Abstract

This research aims to findout the influence of transformational leadership and motivation to excel on teacher teaching performance at Dirgantara Senior High School Center. The population in the study was teachers at SMA Dirgantara Center which numbered 34 teachers, while the sample determination technique was. So the sample in this study was 34 people. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is a study that aims to find out the degree of relationship and pattern/form of influence between two or more variables, where by this research will be built a theory that serves to explain, predict and control a symptom. As for the data sources in this study from primary data and secondary data. Where is the primary data from observations, interviews and questionnaires? While secondary data can be from documented data. Test results (t) or partial tests show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher teaching performance as well as motivational variables that also have a positive and significant effect on teacher teaching performance. Simultaneously transformational leadership and motivation of achievement havea positive and significant impact on the teaching performance of teachers. The result of determination is obtained a correlation regression value of 0.770, meaning that together transformational leadership and motivation to excel against the teaching performance of teachers at SMA Dirgantara Center has contributed to a close and positive level. Then the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.566 (56.6%). So it can be said that 56.6% variation of bound variables i.e. transformational leadership and motivation to excel on the model has a contribution to teacher teaching performance at SMA Dirgantara Center while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in the field which show that the curriculum in schools has not optimally honed students' high-level thinking abilities. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of a multidimensional curriculum in improving high school students' higher order thinking skills. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The method used is quasi-experimental by testing a multidimensional curriculum model integrated with scientific, creative and future thinking competencies in the experimental group and comparing it with the control group. The participants involved were 300 high school students spread across 7 schools. The instrument used to measure students' thinking skills is a questionnaire that contains three dimensions, namely scientific, creative and future thinking. The scientific thinking dimension contains inquiry skills, the creative thinking dimension contains ways of solving problems, and the future thinking dimension contains individual views and time. The results of the study showed that the high-level thinking skills in the experimental group experienced more significant improvement compared to the control group. The dimensions of ability that experienced the most significant increase were future thinking skills and creative thinking skills. A multidimensional curriculum model must be accompanied by innovative and creative learning strategies or methods that encourage higher order thinking skills in students of various ages. The implication of this research is that the multidimensional curriculum model can be used at the secondary school level in order to improve higher order thinking skills.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students who focus only on textbooks and the lack of learning media in the learning process which has an impact on the average low learning outcomes of science. This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students of UPT SPF SD Negeri 67 Rappokalling in science learning in classes that use kokami media (mysterious card box) and in classes that do not use kokami media (mysterious card box) and to determine the effect of media on science learning outcomes in class III students of UPT SPF SD Negeri 67 Rappokalling. This study uses the Quasi Experimental Design research method. The population in this study were all class III students of UPT SPF SD Negeri 67 Rappokalling. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique or saturated sample. The instrument used is a test instrument in the form of multiple choice questions to measure student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the level of student learning outcomes in the experimental class using kokamo media (mysterious card box) was 82% with the category of complete learning and 18% with the category of incomplete learning. The level of student learning outcomes in the control class that did not use kokami media (mysterious card box) was 22% with the category of complete learning and 78% with the category of incomplete learning. The results of the hypothesis test obtained sig 0.000 meaning H0 is rejected (0.000 <0.05) H1 is accepted because sig (tailed)> a or (0.921> 0.05). While in the T test analysis, Sig > ttable or (7.964 > 1.994). Therefore, the hypothesis tester can conclude that there is a significant influence between learning taught using kokami media (mysterious card box) and learning that does not use kokami media (mysterious card box) on the learning outcomes of class III science students at UPT SPF SD Negeri 67 Rappokalling.

Abstract

Salmon is a type of marine fish from the Salmonidae family that lives in the Atlantic Ocean, both on the northern coast of America and Europe, as well as the Pacific Ocean. Salmonella sp. being one of the pathogenic bacteria that causes human disease through food and drink. Contamination can occur at any stage of the food production, distribution and consumption chain. Tests carried out to identify Salmonella bacterial contamination use the ISO 6579-1:2017 test method. This test consists of pre-enrichment, enrichment, plating out and biochemical tests. Identification of Salmonella sp bacteria on frozen salmon products at the BUSKIPM Quality Microbiology Laboratory using the ISO 6579-1:2017 standard test method showing negative test results for Salmonella sp. The reading of the results of the confirmation test carried out did not meet the specific requirements for Salmonella sp. bacteria.
