Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know impact the partial and simultaneous of the mixture between the promotion and location due to the decision to choose LP3M to study in.  Population and sample in this research is active students of LP3M in 2017-2018 which are 329 students. This reserach uses technique of sampling with purposive sampling to 115 respondents. The technique of data collection is by using questionnaires with Likert measurement scale while analysing data by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the dominant variable which the most dominant influence is the personal sales variables, public relations and the location which are positive and significant impact on the decision of studying in LP3M. On the other hand, other variables such as advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing only give positive influence to the decision of studying in LP3M. .  Keywords : The Mixture Promotion, Location, Decision to Chose the Campus   ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan bauran promosi dan lokasi terhadap keputusan kuliah pada Politeknik Unggul LP3M. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa aktif Politeknik Unggul tahun ajaran 2017-2018 yang berjumlah 329 orang dengan teknik penarikan sample secara purposive sampling dan didapat sampel berjumlah 115 responden. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran likert dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan yaitu variabel penjualan pribadi, hubungan masyarakat dan lokasi selurunya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan kuliah pada Politeknik Unggul LP3M. Sedangan variabel lainnya periklanan, promosi penjualan, pemasaran langsung hanya berpengarauh positif terhadap keputusan kuliah pada Politeknik Unggul LP3M. Abstract

This research aims to findout the influence of transformational leadership and motivation to excel on teacher teaching performance at Dirgantara Senior High School Center. The population in the study was teachers at SMA Dirgantara Center which numbered 34 teachers, while the sample determination technique was. So the sample in this study was 34 people. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is a study that aims to find out the degree of relationship and pattern/form of influence between two or more variables, where by this research will be built a theory that serves to explain, predict and control a symptom. As for the data sources in this study from primary data and secondary data. Where is the primary data from observations, interviews and questionnaires? While secondary data can be from documented data. Test results (t) or partial tests show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher teaching performance as well as motivational variables that also have a positive and significant effect on teacher teaching performance. Simultaneously transformational leadership and motivation of achievement havea positive and significant impact on the teaching performance of teachers. The result of determination is obtained a correlation regression value of 0.770, meaning that together transformational leadership and motivation to excel against the teaching performance of teachers at SMA Dirgantara Center has contributed to a close and positive level. Then the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.566 (56.6%). So it can be said that 56.6% variation of bound variables i.e. transformational leadership and motivation to excel on the model has a contribution to teacher teaching performance at SMA Dirgantara Center while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

In this era of globalization and technology, there is a demand for changes in all areas of business in the world today. One of them is in the field of marketing. The development of the information technology system which is growing rapidly and increasingly sophisticated has made the company take advantage of the marketing and selling interests of its products. This research aims to examine the effect of product quality, promotion and trust on purchasing satisfaction at PT Weedo Niaga Global both partially and simultaneously. This study used a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The software used to manage and analyze this data is SPSS version 25. The sample was determined using random sampling of 115 respondents. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that the variables of product quality, promotion, trust and purchase decisions are normally distributed data, the independent variables do not occur multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. From the results of the determination coefficient of 51.7%. The t test results show that the value of product quality is 3.239> 1.98118 with sig 0.002 <0.05 means that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the promotional value of 5.454> 1.98118 with sig 0.000 <0.05 means that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the value of trust 2.983> 1.98118 with sig 0.004 <0.05 means that trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the f test results show the value of 39,581> 2.69 with sig 0.000 <0.05, so simultaneously the variables of product quality, promotion and trust have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The concentration of this research focuses on efforts to increase interest in paying zakat which is influenced by muzak knowledge and self-awareness. The National Zakat Agency of North Sumatra was chosen as the research site where 100 muzak were used as the population and the research sample with accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire where the measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The results of the study prove that knowledge and self-awareness have a significant influence in increasing muzakki's interest in paying zakat. Then this self-awareness has a dominant influence when compared to the knowledge possessed by muzak, especially in increasing their interest in paying zakat.

Abstract

Accounting profit is a basic source of information for current and potential users in business decision-making procedures for small, medium, and large businesses. The company's financial statements are intended for external users, but also for internal users. The question, however, is the extent to which employers use the information obtained in the manner they do to achieve management objectives. The findings in this study indicate that the use of accounting profit as a consideration for business development can increase business success. Furthermore, by using information obtained from financial statements, it provides an analysis of how accounting profit affects business expansion, especially through cost investment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the movement of the USD, EURO, and Gold Dinar against the Rupiah in 2019 – 2012. Analyze the fluctuations of the three currencies against the rupiah, analyze the relationship between the three currencies against the rupiah. The research population is the average value of the USD, EURO, and Gold Service currencies registered with BI for the period 2009 – 2012. The results show that the lowest value, the highest value for the Euro currency, is the standard deviation of 0.0267 and 0.0478. . From the average, the Gold dinar has the highest volatility at 0.047815 followed by the US Dollar at 0.047814. The euro currency average of the lowest volatility at the position of 0.026725. The stationarity test shows the value of the ADF test statistic at the currency value of USD 1,0326.0, the probability of the ADF test statistic is 0.737. it is concluded that the rate of return cannot be said to be stationary, because the ADF test statistic (-1.032360) > critical value 5% (-2.903566). First difference test, the result of the ADF test statistic is -6.850636, and the probability value of the ADF Test statistic is 0.0000.

Abstract

Job satisfaction gives hope, especially for a lecturer in improving his welfare. Having good work motivation is expected to be able to increase the quantity and quality of lecturers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The main focus of this study is to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating motivation on performance. This research method uses a Structure Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). In this study, the population and sample were 52 permanent lecturers of the LP3M Superior Polytechnic. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that motivation directly has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, indirectly motivation does not affect performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Indirectly job satisfaction has a role in mediating motivation to performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of cash waqf in empowering MSME actors in Medan City. The results of the study stated that the problem in implementing the Potential of Cash Waqf as the Empowerment of MSMEs in Medan City includes two important components, namely: internal and external. aspects of internal problems include two important aspects, namely: human resources and accountability issues. Meanwhile, the external problem lies in 2 aspects, namely: the problem of authority, the problem of society in general. Thus, things that become important in implementing the potential of cash waqf as an empowerment of MSMEs in Medan City from the authority side: 1) supervision issues, 2) nazhir certification 3) Violation penalties for nazhir who do not carry out their duties properly. Meanwhile, in terms of the general public, it consists of a priority order: 1) trust (public trust) which is still relatively low 2) Minimal education, 3) Lack of public awareness of cash waqf 4) guarantees provided by cash waqf managers for cash waqf .

Abstract

The current problem in the production of this porridge is that sales are made only to the surrounding community. This happens because many people outside the region are not aware of the existence of the spicy porridge because no branding has been carried out and trust in the spicy porridge product is not yet strong. To overcome this, the solution offered to SME partners is by utilizing social media in building a brand image and finding the most suitable packaging through social media. These activities are carried out such as assistance in making social media and website creation, improving production management, Organizing Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities in the form of socializing the use of social media, utilizing Viral Marketing social media by uploading as often as possible related to spicy porridge products and finally Hastag services. and Google Trends can be part of a strategy to increase sales. The results of the activity can be concluded that (1) this PKM activity is successful, it can increase the understanding of SME partners in utilizing information technology such as social media in building a brand image, (2) In solving problems related to porridge packaging, SME partners have been able to find attractive packaging with utilizing social media and (3) PKM activities are found to be fun and in accordance with their objectives, and participants will feel happier if this activity is continued with collaboration between the service team and SME partners.

Abstract

The main objectives of this research are to study the factors that influence Electronic Word-Of-Mouth (E-Wom) and consumer decisions and to formulate the Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-Wom) model and consumer decisions to travel on the beach. Deli Serdang Mirror. This study uses descriptive analysis, both qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis with statistics used is the Structural Equation Modeling (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of Service Quality on E-WOM. There is a significant effect of Price on E-WOM. There is a significant effect of Service Quality on Purchase decisions. There is a significant effect of E-WOM on Purchase decisions. There is a significant effect of E-WOM on Purchase decisions. There is a significant influence of Service Quality on Purchase decisions through E-WOM. And there is a significant effect of Price on Purchase decisions through E-WOM
