Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan produk media informasi pravokasional untuk siswa SMP, mengetahui kevalidan media informasi pravokasional dalam memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada siswa SMP serta mengetahui kepraktisan penerapan media informasi pravokasional dalam memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pada siswa SMP untuk melanjutkan studi ke SMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan dengan jenis media informasi berbasis WEB dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh pengguna yaitu siswa SMP. Hasil validasi materi dan validasi media dari masing-masing pakar menyebutkan persentase kevalidan materi sebesar 77% dan persentase kevalidan media sebesar 82%. Ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media informasi pravokasional Sangat Valid. Kepraktisan dari produk ini sebesar 34,5 dan memiliki kriteria sangat baik. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah media informasi pravokasional yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan layak menurut penilaian pakar. Media informasi pravokasional untuk siswa SMP yang dikembangkan memiliki nilai keefektifan dan kepraktisan yang tinggi, karena media tersebut dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami dan mengetahui program studi SMK secara mandiri.The purpose of this study was to produced pre-vocational information media product for junior high school students, to found out pre-vocational information media in giving understanding and knowledge for junior high school students, and also to find out in applying pre-vocational information media in giving understanding and knowledge for junior high school to continue their study at vocational school. Research and development method was used in this study. The result of this study explained the kinds of WEB based information media. Which could be accessed easily by junior high school students. The percentage of material and media validity from the expert was 77% and the percentage of media validity was 82%. It could be summarized that pe-vocational media information was very valid. Practically of this product was 34,5 and had good criteria. The result of this pre-vocational information media study which could be developed was valid and suitable based on expert opinion. Pre-vocational information media for junior high school students had practically and effectively higher value, because that media could help the student in understanding the study program at vocational school by them selves.

Abstract

Olele Village is one of the villages in Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency which has various potentials, especially marine tourism potential and other goods. However, if assessed in terms of the use of information technology, these potentials would need be better managed by utilizing information technology for digital publications or marketing. This community service activity aims to facilitate the community and village government in managing and promoting the potential and marketing of natural resources or human resources in Olele Village. In addition, this activity also aims to facilitate village officials in managing population administration through the implementation of a village information system. The method used in this activity is socialization and training for village officials and the community. The community service activities were conducted successfully and well appreciated by the village government and the community.

Abstract

As a policy, Palu City Regulation No.6 of 2012 concerning Control of Livestock is a political product that departs from the aspirations of the community regarding the problem of livestock roaming which is almost out of control, resulting in various kinds of losses in the community such as traffic accidents, livestock dung in the streets and environmental aesthetic disorders. With the existence of the Perda, it is expected to be able to curb and provide security for all communities and the environment of the City of Palu. The purpose of this study is to measure the success of policy enforcement related to the control of livestock in the city of Palu. The foundation of model theory is Evaluation by William N Dunn (2009: 537) with indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy. The method of this research is descriptive with the type of qualitative research that seeks to explain something that is targeted in detail or in depth, as well as collecting data and materials through observation, document review, and interviews with a total of 7 (seven) informants. Data analysis techniques use Interactive models Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014). Based on the results of the study, the implementation of the policing policy for livestock in Palu City, which was evaluated through indicators of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsiveness, and accuracy, had not been carried out optimally, except that the alignment indicators had gone well. This is due to the lack of firmness from the implementor as well as the lack of public awareness in enforcing local regulations concerning the control of livestock, so that until now the problems related to livestock roaming in Palu City have not yet been resolved.

Abstract

Transfer pemerintah pusat mendominasi pengeluaran pemerintah daerah dibandingkan dengan Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan memiliki peran penting dalam mengurangi kesenjangan ekonomi antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah. Akan tetapi hal menciptakan situasi yang dikenal sebagai Flypaper Effect. Dengan menggunakan data dari 13 pemerintah daerah dari tahun 2017 hingga 2022 di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh dari transfer tanpa syarat pemerintah berupa DAU dan DBH (Unconditional Grant) dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data panel Fixed Effect Model dengan efek waktu satu arah. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat fenomena Flypaper Effect di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unconditional Grant lebih berkontribusi terhadap Belanja Daerah dibandingkan dengan PAD dan fenomena Flypaper Effect terjadi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Unconditional Grant dan PAD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah pada provinsi dengan Unconditional Grant tinggi dan rendah.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal di kelas XI TKJ di SMKN 2 Limboto pada mata materi Keragaman Komunikasi belum memenuhi standar KKM yaitu 80. Jumlah siswa di kelas XI TKJ yaitu 29 orang siswa, dari 29 siswa tersebut, terdapat 10 isiswa (34,4%) yang mencapai ketuntasan dan 19 siswa (65,5%) lainnya belum mencapai ketuntasan. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata materi Keragaman Komunikasi di SMKN 2 Limboto biasanya mengingat fakta bahawa banyak materi Keragaman Komunikasi yang dinamis sehingga siswa memerlukan presepsi untuk mendapatkan kejelasan tentang materi yang mereka amati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif pada materi Keragaman Komunikasi serta mengukur kelayakan juga kepraktisan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Sebelum di uji cobakan pada pengguna (siswa), media pembelajaran telah di validasi oleh ahli media dan juga ahli materi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian untuk mendapatkan data para ahli media, ahli materi dan siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian : (1) validasi ahli media tahap 1 mendapatkan skor 90 (94,7%), dan validasi ahli media tahap 2 mendapatkan skor 93 (97,8%), (2) hasil validasi ahli materi tahap 1 mendapatkan skor 101 (84,1%), dan validasi ahli materi tahap 2 mendapatkan skor 120 (97,5%). Setelah melakukan serangkaian validasi ahli media dan ahli materi kemudian media pembelajaran di uji cobakan kepada penggguna. Hasil dari uji coba media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif di kelas XI TKJ SMKN 2 Limboto memperoleh skor 1692 (89,76%). Dapat disimpulkan media pembelajaran layak digunakan sebagai alternatif guru ketika mengajarkan materi Keragaman Komunikasi.Kata kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, Kelayakan, Keragaman Komunikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat menggunakan e-commerce pada wirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket dalam bentuk google form yang disebarkan kepada responden penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini banyak wirausaha muda yang belum menggunakan e-commerce sebagai media penjualan dan pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 155 mahasiswa penerima pendanaan dalam        program           kewirausahaan           Belmawa Kemendikbudristek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan e-commerce berada pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan ketiga indikator yaitu sikap perilaku minat e-commerce berada pada kategori tinggi, indikator norma subjektif berada pada kategori tinggi, dan indikator persepsi kontrol perilaku berada pada kategori tinggi

Abstract

The use of information technology in the world of education has made a major contribution to increasing the efficiency, accuracy and transparency of the educational process. The role of the homeroom teacher is very important for student development. The process of reporting assignment data, grades, absence recaps, student report cards to parents, which still rely on conventional reporting, and conveyed via correspondence or WhatsApp messages, is a problem that must be addressed. The aim of this research is to design a website-based classroom management system; Achievement of a classroom management system by testing usability and suitability as well as testing the practicality of a system that is suitable for use. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method. The respondents of this research are teachers, students and parents. The instrument used in the research is a questionnaire and testing in this research includes functional suitability to determine whether the system is functioning well, usability or suitability to determine whether the system is suitable for use and practicality testing to determine the efficiency of the system. The results of the functional suitability test show that the system is as expected, and based on the results of the system suitability test by the user, results were obtained with a percentage score of 84.66% from 6 teachers, including the very suitable category. Then the results of the practicality test by system user respondents were 92.47% of the results of student responses and 90.53% of the results of parent responses. So the Website-Based Class Management System is suitable for use.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effects of transformational leadership, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction on job performance in public sector organizations. It also determines the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between transformational leadership and emotional intelligence on job performance. This research was conducted at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise Indonesia (DGCE). Primary data was obtained through questionnaire with a total of 611 respondents from ASN employees in each of DGCE units starting from the head office, vertical offices and technical implementation units. The research hypothesis was tested using partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of this research show that transformational leadership and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on job performance and job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction does not have a significant influence or mediating role on job performance in DGCE. Abstract

n the biology learning process, teachers have used various media and teaching materials such as printed books and student worksheets, supported by teaching media in the form of PowerPoint presentations. The books provided by the school library do not match the number of students, so students cannot take books home to study at home. This research aims to produce a video-based E-Module with material on environmental changes in Phase E that is valid and practical for senior high school Phase E students. This research is an R&D (Research and Development) research using a 4D model which consists of four stages, namely the definition stage, planning stage, development stage, and dissemination stage. This research was carried out to the stage of developing validation tests and practicality tests with descriptive quantitative data analysis and validation tests carried out by 1 Biology teacher, 1 material expert lecturer, 1 media expert, and 1 strategy lecturer. The practicality test will be carried out by 1 biology teacher and 30 students in Phase E senior high school. The research results showed that the validation value carried out by the validator on the e-module was very valid (90.8%), with the practicality test carried out by the Biology teacher on the e-module developed being very practical (91.6%) and by 30 people. Phase E students are very practical (84.3%). From the results of validation tests and practicality tests, it was concluded that the video-based e-module on environmental change material in Phase E senior high school was valid and practical.

Abstract

The use of technology in education continues to increase, including the utilization of the TikTok application as a medium for developing Canva-based infographics as a learning tool. This study is motivated by the lack of visual elements in the learning process, which impacts the low attractiveness of the material for students. Students often receive material only verbally without adequate visual support, making the material less engaging and ultimately reducing students' interest and motivation in learning. This research aims to develop infographic-based learning media using Canva, displayed through TikTok content, designed to address student boredom and the lack of appealing visualization in material delivery. Infographics, which combine visual elements and information, are designed to simplify the understanding of material, while TikTok is chosen for its ability to dynamically present content through slideshow and hashtag features. The development method used is the 4D method, which includes four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Validation results from subject matter experts indicate that this media has a feasibility percentage of 96%, categorized as very feasible. Validation from media experts also obtained an average feasibility score of 93.64%, showing that the media meets quality standards in design and presentation, also categorized as very feasible. Furthermore, assessments from 26 student respondents reveal that this media is attractive and effective, with a score of 94%, also categorized as very feasible. Based on these results, Canva-based infographic learning media through TikTok content is highly feasible and attractive for application in the learning process.Kata kunci: Infografis, Media Pembelajara, Metode 4D, Pengembangan Media, Tiktok
