Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini disebabkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar masih belum optimal. Diketahui bahwa pembelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar di SMK Negeri 1 Lolayan masih menggunakan metode ceramah dengan menggunakan alat dan bahan yang masih konvensional. Selain itu, sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan dalam membantu proses pembelajaran belum memadai terutama pada pelaksanaan praktikum. Secara khusus tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar di SMK Negeri 1 Lolayan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar di SMK Negeri 1 Lolayan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen jenis Pre-Experimental-Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan rumus uji N-Gain Score dengan nilai rata-rata mencapai 0,64 kriteria sedang. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji pengaruh menggunakan rumus Paired Sample T-Test dengan hasil nilai -19,29 yang berdasarkan hipotesis penelitian bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata skor sebelum dan setelah penggunaan media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran aplikasi cisco packet tracer terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The development of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) also influences the education sector, ICT is encouraged to be able to support education as a medium that is quite effective to accommodate interaction between lecturers/teachers and students without the limits of space and time. The purpose of this research is to develop skills assessment using simulation software and to improve student understanding of each lecture material as well as student competency in the field of network security. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The results of the research are the development of learning media in the form of skills assessment and the prototype of a mobile-based learning application to measure learning achievement in the field of network security.

Abstract

Tomini Bay is famous for its natural beauty under the sea, and seems to be a paradise for divers. Apart from the beautiful coral reefs, various types of fish also live here. Bone Bolango Regency is one of the areas located in and has a very rich potential for underwater biodiversity. Kabila Bone District has 9 villages, all directly facing Tomini Bay in the southern part, where it is known that Tomini Bay has biodiversity and natural beauty, especially in the marine sector. Therefore, Olele village is a village with very potential marine tourism, especially to revive the community's economy. The purpose of this Community Service Community Service is to empower the people of Olele Village in mapping the potential for marine tourism in the village as well as developing marine tourism applications that can be used by the wider community which is expected to strengthen the maritime sector.Tomini Bay is famous for its natural beauty under the sea, and seems to be a paradise for divers. Abstract

Gorontalo City has a Smart City program that can help community activities, one of which is through easy access to data. However, currently stakeholders and the community have not been able to access these data easily, transparently, and accountably. The purpose of this research is to build an open government data portal application in Gorontalo City to make it easier for stakeholders and the public to access data in a transparent and accountable manner as an effort to create a more open government (Open Government), participatory, and innovative. The research method used in this research is the prototyping method, which is a software system development method where developers and users can interact with each other during the system creation process so that users can clearly define their needs to be translated by developers into application form. The prototyping method includes data collection for various sectors in each SKPD in Gorontalo City, data analysis, system prototype development which is an overview of the application being built, prototype evaluation, system coding namely the development of open data portal applications, system testing, and system evaluation by users. The results showed that the open data portal made it easier for stakeholders and the public to access data. With this open data portal application, the performance of the Gorontalo City government is more transparent and accountable in providing information for the people of Gorontalo City in particular and the public in general.

Abstract

Gorontalo State University requires good preparation including developing learning innovations and assistive technology for students with special needs as a representative of the government in providing learning media and tools needed by prospective students with special needs. The purpose of this research is to develop assistive technology that has been tested or implemented to support learning activities. The method used in developing mobile-based applications is prototyping. The results of this study are developed and tested prototypes of mobile-based applications for learning for prospective students with special needs with the Android platform. Keywords—Assistive Technology; Special Needs; Mobile-Applications Universitas Negeri Gorontalo memerlukan persiapan yang baik termasuk mengembangkan inovasi pembelajaran dan teknologi bantu untuk mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus sebagai representasi pemerintah di dalam menyediakan media pembelajaran dan alat bantu yang diperlukan oleh calon mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan teknologi bantu yang sudah diujicobakan atau diimplementasikan untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran. Abstract

The fact that Gorontalo Province lies between Sulawesi Sea and Tomini Bay has undoubtedly resulted in its having abundant underwater tourist spots. However, the insufficient availability of fund has led to poor management of those spots. Given the insufficient fund the government has, it is important to give priority to certain spots. This study aims to determine the developmental priority of underwater tourism spots in Gorontalo using Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighted (SAW). These methods use five criteria and 28 alternatives in determining the best priority in development of underwater tourism spots in Gorontalo Province. The result of AHP and SAW calculation showed that the best spot should be prioritized to be developed is Pulo Cinta whose score is 0,9888. This decision making method will help government, who has the final say in the issue, give priority to the best spot to be developed.

Abstract

At this time the population administration service mechanism at the West Kotabaru Village Office still uses conventional methods which causes the process of recording and making population administration to take quite a long time, frequent queues occur, uncertainty over the completion of delayed services in the following days also often occurs so that it has an impact on the emergence of costs that must be incurred by the community because more than one time to the place of service. The purpose of this study is to design population administration using information technology tools as the first step in developing a smart village. Use of information technology in the process of managing village administration becomes easier, faster and neatly recorded. By utilizing the Village Administration Information System, it is hoped that the administration process will be carried out population in terms of correspondence to be faster and more efficient. System Usage Village Administration Information aims to advance the village and society and make it successful government program. Improving services for managing village administration is the main goal for village officials. Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal di kelas XI TKJ di SMKN 2 Limboto pada mata materi Keragaman Komunikasi belum memenuhi standar KKM yaitu 80. Jumlah siswa di kelas XI TKJ yaitu 29 orang siswa, dari 29 siswa tersebut, terdapat 10 isiswa (34,4%) yang mencapai ketuntasan dan 19 siswa (65,5%) lainnya belum mencapai ketuntasan. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata materi Keragaman Komunikasi di SMKN 2 Limboto biasanya mengingat fakta bahawa banyak materi Keragaman Komunikasi yang dinamis sehingga siswa memerlukan presepsi untuk mendapatkan kejelasan tentang materi yang mereka amati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif pada materi Keragaman Komunikasi serta mengukur kelayakan juga kepraktisan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Sebelum di uji cobakan pada pengguna (siswa), media pembelajaran telah di validasi oleh ahli media dan juga ahli materi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian untuk mendapatkan data para ahli media, ahli materi dan siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian : (1) validasi ahli media tahap 1 mendapatkan skor 90 (94,7%), dan validasi ahli media tahap 2 mendapatkan skor 93 (97,8%), (2) hasil validasi ahli materi tahap 1 mendapatkan skor 101 (84,1%), dan validasi ahli materi tahap 2 mendapatkan skor 120 (97,5%). Setelah melakukan serangkaian validasi ahli media dan ahli materi kemudian media pembelajaran di uji cobakan kepada penggguna. Hasil dari uji coba media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif di kelas XI TKJ SMKN 2 Limboto memperoleh skor 1692 (89,76%). Dapat disimpulkan media pembelajaran layak digunakan sebagai alternatif guru ketika mengajarkan materi Keragaman Komunikasi.Kata kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, Kelayakan, Keragaman Komunikasi.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Limboto. Pada saat proses pembejaran desain grafis percetakan di dalam kelas kurangnya  media pendukung seperti media pembelajaran teknologi yang kurang efektif seperti smartphone dalam proses pembelajaran disekolah. Kasus lain yakni siswa yang malu bertanya ketika tidak paham dengan materi pembelajaran yang diajarkan oleh guru pengampu mata pelajaran desain grafis percetakan, serta siswa yang malas mencari sumber pembelajaran secara mandiri dirumah. Maka dengan permasalahan yang ada dibutuhkan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis android kelas IX multimedia pada pembelajaran desain grafis percetakan dan menguji kelayakan dari media yang dibuat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan menggunakan model penelitian 4D (Four-D) yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan dan penyebaran atau uji coba. Berdasarkan dari hasil kelayakan dari 2 validator dan 20 respon siswa. Pada saat uji ahli media presentasi yang dicapai mendapatkan 96% yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai “Sangat layak”, uji ahli materi presentase yang dicapai yaitu 91%, dan dapat dikategorikan sebagai “sangat layak”, dan respon siswa mendapatkan presentase yang dicapai yaitu 92.8% dengan kategori “sangat layak”, maka dapat disimpulkan media pembelajaran berbasis android ini dinyatakan layak digunakan untuk media pembelajaran disekolah.Kata kunci : teknologi, media pembelajaran, RD (Research and Development).

Abstract

The level of students' interest in the concept of sorting algorithms is still low, mostly due to the use of traditional teaching methods by teachers, where students are less engaged in the active learning process. This method is often ineffective in helping students understand the concept of sorting algorithms comprehensively. Therefore, this study aims to rectify this situation by using project-based learning methods, which are expected to enhance students' comprehension. In this study, a pre-experimental study was conducted using a one-group pretest-posttest design to assess the impact of implementing the new method. The study's results demonstrate a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes, as seen by the disparity in scores between the pretest and posttest. On average increase of 14.167 and (Sig.) 0.000, with a value lower than 0.05, these data indicate that the project-based learning method successfully improves students' understanding of sorting algorithms significantly. ABSTRAK Tingkat ketertarikan Siswa terhadap konsep algoritma pengurutan masih rendah, yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh penggunan metode pengajaran yang bersifat konvensional oleh guru, di mana siswa kurang dilibatkan dalam proses belajar aktif. Metode ini sering kali tidak efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami konsep algoritma pengurutan secara menyeluruh. Dengan demikian, adapun tujuannya guna memperbaiki situasi ini dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran project based learning yang mampu memberikan pemahaman lebih kepada siswa. Dilakukannya studi pra-eksperimen dengan desain one group – pretest posttest pada penelitian ini guna menilai dampak penerapan metode baru tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan adanya peningkatan yang tinggi dalam hasil belajar Siswa, yang terlihat dari perbedaan skor antara pretest dan posttest. Dengan nilai rata-rata peningkatan 14,167 dengan (Sig.) 0,000 yang berada < 0,05, hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwasanya model pembelajaran project based leaerning berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman Siswa tentang algoritma pengurutan secara signifikan.
