Abstract

The concept of the Internet has become a very influential medium in spreading radical ideology around the world. This phenomenon has created significant social, political and security impacts in various countries. In this scientific work, we investigate the impact of the spread of radical ideology via the internet, the challenges faced in dealing with it, and the efforts made to overcome this problem. This research is based on a literature review and data analysis related to the internet as the main medium for spreading radical ideology. The challenges in dealing with the spread of radical ideology through the internet are complex and varied. Some of the main challenges include the lack of effective regulation, online anonymity, the rapid development of technology, and the existence of radical groups that are savvy in leveraging social media and online platforms to spread their message. Apart from that, there are also issues around privacy and freedom of speech that need to be maintained so they are not disturbed by countermeasures. To overcome this problem, various countermeasures have been carried out at the national and international levels. This includes establishing policies and regulations that limit the spread of radical ideologies, cooperation between governments, the technology industry, and international institutions, developing harmful content detection algorithms and technologies, and empowering people to understand and deal with radical narratives. Although countermeasures have been taken, challenges in dealing with the spread of radical ideology via the internet remain. In this scientific paper, we provide a comprehensive description of the negative impacts generated by the spread of radical ideology via the internet, the associated challenges, and the various countermeasures that have been undertaken. This research is expected to be the basis for the development of more effective strategies in dealing with this problem in the future.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kesalahan penulisan ejaan yang dilakukan oleh siswa kelas VII di MTs Syu’latul Muna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kesalahan penulisan ejaan yang dilakukan siswa kelas VII MTs Syu’latul Muna tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di kelas VII MTs Syu’latul Muna. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, tes tertulis, dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi guru, lembar observasi siswa, lembar soal tes tertulis, dan kamera. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode agih, dan teknik analisis data : 1) Kategorisasi, 2) Tabulasi, dan 3) pendeskripsian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh : 1) Kesalahan Pemakaian Huruf khususnya huruf kapital sebanyak 223 kesalahan atau dengan presentase 57, 93%. 2) Kesalahan Penulisan Kata sebanyak 149 atau dengan presentase 38,71%. 3) Kesalahan Pemakaian Tanda Baca sebanyak 12 kesalahan atau dengan presentase 3,11%. 4) Kesalahan Penulisan Unsur Serapan sebanyak 1 atau dengan presentase 0,25%. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu kesalahan penulisan ejaan yang dilakukan siswa kelas VII MTs Syu’latul Muna berjumlah 385 kasus kesalahan dan kesalahan paling dominan pertama adalah penggunaan huruf kapital, kedua adalah kesalahan penulisan kata, ketiga kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca, dan keempat kesalahan penulisan unsur serapan.Kata Kunci: Kesalahan Penulisan Ejaan

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi peran Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam meningkatkan kinerja produktivitas industri kreatif. Industri kreatif memainkan peran kunci dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inovasi di banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia. Industri kreatif yang mencakup berbagai sektor seperti seni, desain, film, musik, dan periklanan telah mengadopsi teknologi AI untuk mempercepat inovasi, meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, dan memperluas pasar. Penelitian ini membahas peran AI dalam mengubah lanskap industri kreatif di Indonesia. Namun, tantangan seperti persaingan yang semakin ketat dan kompleksitas permintaan pasar mendorong kebutuhan akan solusi yang inovatif. AI menawarkan potensi untuk mengoptimalkan proses produksi, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan mendorong kreativitas melalui otomatisasi, personalisasi, analisis data mendalam, dan prediksi tren. Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai aplikasi AI dalam industri kreatif dan mengeksplorasi bagaimana penggunaannya dapat meningkatkan kinerja produktivitas secara signifikan. Dalam konteks Indonesia, penelitian ini juga menganalisis tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh penggunaan AI di industri kreatif serta implikasinya terhadap pengembangan tenaga kerja dan keterampilan. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para praktisi industri, akademisi, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk memanfaatkan potensi AI guna meningkatkan kinerja produktivitas industri kreatif. Kesimpulannya, penerapan AI memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi industri kreatif di Indonesia. AI telah memperkaya proses kreatif, meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, dan memperluas pasar. Dengan kebijakan yang tepat dan pemahaman mendalam akan potensi AI, Indonesia dapat terus mengembangkan industri kreatifnya agar lebih inovatif dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

Self-confidence is an important aspect during senior high school. Because self-confidence is related to better academic performance, positive social involvement, and readiness to enter the workforce or higher education. However, in reality, some students feel insecure both at school and outside of school. Therefore, this research answers whether these two variables are relevant. This research aims to find out how much soft skills contribute to the development of self-confidence in students using quantitative descriptive methods at SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta from April to May 2024 involving 158 students as samples taken using simple random sampling techniques using the program SPSS version 23 as a tool for processing data. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, show that the independent variable is proven to contribute significantly to the dependent variable, which means that there is a positive contribution between students' mastery of soft skills and students' self-development, which has implications for the need to master soft skills to support the achievement of students who have strong character. It is hoped that mastery of soft skills will be supported by all parties, including teachers, schools, and parents. Keywords: confident; education; soft skill.

Abstract

Hand-caught Operations (OTT) are a law enforcement practice frequently used to eradicate corruption, but their implementation has generated legal debate because they are not explicitly regulated in criminal procedural law. This study aims to analyze the legal construction of Hand-caught Operations in the absence of criminal procedural law norms and to assess their compliance with the principle of due process of law. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach. Legal materials are analyzed qualitatively through a review of criminal procedural law provisions, laws and regulations related to corruption eradication, and relevant legal doctrines. The results show that Hand-caught Operations are legally constructed through a broad interpretation of the concept of being caught red-handed, rather than based on firm procedural regulations. This condition creates legal uncertainty and has the potential to weaken the guarantee of protection of the suspect's rights. The study's conclusion confirms that although Hand-caught Operations have been effective in law enforcement practices, their sustainability requires clear procedural regulations to ensure legal certainty, justice, and the protection of human rights in the criminal justice system
