Abstract

Pelayanan pengujian material pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Gorontalo merupakan suatu kegiatan dalam rangka pemunuhan kebutuhan pelayanan pada pengujian suatu kualitas bahan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengujian suatu kualitas struktur konstruksi. Adapun kinerja sistem dalam pelayanan pengujian material yang sedang berjalan estimasi waktu pelayanan pengujian masih tergolong lama dikarenakan petugas pelayanan menggunakan lembaran isian (form) berbentuk fisik untuk memasukkan Informasi pelayanan dari pemohon, selain itu juga sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam proses pelayanan pengujian material ketika staff pegawai tidak berada di tempat. Salah satu solusi adalah dengan membuat sistem informasi pelayanan pengujian material. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Pemodelan dengan menggunakan UML dapat berguna untuk memvisualisasikan atau memodelkan sistem yang nantinya akan menjelaskan informasi lebih detail dalam sebuah perancangan suatu program. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Pengujian Material Berbasis Web, yang dimana dalam website ini masyarakat dapat melakukan pengajuan permohonan material secara langsung dan melihat informasi yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan pengujian material pada Dinas Pekarjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Gorontalo. Selain itu sistem ini dapat membantu staff pegawai dalam proses pelayanan pengujian material yang diajukan masyarakat. Kata Kunci : UML, Pelayanan, Pengujian Material, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

FADILA N SAGI. Marriagge Registration Information System ( The Principal Suppervisor is Mukhlissulfatih Latief, S,Kom, MT., and the co-supervisior is Rachamad Thohir Jassin, S.Kom., Eng.)KUA (Kantor Urusan Agama or Office of Religios Affairs) of Ampana Tete Sub-district is a govemment institution serving to register mamage  process. Currently, the process is a paper- based work which tends to complicate officer in seeking certain data informing marriage schedule duc to the making requires the officer to look at the applicant's data one by one Consenquently, it may hamper a service quality to the community, in addition,  the complication applies to monthly and yearly reporting, which is a time- consuming process due to its making process involves a check data additionally, the mamage  data processing still operates Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel so that it leads to a frequent data duplication, data compt/lost, and also error committed by officer in registering the data. Another problem is that a penghulu ( Muslim Wendding offciant) often forgets abouts a must-do schedule. Objective of this research is to design a mamage registration information System at KUA of Ampana Tete Sub district. Data used in this research are descriptive data. Research finding is a mamage registration information system which facilitates and supports performace of KUA of Ampana Tete in processing and registering mamage data. Also, the community and penghulu  of KUA are earsier in accesing information about mamage data as well as mamage schedule due to the system functions SMS gateway technology.Keywoards :Mamage Registration Information System SMS gateway.

Abstract

Abstract The Public Works Service of Gorontalo Province still confronts a problem, i.e., unavailability of the evaluation of maturity level measurement of information technology performance. Thus, its loss towards the development of information technology information in the aforementioned provincial service will be slow. This present study aimed to find out the maturity level of information technology performance and to provide a recommendation in terms of performance betterment to improve information technology performance in the Public Works Service of Gorontalo Province. Cobit 4.1 Framework was used on account of its function as a supporting tool featuring the most appropriate scope of discussion from the aspect of research needs. One of which was to measure the performance of service delivery to be more beneficial in information technology management by applying DS (Delivery and Support) and ME (Monitoring Evaluation) domains. It was indicated that the performance maturity level in the site area had not arrived at the expected value. For such reasons, it was expected that the evaluation of information technology performance measurement could serve as the source of information.
