Abstract

Efforts to improve teacher performance are through teacher certification programs. Teacher certification is a process of competency testing for candidates or teachers who want to gain recognition and improve competence according to their chosen profession. This certification is a proof of recognition of the competence of teachers or prospective teachers who meet the standards for doing professional teaching work at certain types and levels of education. In other words teacher certification is fulfilling the need to improve professional competence. The problem to be examined in this study is how is the performance of certified Islamic education teachers in SMK Angkut 1 Batang Angkola academic year 2017/2018. This study aims to determine the performance of certified Islamic education teachers. This research was conducted on Islamic religion teachers in SMK Angkola State, located on Jl. Lintas Sumatra, Batang Angkola District, South Tapanuli. Where all respondents in this study were Islamic religious education teachers who had passed the certification. Through the certification that has been obtained, it is expected to be able to influence the performance of respondents who are getting better so as to produce professional educators. The method in this research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were school principals and certified Islamic education teachers. In this study, the data collection methods used were documentation, observation and interviews to obtain data on the Performance of Certified Islamic Education Teachers in State Vocational High School I Batang Angkola Academic Year 2017/2018. From the results of this study, it was concluded that the Performance of Certified Islamic Religious Teachers in State Vocational School 1 Batang Angkola Academic Year 2017/2018. An increase in the performance of certified Islamic religious education teachers in the aspects of learning plans and implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Mobile Banking and administrative cost on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Rantauprapat Branch Offices, both partially and simultaneously, Determining the sample technique using Arikunto’s opinion with a total of 40 people and the method of analysis used is descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t-test) show that Mobile Banking (X1) and administrative costs have a positive and significant effect on Customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch offices, with a t count Mobile Banking variable value of3.018 while t table is 1.689 (t count) bigger than t table). Meanwhile, for the variable administration costs, the t-count is 2.608, while the t-table is 1.689 (t-count is greater than t-table). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) show that Mobile Banking (X1) and administrative costs (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Rantauprapat Branch Offices, with an f count of 10.371 while a f table of 2.64 (f count over larger than f table). The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the Adjusted R square value is 0,419 or 41.9% indicating that Mobile Banking and Administrative Fees simultaneously contribute to customer satisfaction of 41.9%

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of consumer motivation and impulsive buying in online shopping for Indonesian e-commerce. The total sample was 150 respondents, namely people from Kampung Rakyat District who shopped using the Shopee application. This research uses data processing assistance, namely smart pls version 4.0, by conducting outer model testing, inner capital testing and bootstrapping (hypothesis testing). In the outer model test, the test was carried out by looking at the outer loading, average variance extracted (AVE), cross loading reliability and Cronbach alpha values, all research results were said to be good, in the inner model test there were 2 equations produced by r square with the highest r square value found in the second equation, namely impulsive buying. In hypothesis testing, it was found that the research results of all research hypotheses were accepted with the results that the website quality variable had an effect on consumer motivation (2.723>1.96), advertising policy had an effect on consumer motivation (2.723>1.96), Consumer motivation influences impulsive buying (2.723>1.96), and smartphone penetration influences consumer motivation (2.723>1.96).
