Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces Silent Chain and Rim, during the period September 2022 – February 2023 according to data from the Production Department the level of NG goods in the period increased compared to the previous period. Many factors affect the level of NG goods, one of which is the Performance of PT. XYZ. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, relationships between employees, and working conditions on the performance of PT. XYZ. The sampling method used was simple random sampling and determining the number of samples in this study using the slovin formula resulted in 161 respondents, the data used were primary data with questionnaire techniques, hypothesis testing was carried out with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using two-tailed tests with the Analysis of moment structure version 24 application . The results showed that there was no influence between the variables of Relationship Between Employees on Employee Performance with a value of P>0.05 while Leadership Style and Working Conditions had an effect on Employee Performance with a value of P<0.05

Abstract

Persaingan dunia industri yang semakin ketat mengharuskan perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan mesin agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Terjadinya kerusakan pada mesin dapat memberikan banyak kerugian seperti menurunnya jumlah produksi, pembengkakan biaya, kecelakaan kerja, dan hal-hal yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian besar lainnya. Untuk menjamin pengoptimalan mesin diperlukan adanya suatu skema perawatan mesin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) untuk menganalisis perawatan terhadap mesin Air Jet Loom (AJL). Metode RCM ini dapat menentukan tindakan pemeliharaan yang harus dilakukan agar menjamin peralatan tetap optimal sesuai dengan fungsinya. Hasil menunjukkan adanya 16 mode kegagalan yang terjadi pada mesin AJL, terdapat 12 komponen yang dapat diatasi secara condition direct (CD), Serta 4 komponen mesin AJL lainnya yang dapat ditangani dengan cara Finding Failue (FF). Selain itu, Komponen Kamran merupakan komponen kritis dengan nilai RPN tertinggi sebesar 256, yang berarti bahwa Kamran mengalami kegagalan yang harus ditangani akibat terjadinya downtime yang paling besar.

Abstract

Decision makers need analytical tools that allow them to solve problems. Decisions to be taken are complex with major risks such as policy formulation, decision makers often need tools in scientific, logical, and structured forms. To determine the priority stages of criteria in order to obtain the most optimal results in returning uniform vendor selection decisions at PT Penjalindo Nusantara (Metaform) using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. In essence, AHP is a comprehensive decision-making model by taking into account qualitative and quantitative matters. There are three main principles in problem solving in AHP, namely: Decomposition, Comparative Judgment, and Logical Concistency. Bycomparing in pairs to determine the priority weight on each criterion and alternative. One of the paired comparisons is carried out in pairwise comparisons between criteria. Vendor selection criteria include quality, price, flexibility, delivery and service criteria. . Compiling alternatives that have been determined in the form of matirx in order to obtain the assessment weight of each variable, a table of pair comparison rating scales is made. Based on the results of the AHP calculation, each weight for each venodr is obtained PT Intan of 0.62860 and the weight value of the Super Decision is 0.638683. PT Parahita as a vendor with a weight value of 0.20475 and a weight value in Super Decision of 0.203985. PT Marcapada with a weight value of 0.16665 and a weight value in Super Decision of 0.159189. So the main uniform supplier is PT Intan with the largest weight.
