jam 40 menit, Sedangkan jarak tempuh becak lisrik setelah diberi beban tambahan 60 kg sejauh 20,1 km dengan waktu tempuh 2 jam dan dengan beban 80 kg jarak tempuh sejauh 13 km dengan waktu tempuh 1 jam 50 menit. Artinya semakin berat beban yang diangkut becak listrik maka akan semakin dekat jarak tempuh yang dihasilkan.Kata kunci: Energi terbarukan, Panel surya, Becak listrik, Kendaraan niaga
