Abstract

Saat ini, tata letak pada Gudang Material Kemasan dan Dus tidak memiliki cukup ruang untuk menampung seluruh material. Beberapa pallet material ditumpuk langsung tanpa adanya penyangga. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan perbaikan terkait tata letak gudang agar dapat memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki tata letak Gudang Material Kemasan dan Dus dengan cara menata ulang sistem penempatan barang. Data yang digunakan meliputi jenis dan dimensi material, data keluar-masuk barang, data stok tertinggi gudang pada periode Desember 2021- Februari 2022, serta data mengenai tata letak gudang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode class-based storage. Klasifikasi frekuensi pergerakan barang dikelompokkan berdasarkan analisis ABC, sehingga didapatkan tiga kelas pada dua jenis material. Material Dus dan Partisi dengan kelas A fast moving (63,02%), B medium moving (29,06%), dan C slow moving (7,92%). Material Kemasan dengan kelas A’ fast moving (79,78%), B’ medium moving (11,88%), dan C’ slow moving (8,34%). Hasil perancangan rak didapat 5 jenis rak dengan 2 level penyimpanan dan 1 stack rak. Rak pertama berdimensi 20,5m x 1m x 2,8m mampu menampung 34 pallet material yang berjumlah 14 rak. Rak kedua berdimensi 24,1m x 1m x 2,8m mampu menampung 40 pallet material. Rak ketiga berdimensi 13,3m x 1m x 2,8m mampu menampung 22 pallet material. Rak keempat berdimensi 9,7m x 1m x 2,8m mampu menampung 16 pallet material. Rak kelima berdimensi 4,9m x 1m x 2,8m mampu menampung 8 pallet material. Sehingga kapasitas penyimpanan gudang sebanyak 566 pallet.

Abstract

A construction project is a temporary activity that takes place within a limited period of time and has been determined. In carrying out a project, it is carried out based on the plans that have been made by the project planner, one form of planning a project is the project scheduling of as a toll road business entity is currently carrying out detailed engineering design activities in which the implementation of the project has been delayed. Completion of new projects has reached 85%, one example is the Bridge work (Sta 54+600). In carrying out the bridge work (Sta 54+600) it is planned that the working period is 264 days. However, the implementation of the bridge work (Sta 54 + 600) was delayed by 15 working days, so the planned time for the bridge work was not optimal. in Bridge Construction using the PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) method, there are critical paths on Access Roads, Mobilization, Digging Pile Caps, LC Pile Caps, Formwork Pile Caps, Cast Columns, Erection Girders, Land Clearing, Cast Slabs get an opportunity probability of 0.6179 which meaning that there is a chance that 61.79% of bridge construction projects (Sta 54+600) have a chance to be completed with an optimal duration of 252 days.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran merupakan salah satu perencanaan PT. Standard Biosensor Healthcare dalam menghadapi persaingan industri alat kesehatan, untuk menjual atau mendistribusikan produk yang dihasilkan agar apa yang menjadi target dari perusahaan dapat tercapai. Penelitian dalam tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan untuk memformulasikan strategi pemasaran produk alat kesehatan PT. Standard Biosensor Healthcare dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil skor analisis dari faktor IFAS yaitu Strength skor 2,002 sedangkan Weakness skor 0,779 dengan hasil selisih (+) 1,223, dan hasil skor analisis dari faktor EFAS yaitu Opportunity skor 2,083 sedangkan Threats skor 0,724 dengan hasil selisih (+) 1,359 maka hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Standard Biosensor Healthcare berada pada posisi Strength – Opportunity (SO) Kuadran I, dimana PT. Standard Biosensor Healthcare berada pada tahap Growth Strategy (Tahap Pertumbuhan) dengan menggunakan faktor kekuatan internal Perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan peluang eksternal yang ada, yaitu dengan mengedepankan kekuatan dalam kualitas dan kuantitas produk, serta kecepatan dalam mengembangkan inovasi produk baru.

Abstract

Decision makers need analytical tools that allow them to solve problems. Decisions to be taken are complex with major risks such as policy formulation, decision makers often need tools in scientific, logical, and structured forms. To determine the priority stages of criteria in order to obtain the most optimal results in returning uniform vendor selection decisions at PT Penjalindo Nusantara (Metaform) using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. In essence, AHP is a comprehensive decision-making model by taking into account qualitative and quantitative matters. There are three main principles in problem solving in AHP, namely: Decomposition, Comparative Judgment, and Logical Concistency. Bycomparing in pairs to determine the priority weight on each criterion and alternative. One of the paired comparisons is carried out in pairwise comparisons between criteria. Vendor selection criteria include quality, price, flexibility, delivery and service criteria. . Compiling alternatives that have been determined in the form of matirx in order to obtain the assessment weight of each variable, a table of pair comparison rating scales is made. Based on the results of the AHP calculation, each weight for each venodr is obtained PT Intan of 0.62860 and the weight value of the Super Decision is 0.638683. PT Parahita as a vendor with a weight value of 0.20475 and a weight value in Super Decision of 0.203985. PT Marcapada with a weight value of 0.16665 and a weight value in Super Decision of 0.159189. So the main uniform supplier is PT Intan with the largest weight.

Abstract

. PT Indorama Synthetics Purwakarta Tbk, located on Jl. Industri Ubrug kembangkuning, Kec. Babakan Cikao, Purwakarta Regency is engaged in textile, namely in terms of spinning and polyester, rayon yarn, recycled polyester yarn and blended yarn from synthetic fiber and recycled fiber. This study aims to determine the types of defects that are dominant in POY-CP3 yarn products, determine the factors that cause defects in POY CP-3 yarn products, find out how to control quality in order to reduce the amount of damage or defects in POY CP-3 yarn. In this study, the authors used data on the number of yarn defects for the period April 2022 to April 2023. This research uses seven tools in the form of flow charts, cheek sheets, histograms, scatter diagrams, pareto diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams, and control maps. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that although there are still defective products, the company has carried out quality monitoring starting from quality control of raw materials, process quality control. From the calculation data with C-Chart analysis that yarn defective products in April 2022 to April 2023 are outside the control limits (out of control). With product damage that is outside the control limits or out of control, the company must better maintain the production process so that damage does not occur outside the control limits. So that the production produced in the next period can meet the quality standards.
