Abstract

Perancangan Sistem  Pemerintahan  Berbasis  Elektronik (SPBE) di Provinsi Banten pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada penyusunan peta rencana SPBE Provinsi Banten Tahun 2022 - 2026. Pembuatan Peta Rencana  SPBE ini diawali  dengan melihat gambaran  kondisi  SPBE  Provinsi  Banten pada saat  ini yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan kondisi  yang diinginkan oleh Pemerintah  Provinsi Banten. Dengan demikian  Peta Rencana merupakan  program atau kegiatan  yang direncanakan  untuk mengurangi  gap antara keadaan SPBE Banten saat ini dengan kondisi ideal yang diharapkan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan cara menyelaraskan rencana kegiatan pada Peta Rencana dengan Visi dan Misi Provinsi Banten dan Rencana Induk SPBE Nasional. Hasil penelitian ini memuat sebanyak 78 program yang tersebar pada tujuh unsur Peta Rencana SPBE, yaitu Tata Kelola SPBE sebanyak 16 program, Manajemen SPBE sebanyak 20 program, Layanan SPBE sebanyak 11 program, Infrastruktur SPBE sebanyak 14 program, Aplikasi SPBE sebanyak 4 program, Keamanan SPBE sebanyak 8 program dan Audit Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi  sebanyak 5 program.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the application level in CSCW laboratory there are Electronic meeting rooms, Video Conferencing, Desktop Conference (Passenger), and BSCW system which conducting in The University Duisburg – Essen Germany. This analysis included short analysis and discussion about possibilities and limitation of each experiment followed by outlook how this lab can be further developed.Multi-user to Multipoint Videoconferences is introduced to cover all of devices join to the conferences. Abstract

Related to Family Resilience in Banten Province, especially in Serang District. Several factors (vulnerability) are high poverty and high rates, imbalances of economic development in cities and countries and high seriously indicated outflows quickly. Human Development (HDI) of 65.12 far below the provinces of 70, 96. Unemployment Rate (TPT) even recorded the highest at 14.80% with the answer the lowest TPT area in the province of Banten is the City of South Tangerang 6.13% . Pontang Sub-district is recorded as the largest enclave of Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) on a local and national scale that will undoubtedly affect various matters relating to family circumstances that are directly related to Family Resilience conditions. The concept of Family Resilience is examined with Input, Process and Output Components (Sunarti, 2003). Family welfare depicted from several indicators described in Input and Output Components in Pontang Sub-district shows a positive situation, with relatively optimal conditions in indicators of the Maternal, Infant and Toddler Economy, Education and Conditions. Indicators that support the optimal for children, Complete, Used Residents of Correctional Institution, Psychological Social Problem Family, Problematic Migrant Worker and Trafficking Victims. The relatively optimal condition of social welfare in Pontang Sub-district can be used as an indicator of Family Resilience in Pontang Sub-District because Family Welfare is an important part of Family Resilience. As for the Process Group described by participants in the Maternal Health Program, Infants and Toddlers still show less conditions. Family resilience indicated optimal in Pontang Sub-district can be interpreted that the family as one of the family members that can develop (potential vulnerability) that potentially cause damage (potential damage) in family life.

Abstract

Android application is designed for agro product E-Commerce that utilize the MySQL database. This application aims to help the Banten Provincial Government to realize the target of corn self-sufficiency in Banten by connecting farmers directly with their consumers. Java, XML, and PHP are used to develop this application. The E-Commerce adheres to the type of C2C system where third party accounts are employed in the transaction. It has a multi-level user system where anyone can register as a seller, buyer, or transportation service. Sellers and transportation services can directly promote their goods in this system. After clicking the button on the application, the Buyers can immediately make transactions quickly, safely, and comfortably. BlackBox and compatibility testing were carried out and produced 100% success. It is indicated that our application is suitable for the digital corn trade management system in Banten to strengthen food security.

Abstract

Abstract The research objective is to understand the testing stages of the Indonesian national standardization process on local solar cell products circulating and installed in Indonesia, both imported and local. The solar module is the main component of a solar power plant which has a very important role for its function as a converter of solar energy (the sun) into electrical energy. Solar modules in Indonesia have special standards set by the Indonesian Standardization Agency (BSN). The solar power plant itself is one of the new renewable energy sources (EBT) that produces electricity from the stages of the photovoltaic effect system. Solar power plants can be utilized by people who need electrical energy, but are constrained by the unavailability of electrical energy from PLN, such as people in 3T areas (outermost, underdeveloped, remote) that have not received electricity from PLN.Keywords: Indonesian National Standardization, Solar Module, Solar Cell

Abstract

Abstrak Mengembangkan inovasi berbasis potensi di daerah terdepan merupakan inisiatif strategis buat mendukung kemajuan Indonesia. Desa Cibeureum kecamatan Banjar Kabupaten Pandeglang merupakan salah satu daerah perbatasan yang mempunyai potensi untuk dikembangkan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan lewat program Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) yang merupakan aktivitas berbasis pengabdian masyarakat buat memperkuat empati mahasiswa terhadap situasi masyarakat serta lingkungan sekitar. KKM ini menggunakan metode layanan seperti survei, observasi, wawancara, serta penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cibeureum kecamatan Banjar di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Desa ini sebagai salah satu daerah terpencil yang memiliki potensi alam dan sumber daya manusia yang bisa dikembangkan, serta merancang inovasi berdasarkan potensi tersebut serta dampaknya terhadap pembangunan desa tersebut. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal, desa ini masih mempunyai beberapa kekurangan baik dari segi pendidikan yang belum memadai serta aspek lainnya. Kegiatan KKM (Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa) di desa Cibeureum lahir dari kesadaran akan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang diperlukan buat menjadikan desa lebih maju serta sejahtera. Hasilnya menunjukkan respon positif dari Desa Cibeureum dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Program-program utama berikut ini antara lain 1. Sosialisasi Internet Sehat dan Digital Marketing, 2. Ikut Serta Dalam KBM dan ekstrakurikuler di SD/MI, 3. Sosialisasi Hukum Pidana Dalam Kenakalan Remaja, 4. Posyandu & Sosialisasi MPASI dari Ikan Kembung Sebagai Pencegahan Stunting.Kata kunci: Pengembangan Inovasi, Kawasan Perbatasan, Indonesia Maju                                                                                   Abstract Developing potential-based innovation in leading areas is a strategic initiative to support Indonesia's progress. Cibeureum Village in Pandeglang Province is one of the border areas that has the potential to be developed to improve community welfare. This activity is carried out through the Student Work Lecture (KKM) program, which is a community service-based activity to strengthen student empathy for the situation in society and the environment. This KKM uses service methods such as surveys, observations, interviews, and counseling, aka training. This research was carried out in Cibeureum Village in Pandeglang Regency. This village is one of the remote areas that has natural potential and human resources that can be developed, as well as designing innovations based on this potential and its impact on the development of the village. Based on initial observations, this village still has several deficiencies both in terms of inadequate education and other aspects. KKM (Student Work Lecture) activities in Cibeureum village were born from awareness of the limited human resources needed to make the village more advanced and prosperous. The results show a positive response from Cibeureum Village and active community participation. The following main programs include 1. Socialization of Healthy Internet and Digital Marketing, 2. Participation in KBM and extracurriculars in SD/MI, 3. Socialization of Criminal Law in Juvenile Delinquency, 4. Abstract

This research explores the control system for the Reactor in the gas cycle and atmosphere blowdown process at PT Chandra Asri Pacific. The focus is on function, performance and temperature control in the Reactor reaction process. The results show a stable and optimal control system analysis. The actual temperature data in conditions 1 to condition 4 shows values of 64.6 ˚C, 82.3 ˚C, 59.5 ˚C, 65 ˚C respectively. The operator sets the set point for the optimal control system process on the  Reactor with a target value in condition 1 of 65 ˚C, condition 2 of 65 ˚C, condition 3 of 65 ˚C, condition 4 of 65 ˚C. In conclusion, the  Reactor gas cycle control system atmosphere to improve optimal process quality and efficiency of processes and systems in the  Reactor which can reach the desired temperature in every condition which shows positive results in optimizing the Reactor control system.
